This is the best laser tag spot in all of Sacramento! Family run, great deals, and super accommodating. They always had someone ready to help out at all the game areas. Recommend this place to anyone. Great laser tag arena too.

This place needs a HUGE makeover! It's very dirty and outdated. They don't allow outside food and drinks, but they don't sell food (except for some vending machines with chips). There's no ATM either. If you want tokens you have to get cash back from them with your card.

We came here because if the laser tag room and it didn't disappoint! We came on a Monday with my partner and nephew and were lucky to coincide with a birthday party that was generous enough to let us join their group laser tournament. Our nephew enjoyed experiencing both a smaller laser tag environment (just the three of us) and with a large group. Many thanks to the management for accommodating our requests and doing their best to ensure we had a great time. It was my 10 year old nephew's first time doing laser tag and the whole experience had him so excited to come back asap! The room itself was amazing. Love the two stories and the very atmospheric artwork. Lots of great hiding spots and it worked for both a small and large group. The equipment worked great and the 15 mins felt like an eternity! Thanks for an amazing experience. We'll be back!

    First party on scene, clean?

You be the judge, first party on scene! Pointed to manager/owner "Kevin" the lack of cleanliness, got super defensive and made excuses. A simple "I'm sorry" would have sufficed, instead refused service. Got my refund, and went to a much enjoyable spot around the corner at K1 speed. Reconsider visiting this establishment.

Nice rental. You get alot of activities for your party. That said, they overbook the facility and even though we had reserved 11:30am, we had to wait for our room to vacate and then they cleaned. Didn't get to start until 12:10-12:15. But the kids had a blast. It is clean. And we will definitely go back just to play laser tag again.

Fun place for the kids. Lots to do including the indoor play structure, laser maze, bumper cars, and two story laser tag. The laser tag was really fun. The staff are attentive and friendly. The venue was clean. Great place for a bday party.

Poor management, poorly ran, they sell you on a private party but your party is not private, you feel like your being rushed out the manager has his kids running around and they were throwing balls at our guest there play store had a screw sticking out and all they did was put tape on it and lie about it when confronted our party was waiting for the bumper car things and they had half our party go and took other kids in-front of the other half of our party that was waiting in line first it's a pretty cool place but mismanaged/disorganized if I could give 0 stars I would horrible experience

This place is a blast. The laser tag is two story, I was skeptical at first but the ramps are great. The music adds to the intensity of the game. The owner is great at explaining how the games work. We'll be back!

The owner was very helpful! Had all parties in order!! Took great care in making sure we had a good time. Even when scheduling was off! He was able to switch everything around so that everyone had fun! Laser tag was so much fun! Will definitely be going back!!!

Birthday fun in the play area!

So I got to start the adventure with saying "no" cuz I just spent $40 for their entrance fees, then another $6 for THEIR grip socks even though we came wearing our own grip socks. Now I'm the bad guy cuz my kids see flashy expensive arcade games and want to play. The arcade games are so short and so expensive for the time you get to play, and no prizes to win, just money down the drain with the stupid pre paid cards that you don't know how much is left on it. The play structure has a super unsafe feature at the front, the Mario challenge wall, I saw multiple kids probably 8 year olds climb ABOVE the Mario structure where it's a full story high and they would be seriously hurt if they fell. My last complaint is that the staff did not keep a close enough eye on the gate to make sure kids don't escape. I saw the gate just hang open as the staff chatted with each other and not watching to keep it closed. On a positive note, the play structure itself is very large and a lot of exploring opportunities for toddlers and kids, lots of slides. Structures tall enough that parents can follow a two year old almost anywhere in the structure. The place has potential to be better and safer, but I'm sticking to Enchanted for my kids, it's safer for toddlers.

There's a good mix of activities and play structures that kept everyone entertained, from the littlest ones to the bigger kids. It's the kind of place where you can easily spend a couple of hours while the kids explore, climb, and just have a blast. One thing to note is that grip socks are required, and they're $3 a pair if you don't bring your own. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind before you go. Overall, it's a clean, lively spot with lots to do, and we'll definitely be back!

Arrived with the kids on a sunny afternoon for a birthday party. A new attraction "Tubes…read morePlayground" was advertised on the website for this Sacramento location, but instead there was a sign that read "Coming Soon" so maybe call ahead to confirm attractions. Although the Sky Ride was closed, the kids still had fun jumping and flipping on the Apex trampoline and running through the Warrior course. It was very packed and busy. I felt that this visit wasn't as great at my last; place seemed like it needs a deep clean and better ventilation because of the smell of sweat and chaos. I ordered nachos at the cafe, the nacho cheese sauce they used this time wasn't good so I wouldn't recommend ordering these again. Way too oily and slightly bitter. Even with attractions closed and food not what I expected, we still enjoyed ourselves and will come back when the "Tube Playground" is finally installed. We will skip the food at the cafe and just get refreshments. Hopefully our next visit will be great like previous visits!

I am beyond disgusted with my experience at Urban Air Adventure Park Sacramento…read more My 7 year old son went there to have fun, and instead left scared for his safety. A group of teenage boys approached him, called him "little N" multiple times, and tried to lure him by saying they had candy and telling him to come to them. Let that sink in. A child was racially harassed and made to feel like he was about to be kidnapped inside a place that is supposed to be safe for kids. He ran and told his godmother, who immediately reported it to management. And what did they do? Nothing meaningful. The teens were not removed. They were allowed to stay and continue occupying the same space as the children they just targeted. That is unacceptable. This is bigger than "kids being kids." This is racism and dangerous behavior being ignored. When a business allows that kind of environment to continue, they are part of the problem. My son is biracial but does not appear to be, and he was targeted without hesitation. No child should have to experience that kind of fear just to play. Urban Air failed to protect him. They failed to act. And they failed to create a safe environment. If you are a parent, especially a parent of Black children, you need to seriously consider whether this is a place where your child will actually be safe. Do better.

I visited with friends and we had a great time!…read more We checked in on the digital kiosks and then selected balaclava colors before waiting for our turn. At first I was confused why the wait time was so long when the space seemed almost empty, but we learned quickly that the more runs you do the better deal you get, and racing can be pricey. We opted for two rounds since we were new to it and didn't know how long it would take if we did more. Our first race took some time to be called for (about an hour), but we had much less downtime before our second one. While you wait there is an arcade area and a bar. One thing we noticed is that the staff in areas other than the racetrack are much less engaging- I think they must be bored from the lack of people interacting with them or working on things in other places. The bar was frequently unmanned and we learned that they don't offer tap water, only bottled. We also learned that while some packages come with food, if you don't time it correctly you may have to leave the food at the tables to head down to your race. It might be best to wait until after racing to order any food. While we didn't get food during the visit, we found it odd that a bunch of sliders and other food were just sitting around in the bar area unattended, getting cold. There's gotta be a better system. The team on the racetrack was engaged and nice. They made sure everyone was set up, strapped in, and that the races were organized and safe. I was TERRIBLE, but did get better my second round. Our group ended up having a lot of fun. Some things to note- they do put groups together and fill the extra spots with other racers so your group will be together but you may have different people in each heat (depending on how many rounds they bought and when they arrived). Riding with other groups means you may get bumped into and have people of VERY different skill levels. We definitely had some regulars in our group. When someone spins out or needs help all the karts stop so it can really interrupt the race, but I guess that's part of the experience. Overall it's a lot of fun but there's some room for improvement in their non-racing areas.
