Never knew this place existed in San Carlos! Right behind REI (and there is plenty of parking). Came here with a group of adult friends (who said this place was only for kids???). The venue is HUGE! We had a group of 25+ and there was plenty of space to explore/ hide to shoot other players. We paid for 2 round of games. One being a free for all and the other being a team (color). The round last about 15 ish minutes and you'll hear a 5 minute warning to see how much time remains! -1 since there were some numbers on my vest and I realized after the first game that it showed your current ranking amongst the other players. There was also another number but I wasn't sure what I meant. Also sucked during the team game one of my friend's vest didn't work at all and the worker couldn't really provide another vest to have his points count in the team game. Overall the experience was great! Goku and his team were fun and explained everything well. I'd definitely recommend coming here if you want to relive some childhood memories of Laser tag!

A must go and be a kid again destination!! This is my third time going ... and as the saying goes, Third Time Is a Charm (of fun & great way to bond with the community & your children). Staff are amazing & fun! You find yourself lost in another identity of strategy & true, FUN exhilaration! Make sure you wear dark, have patience & enjoy the competition! Pricing is fair & the BEST laser tag experience ever in an adrenaline rush from the Mission Control beginning to the "Awards Ceremony" at the end! Scheduling online is easy & highly recommended. Wait time is short & the experience long-lasting! Can't wait to PLAY again! Who says we (adults) can't still reach into our inner kid?? Not me!

This place is a hoot for everyone. We were here in a big group and had a great time! The game goes by very quickly so recommend signing up for at least 2. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Cough cough...I got the top score in my group so maybe that's why I like this so much.

Cake before and after

We had my son's birthday party at Laser Maxx, and they gave my home-made cake to another party while the kids played laser tag. I found the cake 3/4 eaten in their back room (see photo). I spent hours making the cake for my son, based on his requests, using a recipe from my late father's favorite cookbook. It was very upsetting. Clearly they need a better system for managing people's stuff for parties. I will not be doing another party here.

The service was good. The games weren't as much fun as expected. I brought my 11 year old and 5 friends. They ended up playing with a lot of younger kids so it wasn't as competitive as expected. They said it was ok but probably wouldn't want to do it again. I doubt we will be back. The arcade was okay. It fills up quickly.

Came here for a work team event and had a blast. It's very similar to your typical Lazer Tag establishment such as LazerQuest but I really like their up to date and definitely more advance guns and vest equipment. For example, before pressing the trigger to fire, you much use your other hand (that's holding onto the other end of the gun) and use your thumb to hold down a button that 1. Allows the trigger to fire , 2. Keeps the otherwise free hand to cover the sensors, 3. Shines a light in front of your gun to allow your opponent(s) to see you. This adds so much more depth to your gameplay. The workers were friendly and professional. Folks that played in our group for the first time along with the veterans both had fun. This place just opened and I'm sure they'll do fine. Perhaps if they could introduce specials and/or discounted game plays for slow days/hours, that'd be great.

I had never seen an arcade or entertainment venue quite like it before. What completely surprised me was the ice skating rink inside the arcade. My jaw literally dropped, and i immediately turned to my friend asking if we could go. It's such a unique and fun concept that immediately makes the place stand out. They also had a bowling area and spot with pool tables. The perfect place that has everything to do there. The staff were all welcoming, upbeat, and clearly excited to be there, which made the whole experience even better. We decided to grab some food, and I was honestly blown away. This was not typical arcade food at all. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. I ordered the sliders and fries, and they were seriously delicious. I would come back just for the food alone. Gama Ride is the perfect place to hang out with friends when you're looking for something fun to do, but it would also make a great date spot. Between the atmosphere, the games, the ice rink, and the amazing food, it's a place I'm already looking forward to visiting again.

It's located on the opposite side of the skating rink and is easily accessible. I love that the arcade is spread across multiple areas and floors instead of being one large flat space. The different levels make it fun to explore, and you're always curious about what other games are waiting upstairs or around the corner. I also noticed several games I hadn't seen before, including The Voice karaoke room, which was a fun and unique touch. There's also an entire floor dedicated to billiards, priced at $5 per game, which I really enjoyed. They offer food and alcoholic drinks, making it easy to spend a few hours here without needing to leave. The space was well-maintained and clean, which I truly appreciate. Parking in the plaza is plentiful and convenient.

As a parent, a few things that I really liked about this camp: 1) they provide snack 2) they make sure the kids wash their hands 3) they have a drive thru pick up/ drop off system. Very easy and convenient. You show your ID to pick up your kid - very safe. 4) the kids did so many activities throughout the day. They would play games and do crafts and it seemed like the workers were very engaged with the kids 5) they share pictures with you at the end of the week. They run multiple parties at the same time and you rotate hourly between the gym, food, and arcade. Gym: Nice play structure with a small area for younger kids. Probably most ideal for kids 3-5. Food: Aside from cake, you have to utilize their food options. We had pizza, fried chicken, juice/water/soda and fruit. The dining area is quite small so if you are expecting more than 30 total people, you will feel like sardines. Arcade: Geared towards young kids, but they also have skeeball. Birthday packages are on the pricey side (starting at $750) so probably would wait until kids are at least 4-5 so that they can enjoy everything.

The games were durable and held up for the event. While we do serve the Washington, Oregon, and Nevada areas, please note that due to the extended travel distance, our minimum one-day rental for events in Washington is $18,500 plus delivery." The restaurant seemed very understaffed, and throughout the two hours we were there, many of the food items stayed empty for long periods without being replenished. Since the buffet was split between two levels, our entire family, including those helping with a newborn, constantly had to go downstairs just to find available food, which was also limited at times. The protein selection felt pretty minimal with mainly prime rib and ham, while most of the buffet consisted of carbs and desserts. On top of that, three of our family members ended up experiencing stomach issues afterward, which we suspect may have come from the chocolate fountain area. We've celebrated Mother's Day here before and were really looking forward to coming back, so it was disappointing to leave feeling let down. Hoping this was just an off day, but sadly we probably won't be choosing Pinstripes again for future Mother's Day celebrations.
