Terrible customer service at this location. The people behind the counter are worst than DMV employees! I like Chevron gas and this station is on my way home from work. Their carwash is fine, I never had any problems with it. It was the people that I have an issue with! The tall skinny guy that works in the evenings, after 4pm M-F is unfriendly and he doesn't give the $1 discount on carwash if you get gas. I have a Honda Pilot, my fill-up is always $100+ and I usually buy other items so it's easy to miss a $1 charge. Yeah, I know, it's only $1 but it's principles man. And he did it to me three times and the third time, another customer was questioning him about it too. So I'm just going to assume that he is doing this to all the customers and pocketing the money. This review is for the carwash only. They offer touchless or soft brush car washes. You can prepay intake or at the carwash entrance. You can save $1 off your carwash if you also pump gas here. The cheapest carwash is $9/$10 but that doesn't include the dryer at the end. The deluxe is a dollar more. There are two other tiers above that. While the touchless carwash isn't as thorough as using the soft brush, it does a decent job without damaging your car. read more

I like this Car wash as it's easy access and more space. They vacuums for self service which is $2, you do need coins, may be they need credit card but it all good. The car wash has touch-less option and soft cloth option. I would recommend this car wash to people. read more

Came in about near 10pm or so to grab some drinks/snacks, and saw the door was already locked. We attempted to get the workers attention but was notion was clear, he was not trying to address us. The worker finally came towards the window and gave us a "shooing" gesture more rather that let us know that they're apparently close. Again... the business states 24 hours and nothing advising that it's only for the pumps. We were staying next door at the Residence Inn and were told from the employees there that the workers here were terrible. The 1 star prior to this review says it all. read more

Avoid this gas station and car wash. If I can give this a ZERO star, I would. The management here does not stand by their car wash product. I was explicitly told by the attendant and manager that: * If you want the car wash to clean your car, you should go to a manual hand wash * They cannot give refunds for the car wash even if it malfunctions. * They cannot let you go through again if the wash doesn't clean your car * They are not customer friendly and yell at customers * They demand customers come back on their schedule if you want to talk to a manager * Apparently, a car wash is not supposed to clean a car and they cannot guarantee the car will be cleaned. This experience was horrible. The attendant was super pushy, dismissive and eventually started yelling at me for asking for a refund or to let me go through again since the car wasn't cleaned after paying $11 for a wash (I don't even think the machine used soap!). My car wasn't even that dirty to begin with and it looked basically the same after the wash. I almost called the non-emergency police number cause of the yelling before he gave me his managers number and when I called, she basically told me she doesn't stand by the car wash and if you want a clean car, go to a manual wash. So everyone should take her advice, don't go to this car wash if you want a clean car. You would basically be gifting them free money, get yelled at and then feel horrible afterwards. I drive out of my way to get my cars washed at this establishment. They have a new car wash machine that seem to work most of the time. Today, I paid $15.00 for the Ultimate Wash with the brushless (power wash) option. However, today I noticed that the power jets did not activate. My car was still dirty. When I approached the service desk, I was directed to the manager, D Patel. I explained, politely, my situation and asked to run my car through again with the brush option this time. She said they cannot help me, do anything about it, or give me a refund. She did not make any effort to help solve my problem. Instead of exploding into a Karen/Kevin, I decided just to go through Yelp and dispute the charge through my credit card company. I wanted to do my part as a good human being by going through proper channels instead of fighting...don't get me wrong, I was ready to fight, but not today. Washed my car, paid $14. When done went to dry it off and the roof, trunk and whole rear still had foamy soap residue. I go talk to the cashier, he goes and talks to someone in The back. Some lady comes out rude as hell and said nothing she could do. Same as above review said this is a machine wash and machine is working fine. I Confirmed with Mr Nilesh I could come back later by word that the expiration date on the recite had 10/18/21. Came back a few times and a wash was broken I came today which day was not still expired. I came today 10/25/21 and Mr. Nilesh refused any refund or a car wash he claimed I used code which was false that day I came it was broken. The staff and management at this place are completely reckless. The carwash at this location has problems. From the point of service to washing and drying the car, the carwash is not working. It's one thing that it doesn't work, but it's another that the manager/staff blames the customer and does not make things right. In my experience, I purchased a carwash at the Point of sale and when it came to my turn to drive the car in, the wash continued to wash the previous car twice. I went in and got yelled at that it was working and that I was wrong and refused to help. Took my car last Saturday for a wash. The blower is broken. Had to towel dry the whole car when we got home. My daughter went inside to pay. The cashier didn't say anything about the blower not working. In the off chance the gas station didn't know it's broken, if you read this review (hopefully you do), FIX it. Made the mistake of giving the touch less wash another chance on my ceramic coated car and it's even worse. I noticed the soap was more concentrated on one side, not even. Simple highway rain grime couldn't be blasted off from this car wash. Waste of money. For a new machine I would expect good results. It's working poorly. read more

We stopped by this CHEVERON Gas Station after spending a good $100.00 we noticed our tire was low and needed Air. My son went inside and asked the attendant if she can please turn the air on. She rudely said "it a dollar, you need pay dollar" So, my husband said that can't be right, he then walked in and said can you please turn on the air?. The attendant then again rudely said " I told him already it a dollar" I know there is a CALIFORNIA LAW THAT PASSED IN 1999 that made it a requirement for service stations in California to provide free water, compressed air and an air gauge to customers who purchase fuel. read more

Nice clean new Gas Station with brand new car wash. Only rate as 4 for gas as Chevron prices are on the high side. However, 5 star rating for the car wash. It's got several options and did a good job cleaning my wife's Outback. Appreciate the under-carriage high pressure wash and even the dryer blows underneath to assist drying bottom of the car. You have choice of no touch or soft wash. IMO did a better wash than the Chevron across the freeway on California circle. read more

Sumond (sorry if I butchered the name) and his co-workers not only let me hang out inside the shop (shady fellow outside creeping on everyone), but they also gave me a spot to sit and wait for the tow truck. Today I went to the gas station. Took a delux car wash, which costed $12. When I took the car through the car wash the soap didn't come. In addition to that the water jet also didn't work correct. Normally it comes like rain and this time, it just like a tap which is switched on. I went inside and reported the problem to the person behind the counter. He seems to be a nice guy and referred to me to person in their back office, Dhanashree Patel. She started talking to me sarcastically, saying the wash is working just fine. They seems to have a person come from company the day before to check the car wash and reported it working fine. She mentioned that she dont have time to talk to me, and I should leave. There was a gentle man, who standing beside her and he said he will show me that the car was working in and took me near to the car wash to show. But there was no cars going through the cycle then, and he had to leave. D Patel again came out and ask that person to leave and started talking to me. So I told her, I can take the car through again and show them the problem. She again started saying she doesnt have time and I have to leave. So I left. I might explore legal options here. Wish the management take the right action. No one will lie about a 12 dollar car wash, I wasted more time at the gas station talking to them.
