Took my niece here just cause she's such a great kid. We had so much fun, I did a few things with her and jumped. There was a section specifically for some of the smaller/younger children. Because man, some of those kids play rough... especially dodgeball.. I had to hold my ground with dodgeball lol. I'll definitely be coming back just because it's a blast and different. Not my first or last time here. They have a photo booth for memories. No real food, just overpriced snacks candy and junk, make sure you eat beforehand, unless a snickers is a good enough lunch. It's a little grimy and dirty in some aspects, but I imagine a place like that (with so many kids) is hard to keep up. I think they need employees keeping a better watch near different sections of the trampoline park as well. Kids jump on each other in the pits. A great place to have a birthday party, there were 2 while we were there. Also you NEED to have gripping socks while there it's their policy. So if you don't bring some you will need to buy some overpriced orange socks that you'll only use like once. They have lockers for sale as well.

Today we celebrated my nephews birthday. There were a few bumps in the road but not enough to give them a 1 star. Majority of the staff is friendly the other half seems like this job is too much. All and all. It's still a great place for the kiddos.

Water leek in ceiling to floor area.

We just joined: overall love the floor plan kids Love it. 1. There is a large leak above the Wi area. It is clear that this has been go a bit the plywood was exposed and black with mold, water dripping form the ceiling to the ground. Very dangerous, I took pictures in the event that any injuries occur. I notified Staff, was told they notified building management. I know that Business must go on, the question is at what cost. Water weight is dangerous as it starts to give. 2. Was a bit concerning to me is there is no protocol on cleaning. We were there Friday, February 14th 1st time arrived 9:30am floors were very dirty, bathrooms were no better, thought maybe it was an off day. 3. Arrived again on Monday, February 17th to enjoy the place. Sadly, I find that everting was stays the same. Not quite what I would have expected. The ceiling was worse I advised the Staff with the same answer. The floor were even worse. Filth over filth. I am not sure if I am sorry to join or hope that a change can happen. I sent an email to the corporate office waited 3 days with no response. HONESTLY VERY DISAPPOINTED. The response: Is in the picture below, when email sent.

Kids absolutely love it here and if you come it will likely be the best money you have spent on yours in a while. So many different areas to play and the staff are so incredibly friendly (thank you April, my daughter remembered you right away and we would consider a birthday party here if we knew you would work it). Bouncey areas, swinging and hanging apparatuses, foam pits everywhere, rock climbing and bouncy walls, etc. this place is a dream to wear out your kids. Happy and worn out offspring are the besssssst. Thanks, Defy! Thanks April for being so sweet to our kids.

The bathroom checklist shows employees initialing completion of cleaning tasks, but the cleaning is not actually performed.

Dear Management, RE: Concerns Regarding Cleanliness and Customer Experience I've been bringing my kids to your facility regularly, and while it's a great place for them to enjoy jumping and playing, I've noticed recurring issues with cleanliness. Every time I visit, the state of the facility, particularly the bathrooms, is disappointing. The floors are not mopped, and the restrooms are often dirty. For instance, the bathroom floors are consistently unclean, trash isn't being taken out, and basic hygiene maintenance seems neglected. On a recent visit, I asked three different employees to clean the bathroom and provide paper towels, yet it wasn't until I requested this multiple times that a young gentleman came to address the issue. Unfortunately, his efforts fell short. Instead of properly cleaning, he checked off tasks on a service worksheet without inspecting the bathroom, then walked out without completing the work. When I asked for paper towels, he suggested using the air dryer, expecting me to dry off my behind with that. Eventually, he provided paper towels as I asked firmly but brought only enough for one use, showing no regard for the next person who might need them. Management, This Needs Attention! 1. Employee Training: It is essential that your staff receives proper training in both customer service and work ethics. Please ensure your employees know how to effectively communicate with customers and complete their responsibilities. Additionally, hiring practices should focus on strong work ethics, as this reflects on the overall experience at your facility. 2. Facility Cleanliness: With an entrance fee of $30 per child and additional charges for socks and snacks, the cost adds up quickly. On a recent visit, I spent nearly $50 for one child, only to experience dirty floors, poor customer service, and unsanitary restrooms. For the amount of money being charged, it's reasonable to expect a clean, well-maintained facility. I urge you to address these cleanliness issues promptly. It's frustrating to pay a premium only to encounter such poor conditions. Action is Needed: I urge you to take immediate steps to improve the cleanliness of the facility and the quality of service. You are profiting from customers who expect a higher standard, and it's imperative that you deliver on these expectations. The Sacramento community deserves better, and your patrons should be able to enjoy a clean and welcoming environment. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I look forward to seeing improvements and a more positive experience for all visitors.

Ask the Community - Sky Zone Trampoline Park

If someone wants to buy a Membership, is the membership just for this one location? --yes this might be a dumb question.

What precautions are they taking to stop the spread of covid?

If your worried about covid I would say don't go. Most have exceptions so they don't have to wear a mask all Employees are wearing masks

Can you have a few kids for a bday or do I need a party package. It will be about 5kids?

They require to book minimum of 10 kids for a bd party

Is there an age minimum?

There are some events that do have a minimum age like the slumber parties or club night, but regular jump does not. Any age can participate!

Do grown ups need to get a ticket too? I have a 4 YO and a 7 YO and I don't know if I also need a ticket to supervise them. I am guessing I would need the grip socks though which makes sense.

Either way. You can get a ticket & jump or the will give you a wristband to watch & walk around.

Arrived with the kids on a sunny afternoon for a birthday party. A new attraction "Tubes…read morePlayground" was advertised on the website for this Sacramento location, but instead there was a sign that read "Coming Soon" so maybe call ahead to confirm attractions. Although the Sky Ride was closed, the kids still had fun jumping and flipping on the Apex trampoline and running through the Warrior course. It was very packed and busy. I felt that this visit wasn't as great at my last; place seemed like it needs a deep clean and better ventilation because of the smell of sweat and chaos. I ordered nachos at the cafe, the nacho cheese sauce they used this time wasn't good so I wouldn't recommend ordering these again. Way too oily and slightly bitter. Even with attractions closed and food not what I expected, we still enjoyed ourselves and will come back when the "Tube Playground" is finally installed. We will skip the food at the cafe and just get refreshments. Hopefully our next visit will be great like previous visits!

I am beyond disgusted with my experience at Urban Air Adventure Park Sacramento…read more My 7 year old son went there to have fun, and instead left scared for his safety. A group of teenage boys approached him, called him "little N" multiple times, and tried to lure him by saying they had candy and telling him to come to them. Let that sink in. A child was racially harassed and made to feel like he was about to be kidnapped inside a place that is supposed to be safe for kids. He ran and told his godmother, who immediately reported it to management. And what did they do? Nothing meaningful. The teens were not removed. They were allowed to stay and continue occupying the same space as the children they just targeted. That is unacceptable. This is bigger than "kids being kids." This is racism and dangerous behavior being ignored. When a business allows that kind of environment to continue, they are part of the problem. My son is biracial but does not appear to be, and he was targeted without hesitation. No child should have to experience that kind of fear just to play. Urban Air failed to protect him. They failed to act. And they failed to create a safe environment. If you are a parent, especially a parent of Black children, you need to seriously consider whether this is a place where your child will actually be safe. Do better.

My son was invited for a birthday party…read more Boy oh boy did he have a great time. I loved how easy they made a birthday party look with all the in house business options. Aka Yay! There was something for all age groups. Yes the older kids can get wild but they are kids. There is food and drinks to purchase. Arcade payment was a bit weird and the cotton candy machine was broken. Overall good place for the kids to get energy out.

Consistently every time I come here, customer service always sucks…read more This time around, I went here for a birthday party. I was in the party line and the membership line was empty. There was a staff member standing there for about five minutes in her empty line. Finally, she calls me over and asked if she can help check me in for their party. She checks me in like normal, and as soon as she gives my child, a wristband and socks, she leaves and walks away. I was standing there confused. She didn't tell us which room to go to nor did she say that the check in has been completed. I asked the other cashier to direct me to the correct party and she was able to give me that information. Of course, my kids love jumping, and the mini playground that they have here. On top of trying to make it to a timed party, there is no doubt that finding parking in the parking lot can take about five minutes. The lack of parking is frustrating to say the least. As far as customer service, I'd have to give it a solid two out of five.
