This is their phin-dripped Vietnamese coffee and jasmine matcha tea. I had never seen this combination before. They're all things I love, so I was very intrigued. The L.A.C was delicious. The jasmine was very fragrant and forward, which I really liked. The coffee, jasmine, and matcha blended well together and created a nice and tasty drink. They have matcha, Hojicha, and seasonal offerings as well (like their banana cream!). There is a single bathroom (with code), WiFi (spotty sometimes but I was still able to get what I needed done), and a decent amount of seating (depending on time you go) with available outlets. Our drinks took a little over 10 minutes, but they were worth the wait. The brown sugar flavor was rich and delicious without being overly sweet. The boba had a nice chew to it, slightly firmer than I personally prefer, but still very good. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cup size. It's comparable to some of my favorite boba spots, yet comes at a more affordable price. With so many great places to eat in this shopping center, I know we'll be back, and this will definitely be one of our regular stops whenever we're in the area.

The shop shares a space with a Chevron gas station, and it doesn't have its own restroom. When I asked, I was told to use the Chevron bathroom, which felt unusual for a tea shop. The café also isn't the most comfortable place to hang out. I stopped by during a heat wave once and decided to stay for a bit, but it was still hot inside. I don't think the A/C was running, so I ended up leaving sooner than I planned. I could see myself grabbing a drink to go if I were already stopping for gas or just happened to be driving by. But personally, I'd rather drive a few minutes down the street to Barber Lane, where there are several other tea shops with better drinks and a more comfortable atmosphere. I can also do my grocery shopping while I'm there, so it's a much more convenient stop overall.

However, once mixed in with the strawberry puree and oat milk, the strawberry puree did mask the matcha flavor. However, it was still a good and yummy drink! The strawberry puree tasted unique too, but I don't know how to put the taste into words so you're just gonna have to try it for yourself :)) We also tried the genmaicha tea, and it tasted like faan ziu to me, but I love faan ziu so I liked it! It was very refreshing for the hot summer day it was. Heads up that they only have almond oat and soy milk! A very solid spot to get some work done too.
