My daughter loves coming here but on multiple occasions I have observed kids being dangerous with the equipment and the staff who are pretending to pay attention do nothing until an adult yells to the kids to stop or they will hurt someone ... they need to tie down the big logs so they don't roll over with the hard side up... bigger kids will sometimes roll them over smashing smaller kids... one day some kids let half the air out launching small kids into the air who landed on their heads... if you have a smaller child, pay close attention it can get very dangerous. Weekday evenings are much less crazy ... but they can still get crazy... read more

My son was invited for a birthday party. Boy oh boy did he have a great time. I loved how easy they made a birthday party look with all the in house business options. Aka Yay! There was something for all age groups. Yes the older kids can get wild but they are kids. There is food and drinks to purchase. This place is perfect to let kids release all their energy!! It's a trampoline park equipped with a jungle gym, arcade area, basketball court, trampoline area, and food!! You can jump for the day or have a party here! Plenty of party rooms you can choose from or simply have a table reserved for your party to be apart of the everyday crowd. They have a concession stand with lots of food to pick from and prices are pretty fair. It can be quite overstimulating for parents, but there's plenty of seating available and they even have massage chairs! Parking can be a pain since this was an old CVS Or Walgreens so I don't think it was meant to accommodate so many people, but I didn't have a problem finding parking. read more

Consistently every time I come here, customer service always sucks. This time around, I went here for a birthday party. I was in the party line and the membership line was empty. There was a staff member standing there for about five minutes in her empty line. Finally, she calls me over and asked if she can help check me in for their party. She checks me in like normal, and as soon as she gives my child, a wristband and socks, she leaves and walks away. I was standing there confused. She didn't tell us which room to go to nor did she say that the check in has been completed. I asked the other cashier to direct me to the correct party and she was able to give me that information. Of course, my kids love jumping, and the mini playground that they have here. On top of trying to make it to a timed party, there is no doubt that finding parking in the parking lot can take about five minutes. The lack of parking is frustrating to say the least. As far as customer service, I'd have to give it a solid two out of five. read more

Def Gotta attitude for some Altitude! Its great for kids with many activities including a virtual bounce/trampoline game area, VR indoor multi game, trampoline basketball, indoor play structure, arcade games, and food (nuggets, fries, nachos, icees, etc.) Its not the cleanest facility but thats expected when you have tons of kids running around. It can def get busy but it is what it is, and its all for kids. LOVE that it has great a/c for the hottest summer days and they even have fun themed nights like Bingo nite! read more

Unfortunately, we won't be returning. My children have been injured here twice due to overly aggressive behavior from other kids. Both times involved the dodgeball court, and during our most recent visit, my 7 year old was punched in the stomach (with a fist!) after a game escalated. In both cases, staff were present but did not intervene or address the situation until things went too far. It's like the wild west... The place is run by teenagers who seem more focused on watching from the sidelines than actively monitoring safety or stepping in when play becomes too aggressive. If you're planning to visit, I would recommend closely supervising your children rather than assuming staff will do so. For comparison, we've visited Sky Zone in Roseville many times and have never experienced similar safety issues. read more

We've visited several trampoline parks around Sacramento but thought we would try Altitude since it is closer to home. The place was clean but had limited storage for kids to store their shoes and socks while enjoying the park. Therefore it looked like a garage sale in the floor causing people to have to wade through the mess to access the park. There were not enough employees to maintain safety at the park or they were nowhere to be found. The dodgeball area was a free fall with kids who were under age getting blasted in the face with a ball thrown by teenagers. We observed to small kids get hurt with no parents to be found. My wife had to go into the dodgeball area and pick up a little girl and carry here to the concession in an attempt to locate her parent. A couple fights broke out causing parents who didn't have kids involved to break it up. 1 or more employees should be watching this area due to the danger it presents. Altitude this was the biggest flaw. Have people working each station or management should come down a level to fix a big issue. The dodgeball area was like watching hockey. Fights, big hits, injuries, chaos, lack of oversight. I had to tell my wife to quick taking care of other people kids due their own parents being irresponsible and no employees to be found monitoring. read more

It was a pretty fun time, but a little over stimulating for my liking, with animated games and interactive experience everywhere (like Wii-style), def not the trampoline/obstacle course I was expecting (picture Sky High or even Rocking Jump), tbh. I did like that they had options for my toddlers as well with the little ball pit/jungle gym. Staff were nice, just not exactly what I was expecting for $85. read more

Took my girls there last week (ages 10 & 11). There were several older kids (perhaps 14) behaving aggressively - one boy was throwing the balls directly in the girls' faces from less than a foot away. The manager on duty was called several times and asked the boy (several times) to leave the ball pit; the moment she turned her back he was back inside looking for someone to hit. The staff are all very young - look to be under 20 - and they have no control of the place. When the boy blasted another girl in the face and she started to cry, my friend and I asked the boy to leave the ball pit ourselves. Only then the employee seemed to finally find her courage and attempted to chastise us for "getting in this boy's face". I asked to speak to a manager and - she was it! Apparently the facility owner lives in Southern California and is very hands-off. Hires kids to run the place (which is also filthy & falling apart). The staff was terribly unexperienced and unwilling to help. This place is the Wild West. I'm guessing it's a matter of time before a lawsuit or 2 shut the place down. Don't go. read more

We've been here multiple times and it seems like it was always busy. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) were always super crowded with lots of birthday parties going around. We had our kiddo's bday party on Sunday morning (11am) and it was less crowded so it was more enjoyable. We booked for the party room and I liked it better than just booking the table outside. Our host, Allison, was very friendly and patient. She asked my preference for serving food and she seamlessly prepared everything. Even at the end of the party, she wasn't rushing me to pay our balance or kicking the kids out of the room. We got pizza & soft drinks with the package but we were allowed to bring outside food too. We had our son's fourth birthday here and had an amazing experience! The place is in an old Walgreens building but once you step inside you'd never know. I love the bright colors and the outer space vibe but most of all I really appreciated how clean it was! The staff was mostly teens but they were super helpful and great with the kids! The place is perfect for everyone- they have areas for young kids and young adults! I like that they offered food and drinks here as well. Plus they have plenty of seating for parents while kids go play. Oh and massage chairs by the trampolines! We will for sure be back soon! read more

It's $30 for 2 hours of trampolines, a kids climbing area, and other game zones featuring dogeball and basketball. It has a good variety of activities to play. Overall, it's quite fun, but it's a bit on the pricey side. And it also wasn't very clean when I visited, and it was super crowded. Kids had to wait their turn in a lot of the zones. read more

We tried out the new Altitude in Folsom for the first time, and had a great time. (8&9 year olds) The parking was ample and free, and the prices were reasonable. I purchased my tickets online (90-minute) and check-in was easy. If you don't already have Altitude socks, you'll need to purchase them. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff. Even though it was busy, there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Altitude offers several different play zones so something for everyone. While I didn't purchase food or drinks, it's nice to know they're available. The staff were plentiful, friendly, and great with the kids. The space is not as big as some other trampoline parks but it has multiple zones like basketball, dodgeball, a really cool touchscreen wall with many games to choose from and more. Overall, I'm thrilled to have this new addition in Folsom. It's a great spot for kids to burn energy and have fun. read more

New indoor amusement park for families in Folsom! They have socks (with rubber traction) you wear when jumping on the trampolines (included with membership) and shelving to store your shoes. A basketball court and a climbing/tunneling structure provides hours of indoor fun. They also have air hockey and a some other games on the floor. Perfect for rainy weather!! I don't like leaving negative reviews but if this is the customer service I'm experiencing and I've never been there I can't imagine how terrible it is in person. I've been going here since it opened in August and it's sad to see how quickly it's falling apart. I went today almost nothing worked. The staff is friendly but there is no supervision. A lot of the kids that go here have no manners and almost knock down my 2 year old several times. Luckily I'm always right behind him. I also see empty or out of service fire extinguishers hanging up and being used to prop open doors. This could be confusing and deadly in an emergency situation. Signed up 3 children for a monthly membership. Went in to cancel our memberships. They only cancelled 2 and left one active. When we noticed it months later we were still getting charged, they said they could not refund anything past one month. But showed me visual evidence that we did come in person to cancel 2 of the 3 memberships. They also showed that the active account had not been utilized at all for 4 months by the child and would still not give a refund. read more

So happy to have this new trampoline park in Folsom! During the weekday afternoons it seems to be a bit slow but it's the perfect crowd for my 4 yr old. One afternoon some of the score boards and interactive virtual games weren't working but the GM was super friendly and happily helped get everything back on again. The hospitality was truly impressive! Saturday evening was much busier and the place filled with older kids around 6:30pm. They turned the lights off for a glow jump which was fun for the kids! I wouldn't suggest bringing young kids on the weekend evenings/nights because the older kids were playing some strong handed games in most of the areas. But I'm glad Folsom teens have a cool, safe place to hang out! There's your normal wear and tear you expect at a place like this. There aren't a ton of tables to sit at but the whole trampoline area is lined with massage chairs you can sit in even if you aren't getting massaged. Overall it's clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Definitely worth checking out! read more

We just wrapped up a birthday party for my son's 11th bday at Altitude. We hadn't even been inside before but decided to give it a try and are so glad we did! The kids had a blast. We've done plenty of parties at the bigger trampoline places over the years and Altitude really stood out to me as having much better customer service and staff than anything I've experienced for these types of places. Our assigned party host - Justin - was the best! The manager was very attentive and made sure everyone was happy and literally everyone in between could not have been kinder. every time we come here the games system is down. it's so frustrating and disappointing for my kids. the tramps are fun and the staff is apologetic, but it's frustrating to come to a place that is rarely working the way its advertised. they could offer a coupon or som to offset the disappointment, but nothing. My daughter attended a party at this facility. She asked that I write a review. She hasn't stopped bragging about it and is begging me to take her. The kids really enjoyed the activities. I wasn't there, so I can not give my opinion. My husband said the place was very clean, and the staff were pleasant, fun, and attentive to the kids' needs. He felt the staff did pay attention to the kids, as he did see a few kids acting inappropriately, and they were corrected by the staff. A few small things that could use improvement are; Sometimes it can feel understaffed on a busy day, and the climbing area isn't monitored super well so older kids who aren't supposed to be in there are stumbling over the littles.
