The owners were amazing and truly went above and beyond. The themed decorations were beautiful, and they had everything set up and ready for us, including a lighter and extra candles. They even drew the cutest themed birthday message for our grandson on a large chalkboard! We had 18 children ranging in age from 20 months to 7 years old, and every single one of them had a blast. The parents all commented on what a fantastic party it was! The facility was very clean, and I especially appreciated the small calming area with quiet surroundings and low lighting where children can go if they become overwhelmed. We didn't need to use it, but it was wonderful to know it was available. One of the best parts was how easy they made everything for us. I barely had to think about a thing because the hosts were so helpful and kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. We were able to relax and enjoy the party rather than worry about the details. I brought the Pokemon cupcakes from Sam's Club and they provided the pizza. I have two younger grandsons, and I already plan to host their birthday parties at Exhilaration Station in the future. Open Play is $15 for ages 1 and up, $12 for siblings, with 1 parent included and $5 each additional parent! They host parties for a fee with themed decor and balloons! Waivers can be signed conviently online to save time before visits and they sell grip socks as well in their boutique/snack area! A business built for children should understand that kids develop at vastly different paces and there is no rigid standard for every age. My son was born four months premature. While his birth certificate says 18 months, his physical size, adjusted age, and motor skills are at a 12-14 month level, and he has only just started walking.The front desk took our payment first with zero warning. Only after we had already paid did they inform us that he was couldn't enter the 18-month-and-under section. When I tried explaining that he is a preemie, the staff member argued back and forth, claiming his adjusted age "doesn't matter" and that they strictly enforce birth age and weight but they do t know what he actually weighs. Because they forced him into the main play area, the bigger kids were running circles around him while he was barely finding his footing. It was a complete safety hazard that defeated the entire purpose of having a protected toddler zone. I wish they had disclosed this rule prior to us paying. If you are visiting the area or have a child who was born premature, be aware. Edit: The owner personally reached out to apologize, issued a full refund, and ensured the team was coached moving forward. I really appreciate the accountability and customer care!

At no point did the front desk staff tell me that the playhouse would be closing at 5:30 PM. If I had known we would only have about 45 minutes to play, I would have come another day. Shortly after we arrived, one of the parents from a birthday party asked for my children's names and kindly invited us to help ourselves to some pizza. Since no one mentioned that the playhouse was about to close, I had no reason to think our visit would be cut so short. Then, at 5:29 PM, the front desk employee suddenly told us they were closing and that we had to leave. When I asked why no one had informed me before I paid full price, I was simply told that the hours were listed on the website. I found this place through Google, not your website. Customers should be informed about an upcoming closing before they pay full admission. Charging full price without mentioning that the business is closing in less than an hour is unfair and very disappointing. I hope management will improve communication with customers and consider offering a partial refund or a complimentary return visit in situations like this. My children were very excited to visit the playhouse and were very upset and disappointed when we were asked to leave shortly after arriving.

The padded jungle gym looked like it could be a lot of fun for kids, but it was noticeably old and grimy and seemed overdue for repairs and updates. I understand that indoor play spaces see a lot of traffic, and keeping everything in top condition is a challenge. With a little refreshing and maintenance, I think this space could better match the wonderful vision behind it. While it wasn't quite the right fit for our family, others may still enjoy it. If cleanliness and newer equipment are priorities for you, Enchanted has been a better experience for our family.
