I had a great instructor who was able to answer all questions. IsInc is great for IT and software training. I look forward to taking the adobe photo shop training next. I enjoyed training here, it's probably one of my favorite places to train. It helps that they provide coffee and muffins in the morning, and snacks in the afternoon to keep us energized. My oldest started Kumon when he was in first grade. At first, he found it challenging to keep up…read morewith all the packets. A few months into Kumon and being consistent with keeping up with the packets, he has learned to make it something he just has do everyday. Eventually, getting through Kumon daily became second nature and he just does it with minimal assistance or reminding. He's currently in 2nd grade and reading long chapter books and doing 2 digits division and multiplications. My kindergarten just started Kumon a month ago and I enjoyed spending time with him to get him through the packets. Surprisingly, he hasn't complained much. He's just excited to learn how to read just like his brother. Ms. Pandya has been so patient with our family to work through some schedule conflicts. She replies promptly to emails and really helped us achieve the most benefits out of Kumon for our children. Having being at both location (Pleasant Grove and Douglas) we really like the Douglas location. Lot of shopping we can do while we wait an hour for our kids, added bonus!

I called back twice without a response until the next morning before our appointment and still nothing. Finally I got ahold of someone stating we were only 2 times per month and that there's a waiting list. But they called another provider that's accepting kids. So frustrating! Why take our information, schedule a session and then cancel stating there's a waiting list? I suggest doing more research on third party providers for Kaiser. Apparently certain families aren't worth their time. Not an easy process and they certainly made it more difficult for my family. Single dad, four kids and simply tossed to another organization for whatever reason they deemed.
