Love that this store offers rare and hard to find items I like, such as baja blast zero sugar soda, planters peanut butter chocolate trail mix (one of the few trail mix with no raisins), gardetto's special request garlic rye chips, as well as your typical taquito and hot dog options, big gulps, ice cream bars, and fresh fruit cups. Added perks include adequate parking spaces, 76 gas station, and even a car wash (Milpitas Auto Spa), with a lovely fountain next to the store that can be used for seating and perhaps enjoying a snack (you don't typically find that at other 7-Eleven locations). Service is efficient, with workers using two registers to minimize wait time for customers. Even when just one employee is working the front, I've seen them alternate utilizing both, so that slow customers don't slow down the line while taking their sweet time getting out of the way after making a purchase (if there's a line at all). I'm all about efficiency, so this a big plus in my book! Just what you need at a place like this, so you can be in and out in no time. Not every day nor every detail will be perfect, but I'm not basing my review off a single visit. I've had such a positive experience here over time, and the value seems fair for a convenience store, that I was convinced to join the 7-Eleven rewards program. Yup, they have that too :D

I wanted to post a review of everything else THIS store does to balance my terrible curbside pickup review: Everything else, this store is 5 of 5 stars. I've owned my house a mile away from this store before it or the shopping center even existed, 24 years ago. Before they were here, it was literally a patch of grass where they sold Christmas trees and pumpkins during the holidays. We walk to/by this store 3-5 times a week, often stopping in to buy little things that we need while getting our walking exercise. We also shop here 3-5 other times a week when we're in our cars. So, needless to say, the people here know me and my wife like we work there. I walk in to complain about my curbside order I had waited an hour for outside, and I see literally 2 employees are working, handling two lines of customers with 4-8 people in each line. That's it, 2 people working in the store. Normally there are 4-6 people minimum. So, I wait in line to talk to the guy near the front, and he points me back to "Patty" who handles the curbside orders. Yeah, I'm pretty upset at this point being redirected to the sole other employee after waiting behind 6 other people. I go back to her, wait behind other customers, and complain to her. She says she's so sorry, checks and sees that I have been waiting for an hour. She just didn't see the notifications. Because they are busy and short-staffed. She goes back to get a key and then my order, finds it on a cart near where I was standing. Meanwhile, I'm talking with another customer saying, "You know, nobody wants to do these jobs any more for less than $15 an hour, these places are going to disappear soon!" She agrees, and Patty walks back up and tells us how they are short-staffed because they keep hiring people, they train them, then in 1-2 days they disappear and they have to hire someone again. Yeah, I guess it is hard to find someone to do an honest job for honest pay these days, but I was surprised to hear exactly that from Patty. All I can say is before posting a 1 star review, which this store deserves for the service they did provide on the curbside order, remember they might be, even today, dealing with a lot of adversity just to stay open. In the very least, give them another chance doing what they do and post another review if it's better than 1 star. So, bottom line, give the stores that you gave 1 star reviews to another chance later. They really are all just people trying their best to get the job done, probably like all of us.

I have a Honda Pilot, my fill-up is always $100+ and I usually buy other items so it's easy to miss a $1 charge. Yeah, I know, it's only $1 but it's principles man. And he did it to me three times and the third time, another customer was questioning him about it too. So I'm just going to assume that he is doing this to all the customers and pocketing the money. Shame on you skinny guy! I'm trying out another Chevron off Mowry right now. They also have mixed reviews, but it's WAY better than this place.

The moto "Thank heaven its 711", is truth in advertising. I have been saved by the inevitability that they will always be open, except maybe Christmas half day, more than once. They have a variety of just about anything you need. There's hot food, healthy and unhealthy snack food, pharmaceuticals, drinks of all sorts, sandwiches, doughnuts, auto supplies, candy bars, gum, cigs, liquor, lottery ticket and scratchers etc. The cashiers are ok .They always seem kind of tired which is understandable. But they are courteous and efficient for the most part. I used to work at 711 so I know the stuff they have to go through. They all keep their stores well stocked more or less. I love promos and stuff they have like free Icee day on 7/11. They are completely invaluable when traveling and I like that they have a lot of healthy things to eat and fresh fruit. They are a much better place to grab a snack or meal than a fast food store. 711, please never go away! read more

This is hands down the BEST 7-Eleven I've ever been to! The owner goes above and beyond -- he personally delivers hot food right to my car, always with kindness and respect. Not only is the customer service amazing, but the store itself is spotless and very well-stocked day and night. What really sets this location apart is the quality and freshness of the food. Everything is made fresh, and you can actually tell. The hot food is always ready, tasty, and never feels like it's been sitting out. Plus, they accept EBT, which makes it even more convenient. It's rare to find a store that combines great service, fresh food, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere, but this 7-Eleven truly does it all. The store itself wasn't a problem, though it wasn't anything great to write about either. However, I do have problems with this place. So a few years back, I used to take the 217 bus to Ohlone College using the bus stop outside this place. I'm not sure whether it's because my face screams "steal from me," but the crime rate around this store has got to be astronomical. I've been mugged twice along the side of this store on Washington Dr and at that point vowed never again to walk through that part of the neighborhood again. Also, last I heard, a poor clerk was murdered there somewhere back in 2010-2014. If you value your belongings and/or your life, you should consider visiting another 7-Eleven. read more
