Love the car wash at this Chevron station. I bought the ultimate wash for $14.99. With this one, you get a free towel as well, which is perfect for all getting all the finishing touches after your car is clean. They have buckets of water and soap along with a scrubbing brush to use on your car before you enter the car wash. It is kinda like a mini do it yourself hand wash before you actually drive into the car wash. I rarely get my car washed, so I was really impressed with how my car looked afterwards. I went in to buy an ice cream at 4:25 pm on September 17, 2025, but the cashier asked me for money without ringing on the cash register. I've going there for 15 years. I've just gotten a premium car wash this afternoon. As I was driving out I've noticed the windshield did not get cleaned. Used the windshield wiper to get the water off. It looked as though it's foggy. I've touched the inside windshield and come out clean. All windows looked smudged. Finally I came home and took a good look at my car then I realized that my car didn't get cleaned at all. In addition to that the wax spray didn't rinsed off properly and it got caked onto my car. I've been trying to call them. The number is not the correct numbers on website. No numbers on the receipt. It aggravated me even more. Now I have to go back there tomorrow try to explain what had happened and get credit and have them rewash my car. The time and money I've spent is one thing. And I couldn't connect to them and explained what's happened to me. It sucks. They need to repair the car washing machine. Or regular maintenance. This is the first time this has happened to me. Owner sets dryer for car wash to turn off when the timer still shows 20 seconds remaining. Very unethical and I hope Chevron does something about it. I use the timer as reference and was left with a wet rear window and bumper. read more

This review is for the drive-thru car wash. My wife was with me the whole time and can attest this review is accurate. First, there is no signage or directions to pay inside until you get to the car wash. I pressed the button for help and they said that someone will be out. It took a bit of time for someone to come out so then I had to turn off my car in the drive-thru, proceeded to walk inside to pay, and came back to my car with a couple people waiting by my car. This is where the customer experience got even worse. The person giving me directions to go through the car wash was VERY condescending and yelled at me. It's not a very good car wash machine to begin with. As the light turned green, I proceeded slowly but the man told me to speed up in a condescending way. I hit a speed bump and it rolled my car too far past the stop point. He then yelled at me for messing up and we had to re-do it all over again. Fortunately, the THIRD time of backing in and out worked. At the end, there was a man that gave me a look of disapproval, which was like a punch to the gut. As I was driving off onto the street, I suddenly noticed that my gas cap was off. I couldn't believe the attendants didn't even close the gas cap (but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for not noticing). Overall, I felt looked down upon. I would NOT recommend this place. The only good that came out was that my car was clean, but it was not worth the negative customer experience. I want my money back after this whole experience. read more

So I must admit I dont wash my car regularly and in dire need of a quick car wash so of course i used the amazing Yelp app and yelped a few places. I came across this place as its conveniently near my work. So i decided to give it a try. I chose the best wash which was $16.99 the cashier handed me cloth and a wiping cloth which i thought was nice. I went through the drive thru and in 5 minutes my car was all washed!! It came out pretty nice!!! not bad for $16.99. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to all. TIP: the gas station is near the freeway exit so u get there quickly. I am giving this place a four out of five due the wash missing a few spots on my car but overall i am happy. read more

This review is for the car wash. I work just 2 blocks from their location so I get my car washed here almost every time. For the price, they really do a good job. At most other places you find the same or even worse car wash with double the price. However, there are some spots the machine can not reach. For example lower front and back bumper. They do not remove something like bird poop very well either. Overall 4 stars. The wash will leave your car shining and looking new. But you gotta do more work on some certain parts. read more

This chevron always saves me on my commutes to Newark from San Jose. Always not a lot of traffic at the late hours and always very clean. They offer free air and water which is very convenient. I just had one problem with the pump. It said push start button below and for a good two minutes I was hella confused. Maybe a glitch? Like Tu D. - I am also glad that this place re-opened. The gas prices here are very competitive and it's nice that I can get my car washed at a discount after I purchase at least 8 gallons of gas (which I never seem to have a problem in doing.) The car wash is a trip! It's totally automated. You drive into the bay and remain in the car while the machine moves forward and back as it squirts the car down with foamy detergent and water. Although the car isn't moving, you feel like you are because of the machine is moving. After you're done, this thing drops down and tells you to drive forward slowly so that the blowers can get the excess water off the car. Not perfect - but at least it gets the bug splat and tree sap off the car until I can get it in for a real good cleaning. The service bays are well maintained. There's always water, a squeegee and paper towels for me to clean my windows when I don't have time to run my car through the car wash. It's convenient place for me to stop after work on my way home. read more

Can't believe I've not wrote a review for this place yet. I've been coming here for years to get gas and use the clean restroom. I live in the south bay so it's a convenient stop right off the "Dixon Landing Rd" exit on my way to work in Oakland. Sometimes if I'm hungry, I'll get a Subway (located inside on the left side) breakfast sandwich. You can get coffee here too and snacks. Sometimes I'll buy a small milk to make my coffee at work and I always buy the ranch flavored pumpkin seeds that they sell and eat them on my way to work and on my way home. The clerks are always nice and friendly so it makes it a pleasure to stop and know it's a clean and good place that stays consistently stocked and clean. I also get scratchers here and got lucky a couple of weeks ago. Four hundred bucks - woo-hoo! read more

I'm so glad this place opend back up. It was starting to look like a ghost town around here. Dixon Landing is the little known Milpitas exit off of 880. A few years ago there was a Burger King, but now that's turned into a Starbuck's. But there is still an empty space next to Starbuck's. And so when the Chevron closed down, going to Starbucks was a little depressing. But now it's back! It's so convenient (and fast) to stop here on my way to work. The carwash is open again. But there is still a lot of room for this little plaza to grow! Stop in and support this Chevron location!!! read more

This place is easy access from the freeway (880)..also very close to my favorite drive-thru morning Starbucks. The price of their gas is lower than the neighboring Chevron gasoline stations...but other premium gas in the area like the Shell and 76 is actually cheaper....but I may say that their restroom here is very clean!!! Station owner told me to hurry up while waiting behind me in line in her new Mercedes SUV to wash her car. The station attendant immediately comes out to take my receipt out of my hand, entering my wash code, while telling me to hurry up. Originally when I drove up to the keypad no one was there so I spent two minutes with prep bucket to remove bird droppings off my car. Additional cars came to in line one minute later. The complaint to hurry up happened about 30 sec later. At that point there was nowhere for me to go but rush without finish prepping my car for wash. It's like going to a coffee shop and while trying to add cream and sugar to my coffee being told to hurry up and get out of the shop. If the station wants people to prep their car in the side space only, they should place ALL of the prep buckets there and place a sign that says prep area. I don't know why they placed a wash prep bucket next to the key entry pad. For years I waited behind without issue behind customers prepping their cars. Again as customers we never complained except for the impatient station owner. The $16 charge is almost as much as a full service basic car wash. Here you have to pre-clean your your own tires and other areas of your car itself. I think the fees include being spoken down to by the station owner and attendants in a rude manner. This Chevron used to be one of my favorite stops to fuel and wash my car. Ironically if I wrote this review before this incident, I probably would've given this place 4-5 stars. When the station owner came out of the car wash I handed her my repeat wash card and said I'm not returning here and she just lost a long time customer. read more

We have used this gas station as a pit stop for us all. We will have to say this is one of the cleanest gas stations you will find. We have been very impressed of how well stocked they have everything in this store and the restrooms are clean, which for me is always a positive. The gas pumps are well maintained and, as for chip, candy, soda, and other fun munchies we have got it all here and look forward to our stop again. read more

For some reason, I feel that the bumps here are slow. It takes longer to fill up the full tank. I like this place as it's on my way and not as busy most of the time I'm here. Best Chevron! I look forward to my coffee stops into this station on my way to work. The attendants are all so nice and welcoming. ( I love going to a place where they remember you!) The gas prices are also usually very good, the station is clean and bright and they have lots of coffee to choose from :) I already really liked this particular Chevron a lot, but last Friday when I wasn't able to get my car started due to a dead battery, one of the attendants (actually 2) took the time out of their busy day (it was customer appreciation day, so the station was crawling with customers) to help me jump my car. This Chevron is awesome. Not only is it conveniently located to the freeway (right off 880!), but they are super cheap (compared to other Chevrons at least). They are next to Starbucks and a Subway Sandiwch shop... of course they also have their own little mini-mart attached. Workers there are very rude and the car wash is mediocre. Upon purchasing a code for the car wash, I waited for the worker at the cashier to attend me. The guy was on his phone and had me waiting there for a cool 3 minutes before he realized I was there. When it came down to pay, I had made the mistake of pressing "no" when the chip reader asked if it was the right amount because I was in a hurry and had to tend to somewhere else. The employee then responded with the worst attitude saying "no, no, no! You're doing it wrong!" I acknowledge that I messed up a pretty simple task, but I don't need you to make me feel any more dumb than I already did at that moment. read more

I've never reviewed a gas stop but this is impressive. Convenient, clean, quick, good prices. Jump on and off of 880 freeway immediately. There are like three paper towel dispensers in the women's restroom and it's the cleanest I've seen of all places. We were able to grab gas and run. Highly recommended. read more

Chevron has always been one of the better gas stations as far as quality of fuel. This one is great because it is right off of the highway (880), always has a few stations open and the car wash is easy to use and pretty efficient if you don't have time to wait for a hand-wash elsewhere/don't have a driveway to wash your car yourself ha ;) Anyway, if you have a Safeway card and use it often, you usually get $0.20 off each gallon at Chevron! read more
