Took my 5 year old nephew he had a ball. It's the perfect indoor playground for lil ones.

The facility itself is nice for older kids, but their customer service and lack of developmental awareness are unacceptable. We were just visiting the area and stopped by hoping for a safe place for my baby to play, but it turned into an infuriating and unsafe experience. A business built for children should understand that kids develop at vastly different paces and there is no rigid standard for every age. My son was born four months premature. While his birth certificate says 18 months, his physical size, adjusted age, and motor skills are at a 12-14 month level, and he has only just started walking. The front desk took our payment first with zero warning. Only after we had already paid did they inform us that he was couldn't enter the 18-month-and-under section. When I tried explaining that he is a preemie, the staff member argued back and forth, claiming his adjusted age "doesn't matter" and that they strictly enforce birth age and weight but they do t know what he actually weighs. Because they forced him into the main play area, the bigger kids were running circles around him while he was barely finding his footing. It was a complete safety hazard that defeated the entire purpose of having a protected toddler zone. I wish they had disclosed this rule prior to us paying. If you are visiting the area or have a child who was born premature, be aware. Edit: The owner personally reached out to apologize, issued a full refund, and ensured the team was coached moving forward. I really appreciate the accountability and customer care! read more

Had a great time with grandson. No allergies to worry about. They definitely need a door in the eating area to secure it from children running through it. Floor is also slippery because of the plastic padding. But children wearing socks, you need to watch out for the little ones' that love to run and slip easily. But, still a cute little spot for smaller kids. read more

I came here for a birthday party. This place has a shared parking lot with a grocery store. Although there may not be parking directly in front of Enchanted Cosmos, there is a huge lot and you can park anywhere. When we entered, we checked in and was reminded about the socks and waiver. They have cubbies for shoes. When we entered the play area, there's definitely a lot of things to do. They have climbing structures, ball pits and activities for little kids. I do have to say this is probably tailored for smaller kids as I feel like someone who is taller may need to be extra careful not to hit their head. Some indoor play places I've been to have clearance for 5' but this place definitely does not. Although it feels big, it can feel very chaotic and crowded in there if it's during a public play hour. I felt like there were multiple birthday parties going on so there's a lot of kids. They have couple party rooms and it looks like there's flexibility for the host to bring in their own food/desserts. I also cannot recall if Enchanted Cosmos makes an announcement when it is time for the birthday party attendant to go to the party room or if this is the responsibility of the host. I also noticed during the party room, it wasn't staffed by an employee either. Overall, I think this is a fun place to throw a party for a little kid (early elementary school age). read more

Cute indoor play place for kids. They have a variety of climbing structures and slides. There's a section whereas parents can sit and eat. ..kind of like a waiting area. Each kid is about $15 with one free adult. Any additional adult is $5 each. Because of that, we opt not to stay and only left one adult to stay with our one child (no point in paying an extra $5 per adult to just sit in their waiting area). There's a waiver that you have to sign at a self serve kiosk, but only one was working. They do require you and your little to wear socks though, so come prepared. This was our first time here and won't be our last. read more

We came here on a raining stormy day and the girls had a blast but oh man was it busy! Even though it was busy there are a lot of different play areas for the kids to explore. We've been to a lot of indoor playground and this one is pretty awesome! This place wasn't as worn as many of the other play places are. I know wear and tear is normal but I didn't see too much wear here (not too sure how long they've been open for but it was nice to see) we came on a Tuesday where they had a sensory hour for the kids to take a break from playing and enjoy some sensory play for no additional cost. The girls really enjoyed that too! read more

Open Play! Both my 1 and 8 year old had an absolute blast at this space-themed indoor playground! Slip-Resistant Socks were just $3 and fit them perfectly! My daughter's favorites: The amazing Wind Tunnel, the classic Ball Pit and what I would describe as a wrecking ball/zip-line! Price starts at $15, which includes 1 adult, under 1 is $7 or free with paid sibling! Open play is designed for ages 0-8 and staff are so sweet and keep the place sanitized! This location opened just last fall, they have a location in Elk Grove with a hair salon and their newest location will be opening soon in Rocklin! Current locations just started selling the local Half Baked Goodness I still need to try and offer party packages! SYOY! :-) read more

Enchanted Cosmos - Best part is the ball pit, here is my one-year-old wearing their socks after diving in!! - Indoor Playcenter Near Me - Sacramento, California

We had the best time Enchanted Cosmos! We were given a gift card to here and never even heard of them. Their website said they had open play Saturday with reservations required. So we bought our tickets and headed over! The check in process was smooth. Since we reserved online we already signed the waiver and they found our names easily. The play area was bigger than expected. Everything looked clean and new. There were a couple of slides, ball pits, and climbing structures. There was a designated area for kids 0-2. The website is notes the playground is geared towards ages 6 and under and we agreed. While 3 year old had fun, our 7 year old got bored faster. There was one bathroom and several tables in the designated dining area. They offered a couple of drinks and snacks for purchase. Also adults and kids are all required to wear socks and they had some available. They also have a party room near the entrance. It's a pretty cool play space and great for younger kids and birthday parties. If we lived closer we would definitely come back! read more

We have gone here 3x time for each of my nephew's birthdays. It's so much larger than the Enchanted in Elk Grove, so we find it excellent to host large parties! The space theme is definitely present throughout the whole facility and all the decor that is part of the party package is perfect. There is so much to do! They've got: 2 Indoor playgrounds + smaller one against a wall 2 ball pits Soft play area perfect for the younger toddlers or mobile infants Plenty of slides Many interactive activities on the walls Spinning teacup style structure Trampoline/jump house 2 party rooms 1 open area for congregation near play area Hamster like running wheel The facility is always spotless and staff are cleaning constantly. The two bathrooms are in equipped with slides to wear (if you want) since this is a socks only place. I believe I saw changing tables and there are potty inserts for the main toilet to use too. Highly recommend! If it wasn't so far from us we'd probably purchase a membership or host a birthday here too! read more

Love this place. Went there today and I will tell you that this place is clean and the worker whoever that lady that work today at noon she is amazing! I didn't see her stop working, cleaning, walking around doing stuff very productive and she is very friendly even though she is busy. This place has lots of fun things to do for the kids. For 6 years old and above they might get bored very easily but any kids younger will have a blast ! Very cute small indoor playground. They are very family friendly, parents can follow and watch their kids and they have seating in every corner and also nice seating with table area. They don't have worker watching or walking around like a hawk so parents will definitely need to watch the kids. Also there is food place next door or boba drink. Nice location for the area. Have plenty of parking so don't need to walk so far to the building during the hot season. read more

Myself & my kids love enchanted. It always looks clean, they have great customer service, i don't think the pricing is that bad. I also love that they have the separate little area for smaller babies, although i do think they can get tighter on making sure only the smaller babies are in that area like it's supposed to be. read more

It's such a cute and spacious indoor playground. My kids love to play here. I did my son's birthday party here as well. It's such a great option to have for the kids to go to when the weather outside isn't that optimal. It's space theme and everything is meticulously thought out. There's ball pits, climbing structures, slides, and zipline. They switch some things out from time to time and add in new items which make it exciting when we visit. There's plenty of seating available for parents to sit and watch. There's a section with tables and chairs if you need to sit down and snack as well. For the birthday party, everything was beautifully decorated. Plates, napkins, utensils, table toppers, and even sanitizer (I appreciate that) were provided. We were allowed to bring our own drinks, food, and cake. All his friends had a blast and the parents were raving about the place. read more

Enchanted knows what they're doing when it comes to indoor playgrounds for little kids! I think this playground is best for ages 0-8 years old. I've gone to the Enchanted Elk Grove location many times, including hosting my daughter's 3rd birthday party there, and I always had a pleasant experience. My now 4-year old daughter, her 2-year old cousin, and I had an equally great experience at this Enchanted Cosmos location in Natomas! I loved that the entire play area is padded. It felt like kids could never get hurt here if they fall. Everything looked and felt so clean, just like the Elk Grove location. Bathroom was clean. We were here on a Saturday from 10am-1pm, and overall it wasn't too crowded. It got busier after 11am, but it was manageable. Everyone was friendly. The play area was spacious with a variety of things to do. It's a jungle gym with two separate ball pits, multiple slides, a trampoline, a little swing, and a ball to zipline from. There was also a jumping tire for toddlers and magnet tiles to play with. This facility was very well ventilated and air-conditioned. I also loved that there were plenty of soft-cushioned areas for adults to sit on while watching their kids. There is also a nice spacious area with tables and chairs for eating. I definitely recommend coming here with young kids! read more

Edit: on other reviews, the "small business owner" decided to start having others attack/harass us. We hosted our daughter's first birthday party here and were extremely disappointed in how things turned out. During the event, staff threw away the birthday cake that my mother had handmade for our daughter (her granddaughter). The cake had been placed in one of the empty rooms adjacent to where the main party was being hosted (but note we rented the entire establishment which cost approximately $1,500). When we discovered what happened, the initial response from staff was hardly apologetic but almost entirely to blame us for where the cake had been left rather than acknowledge the mistake. When we later spoke with the owner, the response was even more defensive and dismissive. The owner took a terrible tone with us. For a handmade cake that had significant sentimental value to our family (my daughters first birthday), and after spending close to $1,500 to host the party (renting the entire place), the only compensation offered was $30, eventually which they upped to $75. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. because of that experience, we would not recommend hosting an event here. Edit given Staff response making excuses: - The cake was a homemade traditional Mexican Chocolan cake made in a bundt style container so not something easily replaceable or even available for sale anywhere nearby. -The cake was placed in one of two rooms available OVER AN HOUR past the start of our party and after the end of the previous one, by my daughter's grandparents who knew we had rented the entire establishment. Not sure why the room took so long to clear or why they didn't notice a new item 70 minutes later to bother at least asking us before throwing an untouched food item away. read more

I had a really upsetting experience here and feel like other parents should be aware. I brought my one-year-old daughter to the Natomas location and right in front of the ball pit there was a roach and even a baby roach. That alone is extremely concerning because if you see one, there are usually more. My baby almost picked it up before I noticed. I immediately got staff and while they did remove it, the situation was handled very poorly afterward. A staff member tried to tell me it was "probably a nail," which felt dismissive and honestly insulting, especially since I had taken a picture. When I showed her the photo, she admitted it was in fact a roach. Because of this I ended our visit early. I was not comfortable letting my child continue to play in an environment where there could be pests, especially with small children who put things in their mouths. I requested a refund and was told I would get a call back, but I never did. I've been calling for two days with no response. This is not just about seeing a bug, it's about cleanliness, safety, and how the situation was handled. I would not recommend bringing small children here if you're concerned about hygiene or your child potentially coming into contact with something like that. read more

We came here right after they opened on a Saturday and were happy to see it was pretty empty! But by the time we left, it was pretty crowded, so I'd recommend coming right at opening for the best experience. This location was a lot bigger than I expected and it was way better than the visits I've had at the Elk Grove location! This one is spacious, and a lot of separation for the younger and older kids. There was better airflow, and I liked the ample amount of seating. They have a big seating area with tables up front, even a wall of outlets, making it easy to work here if you had older kids. But they also have seating benches throughout the play area too! There was no time limit for open play which was nice, even though we didn't really need extended time, but good to know for longer stays! read more

This is the best indoor playground I've come across in this region. The only other one that comes close is BusyKids Play and Coworking Cafe, though they are of different styles. Enchanted Cosmos is just really clean, very safe, well-decorated, and well-designed. It has a huge variety of different play sets for kids. There's a ball pit, multiple climbing areas, a jungle area, and a spinning chair. It also has a toddler zone. You can get food from nearby restaurants and eat inside. The $20 price is really good. Unlike many other indoor playgrounds in the region, this one feels very clean and well-maintained. read more

Very cute place. Came for a birthday party and really enjoyed ourselves. I particularly love that they're closed to the public on Sundays and only host birthday parties. I also enjoy the theme and how everything they have was so well thought out for the kids. The staff was very friendly and the cafe area has a nice touch! I noticed they have multiple outlets so if you needed to get some work done while your child plays safely, you can do so! There is plenty of seating throughout each play area, and plenty of places to put your shoes. I also thought it was neat they provide slip ons for the bathroom so you're not walking into the bathrooms in your socks and then coming back to play. read more

We held our 3 year old baby girl's birthday party here and it was kind of pricey but I think it was worth it. $795 for a customization of frozen themed birthday party setup for 15 children and 30 adults for 2 hours. I don't think 2 hours is enough time, I think 3 hours would be perfect. I wanted that extra time so my daughter could open presents in front of everyone, not necessarily use the play room. Everything was so easy and setup for us. Very stress free. We were allowed to bring our own foods and drinks and provided us a cart to help carry our things to and from the car. read more

They know our kids' favorite games, remember what beverages we like, and always make us feel welcome. Kid-Centric Fun My children are hooked on the play structures and interactive areas. Everything feels thoughtfully designed for all ages--toddler zones for the little ones, climbing frames and obstacle courses for older kids, and cozy zones for parents to relax while keeping an eye on things. ‍‍ Family-Friendly All Around It's not just for the kids--there are comfortable seating areas, free Wi‑Fi, and plenty of outlets, so parents can relax, work, or catch up while the little ones play. Hi Theresa, It is disappointing that as a business owner, you are choosing to spread misinformation. You have clearly confused my email with another mother's 1-star review. We are two different people with separate negative experiences. I especially take issue with you publishing my child's specific age in a public forum. I only told you he was 3; the only way you knew he was 3.5 was by looking up his private profile in your system. Using a client's personal data to "call them out" in a review response is predatory and unprofessional. Your claim that I "didn't care" about the rules is false. Your staff never spoke to me; they simply moved a 10lb couch to block an area without explanation. I only asked for clarification when I saw them doing so, and was met with mumbling and a staff member walking away. Most offensive, however, were your comments in our email exchange. Stating that your neurodivergent (ND) sessions are a bad "business move" that "lose you money" is incredibly hurtful. We pay the same full price as any other family. Many ND families support your business through parties and repeat visits, yet you've made it clear that our presence is a burden. You could have handled this with a simple conversation. Instead, you chose to be defensive and dismissive. We will no longer be supporting your business. read more

Just to response to the management; I even downgrade to 1 star because the management response isn't sincere and thats not the true fact that you put it out here in public. I understand those volunteers/hired worker as characters need to take breaks with heat. We lined up at 10:15am and were not able to take pictures. We did not even leave the scene yet because we were trying to figure out what to do/where to go. We went up again after seeing people lined up at 10:20am. You cut off right in front of us saying it's gonna be a new character, stitch. But people lined up prior to 11am were all able to take a picture? That already contradicts your word. So why did you guys reject my daughter or our family to line up to take a picture with Bluey? U did not understand the situation because you weren't there. You did not even investigate the situation with the staff or volunteers per your claim. Before you respond to me in public, please get your fact checked and timeline correctly instead of trying to cover up your mistakes. The event itself again was good cause but whatever it was, I wouldn't support this location. May pay a visit for other location even if its the same owner. read more

If a no-shoes, socks-only policy is in place, it should be enforced consistently for everyone. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The employees appeared to pick and choose who the rules applied to. My family felt singled out because the party next to us was allowed to wear shoes, while employees repeatedly enforced the no-shoes policy with our group. There was also an incident where my nephew accidentally collided with a little girl. An employee immediately approached my brother-in-law to remind him that running wasn't allowed. However, there were many other children running throughout the facility, and we never saw those parents being spoken to. Another concern was the level of supervision in the play area. For a soft play facility with so many safety rules and regulations, I expected to see more staff actively monitoring the children. Most of the employees appeared to be teenagers, and there didn't seem to be enough experienced adult staff overseeing the facility or ensuring that the rules were being enforced consistently and fairly. Rules exist for a reason, and we fully support them. We simply expect them to be enforced equally for every guest. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling targeted rather than welcomed, and because of that, we would not recommend this facility. read more

Very good, updated place to stay and take your child to play. The parking is kind of cramped due to so many cars from parents and the shopping center. The area used to be really bad, but it's been cleaned up. The slides and toys are new and clean, and I actually saw an employee vacuuming. The bathrooms were clean when I used them, the staff were polite, and the cost is dirt cheap. Really cheap. They have sensory rooms, chairs, ball pits, swings, multiple slides and very spacious rooms with little baby areas and toys too. That being said, all social interactions have its pros and cons, read further for the cons. Clean fun playground area, just make sure you are always watching your surroundings and child as some parents are oblivious or do nothing to correct their kids. Seen kids snatch toys away from others, literally seen my own child get pushed into the trampoline by a girl he accidentally bumped (technically she was jumping towards my boy). And bigger and I'd say more a side of evil kids throwing things on the slide so an injury may occur. With that being said, there are not many staff members roaming around and security costs a lot. Kids need to learn how to defend themselves sooner or later and it's the best social scenario for apologies and or interactions. This is harsh but this also includes scenarios for my child. With that being said... if the parent of the kid said a peep after I yanked her off my child it would have been a full out fist fight. No words, just fighting. If you bring your kid here to learn how to bully, expect to get confronted. Frightens me to say this, but of course this happens with parents and their kids. Parents need to learn how to behave too with their kids. With that being said, you come to places like this; you may come across a pissed off parent coming at you for not correcting your child. This event will be very rare indeed. read more
