this place was very fun, owner was super attentive and friendly, but in the bathroom we saw some cockroaches and it was lowkey traumatizing and I couldn't stop thinking about them - hence why the low rating. some of the equipment for the games were broken, but they had other ones to use instead. place wasn't the cleanest, aside from the cockroaches. also the sodas from the soda machine were not cold which was unfortunate. overall it was fun and a good deal for 2 hours of unlimited play, but i wouldn't come back due to the cockroaches and lack of cleanliness. read more

We recently came here for a party. And it was ok. The place isn't the most upgraded place. But the kids had fun. There was only two other party's going on. The kids got to do the bumper cars 2x's which is 5mins turn. And then they got to do lazer tag for about 20-30mins. Which was pretty cool they had a second floor to run around in. And pretty good lazer vests. They had a jungle gym area where the kids get to climb & swing in. Pretty fun for kids. They did not have a party helper. And the owner was there in the beginning but then just saw two boys working. Fun place. I Just wish they were more cleaner & more welcoming. We came here this past weekend for a birthday party and what a chaotic place it is! It was so crowded and our party room was not available at our designated time which seems to happen to a lot of people because they overbook the place. The place seems very dirty and I was sanitizing my hands every time I touched something. Prizes for tickets are very minimal - they aren't even worth spending money to play games. We came on a Monday with my partner and nephew and were lucky to coincide with a birthday party that was generous enough to let us join their group laser tournament. Our nephew enjoyed experiencing both a smaller laser tag environment (just the three of us) and with a large group. Many thanks to the management for accommodating our requests and doing their best to ensure we had a great time. I booked the jungle park party for this weekend and could not have asked for a better experience at Sac Laser Tag! We were met with attentive, friendly and beyond helpful staff. Each member who worked with us were kind and beyond helpful. The location was clean and quite larger than we were expecting for the private rooms and the included activities. We couldn't have had a better experience and will definitely be back again! Each section of the party flowed well and they were even patient as we switched gears never rushing us. Nice rental. You get alot of activities for your party. That said, they overbook the facility and even though we had reserved 11:30am, we had to wait for our room to vacate and then they cleaned. Four stars because my kid had a blast at their party, but overall it was very disorganized and rushed. As others said, the room wasn't ready at our start time. The owner kept saying "yeah yeah we're cleaning it for you now!" But even 15 min past our start time, there was another party in there still finishing. They also didn't start our first laser tag game on time, so the whole thing was rushed and we had to stay late with parents waiting around to finish the last game. The prizes for arcade tickets were woefully bad. The second laser tag game, they let another group of kids in, who were teenagers and yelled at and name called (b-word!) at our 9 yr olds. BUT-- kids had an absolute blast and the maze, tag, and bumper cars were fun. Unlike what other said, I thought it was very clean. Way cleaner than your average roller rink or bowling alley. We had a party reserved for 2:00 PM with the premiere package for 10 people. I had paid a $50 deposit for the party that was non-refundable but would go to towards the party. This included two laser tags, one laser maze and one bumper cars for $365. We got there really early at 1:15 PM hoping to set up by 1:45 PM. We get to the front desk and talked to the owner. We asked how soon we can set up and he said he would try to get us in ASAP. There was actually another party in the room and we got in exactly at 2:00 PM. At this point, we are decorating and a bit cleaning from the party before. Around 2:15 PM, I ask the staff how this works. He explained we would have two activities, pizza then another two activities. I said perfect! They started off with the laser maze and the one laser tag. No complaints there. Then our pizzas came. The package came with 2 extra large pepperoni and cheese. We ordered 3 more extra large pizzas from Papa John's which was an extra $24 each. I had asked for Parmesan cheese and peppers from the owner who didn't come back to give it to us. At this point, the place started getting packed! After pizza and cake at 3:30 PM, I asked how long we have the room because the next party was already waiting for us to get out. It was a bit uncomfortable. He says about 20-25 minutes which I already knew we were supposed to have the party room for 2 hours and end at 4:00 PM. So we closed the door and finishing what we were eating and to get ready for the next activity. The owner opens the door and says "you guys eat pizza and cake already? okay you need to clean up". So I'm thinking okay, we got about 20 minutes to clean and we will get out on the time. The owner brings a cart and says he will help me switch out with the next party and I'm like ok thanks. But he rushed me out in 5 minutes. We were out of there at 3:35 PM. I felt so embarrassed. The next party had 25 minutes to set up and we were cut 25 minutes. I talked to the owner who gave me a reasonable price and I didn't have my card with me so I said I would come back. I came back and for some reason, the price went up. I'm like okay, it's still a discount and I won't argue. As I was going home, I called because I realized he didn't deduct the $50 that I had deposited. He answers and says he already gave me a discount and then I mentioned how he rushed us and didn't deduct the $50. He said he would call me back that night. I never received a call. I called this morning and supposedly he's not in. The person who answered the phone said he would have the owner call me. I was going to rate this a 3 star review because other employees were very nice. The pizza came on time. The kids had fun however this was very unorganized and jumping parties to parties without a break in between. The bathrooms needs to be cleaned and they need to hire more staff. It would be nice to know who works there by giving them uniforms or name tags because I had to observe who was working there. What topped this off was the "discount" he supposedly gave me. He didn't give me one. I would not recommend this place for a kid's birthday party if they would treat you the way the owner treated me. The concept is great but it's too small for the amount of people they book and the customer service definitely needs work. read more

I had my daughter's 4th birthday party here. Everything was so easy! The staff was great to work with and very hospitable. My daughter had a great time and so did all of her friends. My only concern was not having much time to decorate. We had about 10min to decorate. With enough people helping out, it is enough time. The tables and chairs are already set up and the tables already have covers on them, so it's just whatever centerpieces or banners you want to put up. If you're going to do a lot of decorating, just be sure to have some extra people there early to help you set up. Otherwise, it was a very stress free event and just a really good time. The layout is well thought out and makes it easy to keep an eye on the kids even if you stay seated. I highly recommend it for a party or even just to take the kids when the weather is not conducive to playing outside. read more

Some friends and I had the urge to play laser tag. It has been a good fifteen years or so since I last played, but we all used to love it. We checked out Jas on a whim, and it was so much fun. The people that ran it were super nice and really chill, the laser tag itself was very fun, and it was reasonably priced. Four of us played three games each for $25/person. It wasn't super overly crowded, which was nice. If it were super crowded, I could see it being a hard space to navigate. We went here this weekend for a birthday party and our boys had a really fun time. I'll start by saying the location is strange--it was in the middle of all these construction buildings and tile stores, and pretty hidden. If the location was better, I'm sure this place would be pretty popular. For a Saturday morning, it was absolutely dead. When you first walk in, you walk into a large room with an arcade. The arcade was very well kept and everything was in working order. The arcade games spit out tickets, which you can use up front to buy prizes with. They also have a machine that counts your tickets, which was nice. The place was super clean, which was a major plus. I heard that they originally opened in 2019 but had to shut down due to COVID and reopened recently. The owner was taking precautions by wearing a mask, as well. Our boys played three rounds of laser tag, which they loved. The owner then turned on the bumper cars and the kids all had fun bumping into each other and riding around in those. My only criticism would be that it didn't feel homey, at all, and instead, felt more like a humongous warehouse. It was poorly insulated and all of us were shivering and freezing. For that, I have to take off one star. Especially in this cold weather, it would have been nice if the owner had the heater on and made the place feel a little cozy and welcoming. read more

This is an amazing place!! The lazer tag arena was well done!! Two stories, great shot points and corners and walls to hide. Guns have some great names to them which was fun. Vests fit all sizes. The lazer maze was a blast! I did lazer buster and had a good time. {#1 outta 900+ currently woot!!} They have bumper cars that have quite abit of power to them. They do parties and events as well. I can here with 8 of my friends, all of us in our mid to late 20s, and we had A BLAST!!! We played laser tag on their 2 story course which was awesome. We did the laser maze which was humbling haha! And then did the bumper cars which I was a bit skeptical about, but was completely proven wrong and had a super fun time on. It looks like the owner is still in the process of adding new stuff into the space (which is great to see!), so it's not the most polished space at this exact moment (like there are some unused arcade game and such sitting around at the back of the space). We did a Premium Party package for my daughter who was turning 12 back in January. I didn't realize this place even existed. There is so much to do, everybody had such a great time! The laser maze is fun, you get to watch each player on a screen as they go in one at a time. The Owner is on top of everything there and ensures you get everything you need. The party rooms are huge!
