My daughter has been attending Tumble Time since she was 2 years old and is now almost 9 and on their gymnastics team. It has been amazing to see her growth and all of the wonderful coaches that are leading her through this journey. Jenni and Haylee are the two owners and despite juggling so many aspects of the business are always quick to respond to any questions and concerns. I appreciate that they push the gymnasts to do their best, but never in an unsafe way. The new facility is amazing and we feel proud to be part of the the Tumble Time family! read more

Took my grandson and his friend during TDay school break. Very well organized. The boys were greeted and guided where to drop their gear and where to find their group. The kids were carefully supervised for the whole two hours. Small groups lead by young adults moved from station to station. Kids learned how to use the equipment, got to practice with supervision of the leader and had some free exploration time, too. There were plenty of water breaks between station changes. The leaders seemed to have had good training to work with their groups and they seemed to be enjoying their time, too. Adults could stay or leave. I had a hard time finding this place using Goggle Maps, but we got there! Highly recommended as a change of pace indoor activity for school-aged kids. read more

I waited for a few weeks to post this review to let my frustration simmer down, but overall this place lacks professionalism. Toddler/Mini classes are honestly not really worth the money. They need to have a minimum of two teachers for the amount of students, to help direct and assist the kids in their skills. I also think their expectations for the age level are not realistic. While I understand the overall goal is for the kids to learn how to listen, follow instructions etc, they are also expecting them to be able to do so after one or two classes. Not only are the expectations unrealistic, but the young teachers are quick to get frustrated with the children that are still developing their skills. Which is also why they need two teachers per class, as they would not be so overwhelmed with the amount of children they are trying to instruct. In addition, the rules for the parent assisted classes need to be explained ahead of time, as I was told different things from different teachers each class so I was getting irritated with the inconsistency and the way things were communicated. Not only were there issues with the classes themselves but the office administration was not organized. They took our payment for the following month, and then when we showed up the following week for our second class, before we even got both feet in the door they blurted out at us "you're trial is over you didn't pay for a spot in the class". Which was not a respectful nor appropriate after we spent $200, and thankfully I kept my email receipt. In my opinion, a lot of improvement could be made for the cost per class. read more

Staff is friendly. It is clean and organized and reasonably priced. I think the system is easy to navigate and again reasonable with makeups and class drop ins etc. my kid really enjoys it. I have a 4 year old, they work on all areas of gymnastics vs just tumbling like most of the local spots in my area. Highly recommend read more

Over a year after my first review and I still love this place. All the staff I have dealt with have been professional, friendly, and helpful. The office staff have all responded promptly any time I have left a message or sent an email. All the instructors have been great with the kids, but there are some whose passion for gymnastics and working with kids is obvious. It warms my heart to see teenagers being so kind, engaged with the children, and passionate (the instructors all look like they are about 16-19, so I assume they are teens). The atmosphere here is wonderful - It's fun, friendly, and the love of gymnastics is obvious. What made me submit a 2nd review tonight was my experience with one of their Parents Night Out. I've never attended one before (here or anywhere else), so I was a bit nervous just leaving my kid there for several hours. But as soon as I got into the building I could see how well organized it was and that the instructors had a close eye on everyone. My kid had a blast and I look forward to the next event. My only complaint is that the kids in the 3 year old class only get maybe 15 minutes of actual activity during the 45 min class. There is one teacher and they only set up maybe 3 stations at a time so the kids spend the majority of the time waiting in line, and that's after a 10-15 minute "warm up," that consists of a lot of talk vs warming up the body. (I completely understand the need to warm kids up mentally and physically before a session, but it's just too long and the kids are itching to get moving). However, To be fair, I have not experienced this problem in the other 2 classes my kid has been enrolled in during his 2.5 years here, so it's definitely not worth reducing a rating over. read more

I have been taking my toddler here to the mommy and me class for a few months now. She has a great time. They have a pretty good variety of schedule options, and weekend options, which some other local gyms don't have. The teacher is consistent (as in, same teacher every time), and does a great job of working with the sometimes challenging toddler population. They do circuit style classes, so there is always a place to go and an activity to do. She does a great job of keeping the class moving. It is $62 a month for the baby class, and I think slightly more expensive as they move up. Make-up policy is reasonable - I think you have a month to schedule a make up class from your missed class. We love tumble time! My kids are in Ms. Becky and Ms. Cece's classes, and we couldn't be happier with their professionalism and also their compassion with young kids. This delightful gymnastics program has been, and continues to be, a wonderfully enjoyable and greatly positive program for our family. Three of my grandchildren have enjoyed being taught the dynamic and exciting skills of tumbling and gymnastics skills. Our youngest granddaughter has especially excelled and has found that this is what she has always wanted to do because she is very good at it. Her teachers are skilled and very patient and careful in their training and they give abundant positive encouragement. This positive atmosphere is life-blood to a little girl who has found her niche and feels a real "ownership mind-set" in this gym. She feels like she is good at it and part of a great team. Another young granddaughter found that her training at Tumble Time has not only enhanced her ballet training but enabled her to qualify for greater roles in this season's Nutcracker. Our grandson has loved learning in the Boy's program and is anxious to return to an upper level gymnastics program as he has noticed how much stronger it makes him for his sports seasons. Everyone in this program is highly skilled and always so kind, so positive and carefully focused on each student. There is such a happy spirit there which can be felt in the first moments of entering the building. They obviously know what they're doing is building champions in LIFE! I think tumble time is a great place to be when you are board. My daughter and son love going with their neighbors to do a lot of tumbling and fun activities.They have too many things they love there. I have been tacking my daughter there for five years but her brother 1 of 11 years would be 6 because he went to a different gym before he went here. Been taking my kids here for a year and overall it was a good experience. The owners are friendly and so is the front desk and most of the teachers. The gym is I. The worst condition ever but it is functional. We switched class times to better fit my schedule and got Cece (Cisaly) as a teacher. At first glance she seems good. Strict but attentive however she clearly prefers kids who can sustain attention (which my kids cannot). She consistently scolded them and refused to let them be "the helper". One of my girls asked every week and every week Cece refused to pick her. My child every week kept asking "why can't I be the helper?" As a teacher to 4-5 year olds someone should give her a lesson that positive reinforcement works a lot better then punishment. Or in our case embarrassment. Finally one time she picked one of my girls to be the helper yet still scolded her at the end (despite her doing a good job and trying her hardest). The final straw came when she had four kids sit and watch while another climbed up a rope (6-7 minutes which for my kids that is a a LONG time to sit still and watch someone do something). She then dismissed class. My child was upset "why didn't I get a turn?" And her response was "that girl was asking me for a long time". Um hello! Like my child has been asking to be a helper for months?! My child threw a tantrum and the teacher just kept scolding her. That was it I pulled my two out and will NOT be going back. Overall this is a decent place with competitive rates. read more

I enrolled both of my kids in classes at tumbletime over the summer and they both LOVE it! This was the first experience in gymnastics for both of my kids and I couldn't be happier. The teachers really help the children with form and are very patient. We love tumbletime and will continue classes in the future! read more

Enrolled my 3 year old for gymnastics class. I had high hopes but was disappointed. Instructors were very unfriendly and seemed like they didn't enjoy working with children or even want to be there. The place is pretty dirty and the bathroom was gross. Won't be going back. I'd recommend finding someplace else for your child. read more

I had high hopes for this place but I have to say I am little disappointed. We tried my daughter on Tuesday class where teacher was not engaged at all. She will be focus on finishing all the steps but no concept of teaching kids proper way of doing.it. we moved my daughter to different instructor, atleast she is better than previous one but my daughter has to ask instructor if she is doing it right or if instructor can show how it is done. Really pathetic if 5 year old has to ask teacher to check instead of teacher checking on them. read more

My daughter and I love all of the Tumble Time coaches. She has gone through all the recreation classes and has been on the artistic team for a couple of years.The Tumble time coaches are amazing! They truly care about the gymnasts and want the gymnasts to do their best. They also teach the gymnasts good sportsmanship. The gymnasts are always cheering for each other and even their competitors. They have wonderful team building activities for the  team gymnasts. The gym has plenty of seating to watch your child participate and they keep the gym and the bathrooms very clean. The owners Becky and Joe have created a great family gym! My three daughters have been attending tumble time for many years now. My oldest daughter is on the competitive artistic team and the coaches are wonderful! My middle daughter is in a tumbling class and my younger daughter is in a level A gymnastic class. If I ever have concern about the coaches I can approach the coach, the owners Becky and Joe or any office staff and they are more than accomdating. They will work with my daughter's one on one to teach them skills they need to work on in order to advance. The gym is always clean, the equipment is sturdy and safe. My kids absolutely love it here! My children (2.5 and 4) love their gym teachers and really look forward to going to "play at the gym". My 4 year old attends the gymnastics preschool program and adores Miss Karen!! They have done multiple classes and open gym and I have been impressed with it all! Miss Becky keeps the program organized and fun and the staff are all very knowledgeable on gym technique and great with the kids! I can't say enough great things!!! read more

We are so incredibly happy here. My daughter is in the gymnastic classes as well as a member of one of the teams here. She looks forward to her gymnastics every week!! The gym not only offers great classes for kids but also has a parents night out every few weeks which is an awesome thing for hard working parents with kids if you need a night out!!! I just want to give a shout out to Jamie and Donna in this post as well, they go out of their way to pick up my daughter from school on Thursdays so that she can make it to her team gym.
