Different store but same chain and owner. Son took car to get car washed on 6/26/24. Car wash tore off driver side mirror so he filled out a claim form. Talked to manager who said all she could do was send the form to corporate and she couldn't do anything more than that. She couldn't provide a working number and the form said to talk to the store manager...... Was able to track down the corporate info and left about a dozen messages to try to get someone to address the claim over the past 3 months. No callbacks and would always go to voicemail. Think twice about using their car wash as any damage will be ignored..... read more

12:30 on a Friday afternoon and I went to get my car washed. No waiting. Price is $9 but $8 with my loop loyalty card from the Hostetter Loop. Cashier was nice. Wash was good but I should have driven through the dryer slower. I think $8 for a quick wash is a steal. I will be back, a lot. read more

This Loop store is always clean and has a great selection of snacks and drinks for the road. They always have multiple cashiers which is great because it can get pretty busy during commute hours... So bring the patience you have on your drive into the store. You will need it at times. My only gripe is the way the store parking orientation is to the pumps. I am always triple checking when I back out of a parking spot because I have to watch out for people jetting out of the gas station stalls. Secondary gripe is that it sucks to try and get back on the road with all of the traffic but I won't fault them for that. Other than that small complaint, this place should have any beverage you need, even wine for your dinner! They have fruits and veggies as well as pre-made items and pantry staples. If this store is on your commute route, I highly recommend making it a stop for your daily necessities. read more

I don't usually trust automatic car washes, but I was in a hurry and my car needed a quick bath this morning. I detail cars in my spare time, and due to hairline scratches and the overall wax damage I stay away from them. When I went to your Milpitas, CA location today I was amazed. My car was clean, but the dryer was a bit weak, and left water spots on my car. I got out and used a fresh microfiber cloth(as per usual for me) and wiped down the water droplets that were left, mostly on the back of the car. To my shock, there was a set of scratches, more than fingernail tip deep, on the rear bumper of my car! Since I carry waxes and sealants, I attempted to remove the scratches. Some of the finer ones were subdued, but there was a couple long single scratches, about 20 inches, flat, and straight across. Please, if there is anything you can do to bring my bumper back, let me know. I want to trust Loop again. read more

This is my neighborhood Loop. The store is always clean, and the supplies (coffee, windshield wash buckets, and TP) are always stocked. They also carry the drinks I like most, and there's usually a special for what I wanted. Finally, the employees are generally friendly and helpful. read more

The store is always locked when i go to fuel up my work truck. They never have the bathroom unlocked and just stare at you wondering why its closed. O closed signs or anything. Cards get skimmed here aswell and they do nothing about except talk amongst themselves in tagolag. Dont do any business here because they dont have any consideration. read more

Car wash is terrible. It will only wash have your car if that and the Filipina ladies in the store won't give a damn and won't allow you to wash again. I went to get a car wash and the car wash stopped before it washed the soap off, and when I went In to tell the guy at the counter he brushed me off and said there was nothing he could do. The Loop mini mart is pary of the shell gas station on Jacklyn Road. It is near my work so I often fill up and visit the mini mart for snacks. The store is typically clean and in good order. The staff seem friendly, however the few times I have visited they are always speaking with one another in a non-english language. Doesn't bother me, because they usually are polite to me and smile. The food selection is above average with a fro-yo station, hot snacks like pizza and fried food and the usual chips and candy choices. I've purchased a car wash here a few times. My usual spot to gas up and grab snacks has been upgraded by a lot! This used to be a gas station run by a little booth, but now it's been rebuilt to a new storefront complete with food and drinks, but more than just that. Great place to stop. Alternative to nasty 7 seven elevens. The clerk Patrick has became a friend so to speak. Myself and 4 coworkers stop there twice a day throughout our commute and will go out of our way just to go there. The employees are always friendly even when it is busy. Very very clean. If I could give neg stars I would! This place is ridiculous!!! I went in Thursday evening between 5-6:00 pm on 1/15/21 to get my car washed and gas since it was closet to 680 freeway. I got gas and a filipino lady/loop worker helped me as her kids were running all around the place screaming whom they ran into me, twice! ( bring your kids to work day?!?!) So unprofessional instead of keeping them in back at least. That wasn't the half! So as I went to get a wash, the initial machine broke down to put your receipt code in. Then I went in to tell the workers and they thought it was funny!?!? Finally after about 20 minutes after coming back to my car in line and waiting for help with machine a worker comes out with extremely poor English and says I don't know", just try it again!" So i finally get my car through with a line of cars now behind me. I get my car through the wash and see the rinse and blowers had Not cleaned off my car. Soap was everywhere in back still!! So I parked and went back inside and this time I spoke to a older bald filipino man with glasses about the issue who was extremely rude and super unprofessional!!! He was just acting like he didn't speak english and ignoring me, finally after 15 minutes, frustrated , I walked out as he looked at the lady worker and laughed!!! Love this place! I come here almost every night after the gym to get myself an icee. I always get the cherry lime! YUM! It's super clean and all of their shelves are always stocked. They have a large selection of snacks, soup bar, healthy drinks, sweets counter, frozen yogurt....EVERYTHING. They do have quite a few workers there, however every time I've been in there one register is always down. It's always well kept and a HUGE improvement to what it was before. read more

I really liked going to Loop! It is open 24/7 and they have lots of snack and Fro Yo. I even like the loyalty rewards cards they have. Today, I realized that they do not even care about customer service. While I was paying for gas there was a guys who came in and said, " I've been waiting outside for you to help me." the employees looks at each other and then the man was like " ugh," " I will be right out." It looked like the woman that was working there had told the man who had came in that she would be out. But she didn't come. Then I had a real conversation with the man ringing me up for gas and I told him that someone may have used the gas at my pump. I recently visited the Loop Mini Mart of this Shell Gas Station. I wanted to purchase a sandwich and drink but there was mold on the sandwich. Digusting! Brought it to the lady staff's attention. No apologies, just had this smirk on her face. I expected her to take it off the shelf immediately, but she did nothing. She was also being rude as I overheard her say nasty comment to her co worker about another customer's choice of clothing. The customer was on the heavier side but not obese, but this staff said the word "obese" accompanied by laugh. I told her I understood what she said since I also spoke her language and told her that wasn't very nice. Unbelievable. Like the other patron mentioned, don't let the looks of this Shell and it's Loop Mini Mart fool you. The staff needs to pay more attention to the quality of their products, expiration dates in particular, and not how the customers look. You could really use some customer service training and have some moral ! read more
