Just in case you are looking for a great ABA provider, this one is top notch!!…read more We have had several ABA providers over the past 9 years and with the exception of a handful of AMAZING behavioral therapists from the other facilities, Get Social! Is by far the best company we have worked with. The BCBAs, Social Leaders, program supervisors and therapists are exceptional! They have social groups, which is a plus! They actually follow through with what is being set up, discussed, needs to be done, etc. We feel heard during the parent meetings and valued. The therapists seem well versed and adjust the sessions to the kids needs each day. The BCBA is part of sessions, which we have never seen before unless highly needed or requested. The whole team seems to be educated for the needs of my kids, not a cookie cutter program.

She specializes in children with autistic spectrum disorders, but works with students with other issues as well. My son has been seeing Cindy for the past three months and his growth in that time has been tremendous. She is thorough, detailed and keeps data on everything to help you see your child's growth and to know when new goals are needed. My favorite part about working with Cindy is how she consults with me as a parent. She helps to teach me the ways to help my son so that I can implement it between sessions. Obviously, if I'm implementing things at home with my son it will stick better than if he only gets it once or twice a week. This is a major difference between her model and some other therapists. I highly recommend Cindy. She is knowledgeable, personable and dedicated to helping children grow to their potential.

We started the process during our daughter's freshman year in high school. By starting early, Sara was really able to guide my daughter through career exploration, summer activities, volunteer opportunities, college application/essay process, and so much more. Sara was always available to us and we always felt she was supporting us in the utmost way. We had major life events that occurred over the last 3-4 years and Sara went out of her way to support us and find help to our answers. She truly wants to see her students exceed through the high school/college preparation experience. She feels part of our family and we will truly miss connecting with her through our meetings. I can't thank her enough for her generosity, positivity, and encouragement through what can be a very stressful experience. With Sara's help and my daughter's hard work and commitment, she has wonderful colleges to choose from. Thank you Sara and the College Planning Center!

Everyone is very professional but I appreciated the support they gave my son to help his confidence grow and found colleges we hadn't even considered. This made us excited about what the future holds for him! Thank you to The College Planning Center.

I've watched her blossom from having a great deal of separation anxiety to being confident and excited about going each week. She's even picked up valuable tools for calming herself when she is hurt or upset. She'll get hurt and tell me, "I need to go meditate for a few minutes, mama." Big win! She's also developed some lovely bonds with the other children in class. From a parent point of view, I've really appreciated the teacher of these classes, who is nurturing and wonderful, and the director has been professional, helpful and supportive with any questions I've had. I've had the opportunity to stay on site and have lunch with my daughter, until she was more comfortable with me being gone for the duration, and I experienced all the teachers being respectful and caring with the students. Even when correction was necessary, I saw it delivered in a respectful manner to which the children responded positively. I intend upon enrolling my daughter in future classes and recommend WLR to the other homeschooling families we know.

We are taking advantage of the online classes this semester. They have created a bubble of classes that cover so many fun subjects and ideas. With the videos being offered it is so helpful to watch it before showing my little one as to teach it in a clear manner. Or I can choose to have her watch and follow along. It's great that you have them for a period of time to reference later.
