Did a trial, was scheduled for 5 classes but only made it to 1.5 classes bc it's a bit far and schedule conflicts (nap time, traffic, work ran long etc). It just wasn't worth the 1hr+ round-trip for a 30-40min class (bc usually we couldn't make it on time). Coach Jamon (? the African American gentleman in the baseball cap) was really nice and fun. Baby was shy but had a lot of fun once she got less shy, but that took about 30min so didn't have as much time to try out activities. If I lived closeby I'd definitely become a full member. Our daughter has been going to mygym since we moved to the area and she was just a little over 1. She just had her third bday party there and we were BLOWN away. She's always loved it and all of the employees are SO awesome so I'd highly recommend it for a fun spot for kids. I also HIGHLY recommend it for a kids birthday. We've been to a lot of young kid and toddler birthday parties and I've never seen one better than mygym. Often, with very young children, it is critical to have great preparation and communication! Made MULTIPLE calls, and, sent texts to discuss visits and membership for my 2yr old grandson. I was told they were busy/short staffed, and would get a call back when they were available. After hours and days of waiting, they NEVER returned my call or text even though MY GRAND SON WAS A MEMBER($109.00/month) for MANY MONTHS in good standing. Disappointing. We came here for a kid's birthday party. The place has a lot of active areas for kids to play tag, jump, play basketball, and even a zip line. We were so lucky to find My Gym in the Palladio for our sons 3rd birthday party. The staff exceeded our expectations with reservations, follow up, selecting the theme and having everything set up the day of his birthday. My Gym offers fun for toddlers and older kids that enjoy tumbling, play time, and many other activities. The staff was extremely engaged during the party and kept the kids entertained the entire 1.5 hour duration. Because of this experience we are thinking of signing up for a membership that will allow our son to participate in weekly classes and meet other friends his age. The location can be a bit tricky, it's behind seaquest on the other side of the building so don't get discouraged when looking. read more

I was really disappointed in My Gym after reading and hearing so many great things. I prefer Gymboree over this place. Here's why: 1. Hannah doesn't know how to smile or pretend to be ok that she's there (until it's ending). 2. When we got there early for the class, neither Hannah or Ashley greeted us. We waited until the class ended - still no acknowledgement. After 5 minutes of them checking in other students, I finally just went on the floor with my son. And of course, then, Hannah asked my husband who we were. I tried calling earlier to get a free session, but no one answered, so we just showed up. 3. When my cousin came with her family, Hannah gave her some crap for not calling to schedule her appointment, but was willing to add her this time. Wow Hannah - way to make a great impression on first timers and a lasting impression with actual members. My cousin liked the other teachers (who weren't present) better. We booked an extra 30 minutes so the kids had a solid two hours to run around. The staff was amazing and had high-energy, organized activities. We came here for the first time recently and I loved our experience so much! It was suggested to me by a friend that brings her ten month old son. Parking was easy and plenty. I was able to park right in front of the business. The staff was super helpful and kind. They asked of my patience while they were finishing up a morning class. Once the conclusion of that session was done I was greeted again and asked to fill out personal information on me and my kids on the computer. It doesn't take long. Given my referral, the lady was extra nice and allowed my first day els,be completely free to try. I appreciated that very much. The place is ran on a schedule. Because I have two young kids two and four, I thought the OPEN GYM option would be best to start. Open gym is about 50mins of free playing for all ages. The gym floor is my kids ideal kind of heaven. They offer a ball pit, trampolines, climbing ropes, tunnels, foam obstacle course items, slides, and lots of children to enjoy it with. Besides open gym there are many classes offered for different age groups. Parents are not allowed to leave, but can sit in a designated area while kids play. If child is younger and dependable,than parent can stay with them on the gym floor. The price is a monthly charge and is a tad higher, however I think it's so worth it. My kids came out sweating and they won't stop talking about it. I definitely recommend this place! read more

My Gym in Folsom has been a great fit for my two year old son and four year old daughter. We decided to join because our friends couldn't stop raving about their unlimited classes and free play days (there's no catch)! They can participate in siblings class and/or individually. My children ask if we can go to My Gym every single day. It's age appropriate and fun. They love making new friends, and instructors are friendly and entertaining! The staff were very helpful with choosing a home class for my little ones, also explaining how to schedule future classes, making it easy to understand, and underwhelming! This is a great facility. Our son loved going to "the park inside"... at least through the 'Terrific Tots' level... Once it got to 'Mighty Mights' he wasn't so sure since the parents no longer participate at that level... but anyway... A great place to help the kids learn about listening and following directions, while getting exercise and playing with lots of other children. Mr. Kyle, Ms. Eva and Ms. Caprice are great with the kids. Our son is in love with Ms. Caprice... so watch out!! I've been trying to cancel our membership but there's just no way and we are not getting the right support from your staff. We have asked in several occasions at our local MyGym and the staff cannot be of any help, they just give us phone numbers, emails or webpage. None of them have works for us, by phone we always get a record "We're busy working with children.." website is useless, it appears no children in my account and yet they have my credit card on file they charge every month. Now I have another charge in my credit card for the next month we're not going to use since my daughter won't continue there!! Save your money and don't put your card on file with them!! read more

Originally, we started lessons at mygym when my son was 7 months old. He was an early walker and this was the only place we tried who was able to accommodate an early walker with a class at just the right physical skill level. Three years later we've had two birthday parties here (and attended many more) and my son's still taking the classes though he's moved on to the independent classes. It's still the highlight of his week and he asks me almost every day if we can go to mygym that day. The staff here is great. Kyle and Caprise have both been here as long as I can remember and they are great with kids. There are several other teachers who assist them depending on which day of the week you come, and they are spunky and full of energy and keep the class lively. The two teacher format means the transitions between activities are smooth and there's no sitting around waiting--your kids get the full hour they've paid for filled with activities. They do a great balance between structured activities and free-play time during the class, so those with short attention spans don't burn out before the class is over. Some of the highlights of activities at mygym include: the carwash with pom poms hanging from jump ropes and little tykes cars, zip-line rides called "space flight", the colorful little tykes swings in the baby classes, making a circus tent out of a parachute and gym mats, the ball pit, the trampolines, and the ride-on thomas the train toy that makes occasional appearances. read more
