People either hate it or love it here. For me, this location is pretty convenient and decent, especially when there are no lines during morning weekday jours. Good location for being next to a Safeway grocery store and a Peet's coffee shop that's always packed with customers. Jamba Juice menu is always fresh and decent for fruity flavored beverages. Cashiers here are always friendly and nice people. It just takes awhile to get the order when customers in front are ordering more than 4-6 beverages at a time. Came here for national smoothie day! Super organized since there was a huge line and rush of people. They were making their mango and strawberry drinks in bulk, so we were in an out the door for a few minutes. It was only a $1! Great organized promotional event for this Jamba Juice. read more

Service is always great in the sense that it's quick, people are lovely. I've had people take my order a few different times - not sure if deliberate or not. I've been waiting and they don't call names just the drink order.. However, the last time I was here this week. The server did not call names or at least for the order I was picking up, however other customers in the store had ordered after me.. So I picked up what I presumed to my order as the size and drink was correct along with one of the substitutions I asked for (was mentioned).. I walked out.. left.. drank my drink and something didn't taste quite right -- maybe an added protein or something.. there was some grit to it. And for sure I'm allergic to some of things people love to add... I asked for two substitutions as I have two food allergies for my current favorite drink. So I've been breaking out like crazy and I think it's because I picked up the wrong order (could have been an online order.. not sure). But hope they start calling names, always or something.. because that's like a lawsuit just waiting to happen for people who might have more severe reactions to something. read more

Started off my new year with Jamba Juice! I was collecting my birthday reward of one small smoothie. The Strawberries Wild has always been my go-to drink, so I decided to stick with it. It was a quick process to scan my QR code from my phone to redeem my birthday reward. The barista was nice and my drink was served up in under 5 minutes. The Strawberries Wild tasted exactly like I remember it being. Pretty solid location. The parking lot was pretty crowded bc of Safeway, but there's usually enough parking spots. I actually love this Jamba Juice compared to all the other Jamba juices in San Jose. Plus it's super close to where I live. I've never really had a bad experience here. They're quick and the drinks always come out the way I want (not overly blended). There's also one young employee there who also has great customer service so that's a plus. I haven't ordered an açaí bowl for awhile so I decided to get one now that it's warming up. Let me just tell you, whatever they put for the "bananas" definitely did not taste like bananas. Maybe a plantain. But it was shaped really weird (like it had to be peeled with a knife), hard (partially frozen perhaps) and had a chalky texture. Come to think of it, it seemed like it took them longer than normal to prepare my bowl. It makes me sad because now I probably will never order an açaí bowl from here. I was in the area and wanted to grab something quick so I decided to come by this Jamba location to get an açaí bowl. They were quick with making it which was nice, but when I got it it was more like a smoothie soup. There were also some fruits in there that seemed to still be frozen so I had to awkwardly chew through that. The person who greeted me at the register was super nice and greeted me, however, the other worker seemed like they didn't want to be there. It also says there's wifi, but there's no wifi. Good Jamba Juice location, it's near the office and we like coming here for afternoon break. Since covid they add a "safety" sticker for DoorDash orders for added piece of mind. The smoothies are consistent and taste good, I never have the problem of large chunks of ice with Jamba like I do at other places. Came by to get our juice fix on this hot day! Free boost - we more than often choose to pick the free zinc boost. It doesn't change the flavor of the smoothies to where it's noticeable at all. This location is limiting guests in the stores to 6 or so due to space and social distancing. Come prepare with masks! Good smoothies, staff seem very unorganized. My kid has a sever food allergy and I was super concerned they would mix up orders because they were so chaotic.
