I called multiple times, left a voicemail requesting info regarding classes and fees, wrote an email requesting information - all disregarded and ignored. Their website has no information regarding classes or fees. They must be happy with their current client base, cause they don't seem to need to respond to inquiring potential members. This leads me to believe their overall customer service must be crap, so it's probably better to learn this before giving them my money.

This is her 3rd year taking the class and it is the only class she actually wants to participate in after school even though there are many other fun and educational offerings at her school (from Dream Enrichment Classes as well as other vendors/providers). This year has been her favorite b/c she really likes her teacher Ms. Tina. She says there's much more freedom to interact with other students and the noise level/interactivity isn't as much a concern with this teacher as previous ones so then the kids are more free to really get into their various weekly projects. Even though my daughter isn't especially into science/engineering/other STEM subject matters, she loves EE. She says it's just so fun and interesting. I'm glad for this program at her school and hope it continues. She enjoys it so much and the pictures they take show how much all the kids learn through all the weekly challenging projects. It is not cheap, per se, but for less than $400 for a whole school year's worth of classes, averaging out to less than $20 per class, my husband and I feel it's a good investment of time and money for our little one. We're glad she likes EE and hope she'll continue to grow in knowledge and understanding of STEM through this and other similar enrichment classes, even if she doesn't enter into a STEM career path, we still want her to be enriched through these experiences.

They explained that everything happened at the last minute and they're working on getting the location back so that way we can have an afterschool program for my child. This is not OK. I want a full refund right away. I should've known better but I really need an afterschool program for my daughter. I use them last year and there was a lot of disorganization and dysfunction. My daughter's art teacher last spring was horrible. Always on her phone. It was one teacher for over 16 kids. The teacher was supposed to be teaching art and the art projects would come back as pencil work on some scrap paper. I had no idea what I'm paying for. When I asked her why I was getting back scrap paper with pencil work. She said to me that she ran out of supplies and the dream enrichment office wasn't dropping off a replenishment of supplies for her, so she was just using scrap paper and pencils for multiple weeks. I recommended this after school program to my brother and sister-in-law for early engineers because my nephew loves legos and they were desperate looking for after school programs. I'm going to tell them to not send my nephew to this class because there are other programs out there. Please don't waste your money. Everything seems disorganized and very last minute. I also have to say that kids in the class do whatever they want and once they did get a replenishment of supplies they were very old and broken, such as broken crayons. I will never ever use this after school program again. Please save your money.

We decided to have her come for a dual 3rd and 1st birthday party at our house. Many of the children attending either go to a school where she comes to play or have been to a GRF event so everyone was really excited! Leading up to the event, Jillian's assistant Brittany reached out and asked if there were any specific song requests and a list of all the children's names. It was really special because Jillian called out every child's name at the party which was a nice touch. She sang a bunch of different songs, she was interacting with all of the kids, and she also brings a lot of instruments, scarves, etc. It was such a special day and I know all the kids and parents had a great time!

And Ms. Asii is always greeting us good morning at drop offs! These interactions always feel warm and welcoming. The school itself feels safe with a passcode needed to enter and livestream cameras in every classroom. The communication throughout the day is very convenient. You get info updated on the SproutAbout app like diaper changes, feedings, activities, and naps! Since enrolling my son, the teachers and staff have shown so much kindness to him. They have all built great rapport with him and he enjoys spending time there. Every lead/support teacher he has had has made such a great impact on him. He has learned so much from being kind to others with gentle hands in the infant class to learning colors and planting seeds to grow in the twos class! We are looking forward to more that's coming as he continues to grow here. I would recommend this childcare option 100%!

This is LONG Overdue review of Coach Bella!…read more Coach Bella taught our oldest to swim (from 2.5-5!) ... once you have Coach Bella, there is no going back. She make swim fun and challenging all at the same time. Her patience is second to none! We followed her around as our oldest leveled up. Now - we have a 3yo who is terrified of the water. She finally became unafraid and stated swimming on her own with Coach Allison's help! Coach Allison gave her some incredible ques to learn how to look down while swimming and how to "dive" in properly. Shout out to Coach Allison! When our 3yo transferred to her level 2 class.... She regressed.... Then Coach Bella came to the rescue! The way our girl swam in her first class with Bella, you would have never known that She was hysterical in the parking lot and refused to go in. No tears were shed and she had fun! Bella and Allison are incredible coaches!

I am writing this to warn other parents about the lack of basic safety supervision at this facility…read moreand their inability to take accountability. My 4-year-old daughter is a capable swimmer who just transitioned from private lessons to a group class here. On her very first turn, the instructor directed her to swim to the steps and then completely turned her back to focus on another child before my daughter reached safety. She did not yet have a grasp on my child's level of ability, or her confidence in this new environment. My 4yo went underwater, panicked, and was left unassisted sinking in the water. Completely losing visual contact with a swimming 4 year old is a massive safety failure. She spent the rest of the lesson sobbing and frightened after that event, and now does not want to return to swim after months of joy and success doing it. When I brought this to management via email and phone call, they refused a refund of the annual registration fee and of the remainder of our lessons since the last lesson was less than 7 days away. Instead, they would only offer a class transfer, and even shockingly suggested we put her back with the exact same instructor to "push through" the fear- totaling $160 for our scary experience. I understand their policy dictates no refunds, but policy should not override accountability when a child's safety is compromised. We will not be returning. I strongly urge other parents to look elsewhere if you want a program that guarantees eyes on your young child while they are in the water.
