So I got to start the adventure with saying "no" cuz I just spent $40 for their entrance fees, then another $6 for THEIR grip socks even though we came wearing our own grip socks. Now I'm the bad guy cuz my kids see flashy expensive arcade games and want to play. The arcade games are so short and so expensive for the time you get to play, and no prizes to win, just money down the drain with the stupid pre paid cards that you don't know how much is left on it. The play structure has a super unsafe feature at the front, the Mario challenge wall, I saw multiple kids probably 8 year olds climb ABOVE the Mario structure where it's a full story high and they would be seriously hurt if they fell. My last complaint is that the staff did not keep a close enough eye on the gate to make sure kids don't escape. I saw the gate just hang open as the staff chatted with each other and not watching to keep it closed. On a positive note, the play structure itself is very large and a lot of exploring opportunities for toddlers and kids,lots of slides. Structures tall enough that parents can follow a two year old almost anywhere in the structure. The place has potential to be better and safer, but I'm sticking to Enchanted for my kids, it's safer for toddlers.

At no point did the front desk staff tell me that the playhouse would be closing at 5:30 PM. If I had known we would only have about 45 minutes to play, I would have come another day. Shortly after we arrived, one of the parents from a birthday party asked for my children's names and kindly invited us to help ourselves to some pizza. Since no one mentioned that the playhouse was about to close, I had no reason to think our visit would be cut so short. Then, at 5:29 PM, the front desk employee suddenly told us they were closing and that we had to leave. When I asked why no one had informed me before I paid full price, I was simply told that the hours were listed on the website. I found this place through Google, not your website. Customers should be informed about an upcoming closing before they pay full admission. Charging full price without mentioning that the business is closing in less than an hour is unfair and very disappointing. I hope management will improve communication with customers and consider offering a partial refund or a complimentary return visit in situations like this. My children were very excited to visit the playhouse and were very upset and disappointed when we were asked to leave shortly after arriving.

Even when we insisted on helping clean up with food and stuff, they told us no. And we were so happy to find out this is a nonprofit place, helping the community. We were just visiting the area and stopped by hoping for a safe place for my baby to play, but it turned into an infuriating and unsafe experience. A business built for children should understand that kids develop at vastly different paces and there is no rigid standard for every age. My son was born four months premature. While his birth certificate says 18 months, his physical size, adjusted age, and motor skills are at a 12-14 month level, and he has only just started walking.The front desk took our payment first with zero warning. Only after we had already paid did they inform us that he was couldn't enter the 18-month-and-under section. When I tried explaining that he is a preemie, the staff member argued back and forth, claiming his adjusted age "doesn't matter" and that they strictly enforce birth age and weight but they do t know what he actually weighs. Because they forced him into the main play area, the bigger kids were running circles around him while he was barely finding his footing. It was a complete safety hazard that defeated the entire purpose of having a protected toddler zone. I wish they had disclosed this rule prior to us paying. If you are visiting the area or have a child who was born premature, be aware. Edit: The owner personally reached out to apologize, issued a full refund, and ensured the team was coached moving forward. I really appreciate the accountability and customer care!

There is only one mini slide here, so that's something to be aware of if your child prefers slides. Adults and children can wear their shoes in here since they have hardwood floors. The separate birthday room was really nice and very open. I definitely plan to have my daughter's birthday party here in the future.

They opened in January and have the cutest little town where kids can play pretend at the library, grocery store(our toddler's favorite), diner, fire department and more! Our toddler LOVED the ride on toys like the Little Tikes Cozy Coupe, had an absolute blast in the ball pit and going belly down on the slides! I thought the Magnetic Minecraft Blocks were amazing, easy to build for all ages! 2 Hour Open Play sessions are $15 for ages 1-10, which includes 2 adults for 2 hours! $12 for 11 months and under! One of our guests also told us they personally saw her give some of our food to a man outside. We never gave permission for our food to be thrown away, kept by an employee, or given to anyone else. When we questioned her, she repeatedly asked us not to take it the wrong way and tried to explain herself. This was extremely disappointing and seriously affected our trust in this venue. I hope management investigates what happened and makes sure it does not happen to another family.
