The first thing I noticed walking in was how clean everything was. For an indoor play space, that really stood out. The layout is well thought out and there's a lot to keep kids entertained. The play structure is huge and even big enough for adults to climb in with the kids. The ninja course was a big hit and the Mario themed wall had kids lining up to try it. There are arcade games, small rides, and a separate toddler area that I really appreciated. The toddler section even has interactive screens where little ones can play games and draw, which kept the younger kids happy and busy. The staff were all fantastic. Everyone we interacted with were friendly, attentive, and very organized. Hosting a kid's birthday party can feel overwhelming, but they helped everything run smoothly so we could actually relax and enjoy the day. They even handled the small details I forgot like filing the goodie bags and blowing up balloons. The party room was spacious and nicely set up, and the overall experience felt soo easy and well coordinated. HUGE thank you to the team at Peek-A-Boo Factory for helping make the celebration so fun. We'll definitely be back for open play!

Kids come in and the…read morefirst thing they see is the EXPENSIVE arcade games before they even get to see the play structures to get excited about. So I got to start the adventure with saying "no" cuz I just spent $40 for their entrance fees, then another $6 for THEIR grip socks even though we came wearing our own grip socks. Now I'm the bad guy cuz my kids see flashy expensive arcade games and want to play. The arcade games are so short and so expensive for the time you get to play, and no prizes to win, just money down the drain with the stupid pre paid cards that you don't know how much is left on it. The play structure has a super unsafe feature at the front, the Mario challenge wall, I saw multiple kids probably 8 year olds climb ABOVE the Mario structure where it's a full story high and they would be seriously hurt if they fell. My last complaint is that the staff did not keep a close enough eye on the gate to make sure kids don't escape. I saw the gate just hang open as the staff chatted with each other and not watching to keep it closed. On a positive note, the play structure itself is very large and a lot of exploring opportunities for toddlers and kids, lots of slides. Structures tall enough that parents can follow a two year old almost anywhere in the structure. The place has potential to be better and safer, but I'm sticking to Enchanted for my kids, it's safer for toddlers.

We had a birthday party for our grandson and the staff were excellent meeting all our needs. The thing that impressed me the most was how clean everything was! There were no "smells" and nothing was dirty. We appreciated that the older folks attending the party did not have to take their shoes off when walking out on the play floor. My boys are 1&3 and this was the perfect place for all the kids to just run around, let loose and not worry about age limits, height limits or anything. They have toys and activities for any age. Even the adults were hopping on the zip line. The owners were so damn nice and wouldn't let us help with anything because they wanted it to be stress free and make sure the parents enjoyed their kids' birthday. Even when we insisted on helping clean up with food and stuff, they told us no. And we were so happy to find out this is a nonprofit place, helping the community. We will definitely be taking our kids back just to play during the day sometime. Thank you everything exhilaration station!!

The staff was incredibly helpful in getting this oriented to the experience and help the kids. There are adult chairs throughout the playroom to sit in while your child plays. The toys seemed clean and the playroom wasn't messy. There are little houses for children to play in. There is only one mini slide here, so that's something to be aware of if your child prefers slides. Adults and children can wear their shoes in here since they have hardwood floors. Instead of just a jungle gym and ball pit, they actually have little themed areas like mini kitchens and small workshop setups, which makes it so much more engaging. There's also this fun little roller coaster-style toy my baby absolutely loved. It really helped her practice motor skills and stay active in a more intentional way instead of just running around. The staff were super nice and everything was really clean. They even had high chairs available, and they were already spotless and ready to use, which made things so much easier as a parent. Overall, it felt safe, clean, and actually designed with younger toddlers in mind. Definitely one of the better play spaces we've been to and we'll for sure be coming back.

At no point did the front desk staff tell me that the playhouse would be closing at 5:30 PM. If I had known we would only have about 45 minutes to play, I would have come another day. Shortly after we arrived, one of the parents from a birthday party asked for my children's names and kindly invited us to help ourselves to some pizza. Since no one mentioned that the playhouse was about to close, I had no reason to think our visit would be cut so short. Then, at 5:29 PM, the front desk employee suddenly told us they were closing and that we had to leave. When I asked why no one had informed me before I paid full price, I was simply told that the hours were listed on the website. I found this place through Google, not your website. Customers should be informed about an upcoming closing before they pay full admission. Charging full price without mentioning that the business is closing in less than an hour is unfair and very disappointing. I hope management will improve communication with customers and consider offering a partial refund or a complimentary return visit in situations like this. My children were very excited to visit the playhouse and were very upset and disappointed when we were asked to leave shortly after arriving.
