Decided I wanted Starbucks this morning. However, I did not quite what I wanted when I first arrived. So, I checked the app and they have a Chai special drink and it looked so good. I also decided on the sausage, bacon and cheese wrap. At first, I got 1 pump of syrup instead of the 4 pumps it came with because I did not know if it would be too sweet. Well, I actually add 2 more pumps upon tasting. I will buy this again. The wrap was ok, but it does not have much of either meat in it and I did not know it had potatoes. The closest location to my house. Been there since they opened up there. Used to be much quicker. It's changed for the worst. Takes way too long from the time I order it till I finally get it. Yes, too many Starbucks members ordering before they leave home and get there. Would advice not to go there Monday to Friday mornings as it is the worst. Gets insane. Drivers in a hurry to get in and out so that they can get to work or whatever there is destination. Don't care about others as long as they leave the parking lot promptly. After yesterday afternoon, I won't return because of such slow service. Also they don't call out names. Kept waiting until I ask that I was still waiting. Apparently the barista that took the order didn't put the name on the cup. That's a new low. Lastly too much chatting by the two baristas when they should be focus on getting the orders out quickly. If I need Starbucks, I will go to the one inside Safeway. At least it's much quicker and it's usually one person that does everything. read more

I love this Starbucks! Never had a complaint about any Starbucks location, but this location never lets me down. They always make my go to caramel frappes perfectly! I ordered a matcha latte but it just tasted like milk and kind of sour. Went back to ask them to remake it but the worker was rude, didn't even say hello. I don't know her name but she has dyed hair and a tattooed arm. My second matcha latte had a lot of ice even though I asked for light ice. I also think she overly shook it on purpose, because there is a lot of white foam on top. The only reason why I didn't ask them to remake it again is because I had to go to work. read more

We ordered some basic drinks, a chocolate milk and black coffee, along with a slice of the banana walnut and pecan loaf and iced lemon loaf. I love the rich flavor of Starbucks chocolate milk, and it had just the right sweetness this past Sunday. Got the banana nut bread heated, and it was sooo yummy and went perfectly with my cold beverage, a nice balance. The plain black coffee took the longest, about 8-10 minutes wait, but we were satisfied with the quality and freshness of everything we got, so not a big deal. Service was standard. This is a decent Starbucks overall. Parking isn't TERRIBLE, and the staff have always been warm and welcoming. My drinks are generally well made, but for some reason they always add coffee to my son's creme fraps or steamer drinks, so I always have to check them and have them re-made. The 5 star goes to the service. The person taking the order was very quick and professional. He spoke very clearly. Kudos to him. I had six drinks and one of the was blond espresso. I get often signature still and so it happened there, too. Other location usually don't understand what I even want if I go and ask for blond. The barista immediately understood what I wanted and made new drink right away. It was great. I love this kind of service when I'm understood if something is not right and they fix it without trying to push it back. Mistakes happen, that's OK. Been here almost every day. The staffs are always smiling and they're so helpful. The drink is always on point. My favorite one is Vietnamese-style coffee with exactly 3 pumps, no more no less. More of it, and it will be a bit hard to consume. If less, not enough flavor and too sweet. To enjoy the experience to the fullest, it has to balance the sweetness and the bitterness. Ask a Vietnamese local around you and they will show you how to order it. read more

Decided to take advantage of the Thursday buy one get one free special. I am staying with family currently, so my dad ordered via mobile app and went to pick up in person. I got a strawberry frappuccino with light whip, no ice, 1% milk, light toasted honey topping, and chocolate powder, and he got a s'mores creme frappuccino with light ice, marshmallow whip, and graham crumb topping. I appreciate the amount of customization options you have in the app, since I'm not that familiar with Starbucks and do not like to hold up lines by asking the cashier a bajillion questions. The drinks were ready when he arrived, there were a few ahead of him waiting outside the store, but it only took about a minute to get the drinks. The workers would put completed orders onto a table right inside the store, and if you wanted to order in person, you can walk up to the counter and order through the see-through shield. My drink was okay, I actually barely tasted sweetness which surprised me, but that may have been because I had just drank some aloe juice right before. I did taste the chocolate that I'd had added as a topping. My dad says his drink also wasn't that sweet, which he likes. read more

I love this Starbucks store so much. They always welcome me and they're pretty nice when you talk with them. They're super friendly and sparking a little chat with them wouldn't hurt. During this Pandemic, a lot of people are changing their habits or are being forced to due to the restrictions placed upon us by our counties. I have the luxury of having several Starbucks fairly close to my house, but have changed locations to this particular location. Even though this location doesn't have a drive-thru, they are very efficient and fast in handling their orders. They have been able to maneuver the restrictions due to the Pandemic, yet maintain an excellent level of service. This was evident when I recently contacted the Store Manager, Rachelle when I had an issue with a promotion that Starbucks ran. I wasn't credited with my stars and Rachelle suggested I reach-out to My Starbucks Rewards Program, which I did. MSRP responded to me and credited my account and also apologized for their error. It's that type of service that exemplifies the level of service they will go to satisfy their loyal customers. In addition, the staff are amazing, friendly and courteous. But this locations restrooms are so dirty that even outside gas stations restrooms are cleaner than this place! Both toilets were full of feces and urine all on the floor! Nice and cozy Starbucks Coffee House. It is a lot smaller than most locations I've visited so the seating situation can be a bit of a headache if you decide to hang out and enjoy your coffee here. This establishment is located at the very corner of a small strip of 4 shops and parking is its only major downfall since there are an abundance of eateries in the surrounding area. Be patient and don't be surprised when you have to make a few rounds before you locate something. The baristas here are very friendly and they are extremely efficient in helping you get in and out. Love Starbucks in general! This Starbucks is located by Hwy 680 in Calaveras Blvd. There's a bunch of Starbucks less that 1 mile apart in this area. I want to say that there's probably 4 aboyt 5 min away from each other. They're so close you can probably throw rocks from one to the other. read more

BUSY: This location gets busy! Especially on hot days. Long tables for people studying. Off of Calaveras. Now they advertise to use the app to order your drink ahead of time, which I'm curious to try out but haven't yet. One time it was really busy and the girl gave me a free drink coupon for the wait. So nice! DRINK: sadly my hazelnut latte tasted kind of burnt. PARK: Parking in the front and back with entrances on both ends. Smaller outside parking area due to it being shared with other businesses in this outside business plaza. PHONES: they have these wireless charging devices, but we tried it on my iPhone 6 and my fiancé's 6+ and both didn't charge. Supposed to place it on the table with the charger plugged in. They do sometimes make mistakes on our orders but that's okay because we all make mistakes. This location always has the double smoked bacon sandwiches in stock.
