I think everyone's favorite was the kids vs parents where all the parents got to go on the field. Great picnic table setup perfect to bring and have cupcakes / pizza etc. they supplied plenty of water and there is a bathroom right next to the field. Highly highly recommend!!! Parking for both the park and the pre school is shared in a single parking lot. There are a large number of redwoods along the perimeter of the park, but towards the center of the park where the play areas are located, shade is very limited. When I asked what happened to my daughter to the main teacher, the teacher had no idea and the teacher said to follow up but never got a response back. COVID-19 response The staff never wore masks and never required kids to wear masks but one Monday all staff were masked up, it was eerie. Later that day, the school notified me that my kids were exposed to COVID-19 with no details of exposure, and the school was closed for a week. The tuition was reimbursed. Discipline Policy There was a child who is disruptive and harmful to other students, the school had no procedure to correct the kid's behavior. The kid was aware of no consequences for his behavior and bullied kids who were playing alone or kids who doesn't retaliate. Teachers appeared not responsive until kids scream, cry, or tell teachers for help. Basic manners such as taking turns, sharing with others, and being kind to others were not important to teachers and were not disciplined. If these are not taught in a school, why should I even bother sending my kid here? My kid got chased, sand over her hair, and her sand castle was destroyed by one kid. The staff never tried to stop the bullying behavior, they didn't even know it was happening. Teacher-to-Student ratio The school advertises a 1:6 ratio. One teacher and two assistant teachers for 18 kids. However, that's only in the classroom. When kids are outside at the playground, the teacher stays inside the classroom and only assistant teachers are monitoring the kids.

Their favorite is the binary code, electricity, technology & circuits.... Their dad was working on something over the wknd and the girls said to dad, "that is a circuit board". It's on a very small lot with nothing but a very small playground, a bench, a water fountain, a trash can, and a dog waste center. The play structure only has one ladder, one slide, one small rock wall, a rocking horse, a spinning chair, and two toddler swings. The ground is covered in wood chips. A small walking path leads through the park, from Arbuckle Avenue, to an un-named bike trail segment behind the park, which leads down to Sibley. I originally stumbled upon this park while exploring said bike trail. I would probably not bring a school-age child to this park, since there's not very much to do. The main advantage I can see to this park would be for neighborhood residents who want a place for their toddlers to play in privacy.
