Every staff person was knowledgeable, professional, kind, supportive and communicative. The instruction provided to the kids was easy to understand, and instructors were patient and calm. They provided free scripts for future use. The facility was clean, organized and safe. They concluded each day with an email update with photos and a description of the days events and lessons. My son loved making new friends, learning how to code and script and was sad when the week came to an end. The last day of the event included a showcase where each student presented the games they made. We intend to sign up for additional coaching sessions. I highly recommend!

The school used exceptionally gifted high school students as instructors (teachers), which was great because my daughter could relate well to such instructors (as they were similar in age to my daughter). The owner has a "can-do" personality and, furthermore, was very accommodating in relation to billing and scheduling make-up classes. What more could you want?

However, this time despite 3 emails and two phone calls, they are not calling us back or making any effort to keep our business! One of the calls, I even reached the owner who told me he would call me right back with a schedule . . . it's been a week and a 1/2 with no call back.
