Had my niece's sweet 16th birthday at a hotel and decided to just DoorDash. I clearly customized it to NO ice with UBE foam. What the heck happened? I get ice with VANILLA foam, and they didn't even blend the matcha well in my drink, so I tasted some matcha powder chunks.

I ordered a matcha latte but it just tasted like milk and kind of sour. Went back to ask them to remake it but the worker was rude, didn't even say hello. I don't know her name but she has dyed hair and a tattooed arm. My second matcha latte had a lot of ice even though I asked for light ice. I also think she overly shook it on purpose, because there is a lot of white foam on top. The only reason why I didn't ask them to remake it again is because I had to go to work.

I have the luxury of having several Starbucks close to my house. I like this location, since they consistently get my orders right and the staff are always friendly. Even though this location doesn't have a drive-thru, they are very efficient and fast in handling their orders. In addition, the staff are always friendly and courteous. They consistently get my drink orders correct and do so with a smiling face. I usually order a Tall Iced Mocha, regardless if it's warm or cold outside. I have on occasion ordered a Hot Mocha, but its rate.

We ordered some basic drinks, a chocolate milk and black coffee, along with a slice of the banana walnut and pecan loaf and iced lemon loaf. I love the rich flavor of Starbucks chocolate milk, and it had just the right sweetness this past Sunday. Got the banana nut bread heated, and it was sooo yummy and went perfectly with my cold beverage, a nice balance. The plain black coffee took the longest, about 8-10 minutes wait, but we were satisfied with the quality and freshness of everything we got, so not a big deal. Service was standard. Restrooms did not seem accessible/had a sign, so that was a bit inconvenient. Parking was easy right in front of the entrance.

Friendly staff and clean coffee shop. All the amenities of a Starbucks. This is a spacious location that you can enjoy window seating.

Worst service ever, needed a coffee but before needed really bad to use bathroom, attendant said i have to order "first" Very gross and not customer oriented, my coffee will be from another store and brand not starbucks anymore

Easy to find this place. Next to Saigon Shipping, one of my favorite place too. You can a lot of Vietnamese around.

Been here almost every day. The staffs are always smiling and they're so helpful. The drink is always on point. My favorite one is Vietnamese-style coffee with exactly 3 pumps, no more no less. More of it, and it will be a bit hard to consume. If less, not enough flavor and too sweet. To enjoy the experience to the fullest, it has to balance the sweetness and the bitterness. Ask a Vietnamese local around you and they will show you how to order it.

This Starbucks has gone downhill in terms of customer service and ordering speed. However, the drinks are still great.

Decent portion, and was filled enough. Wish there was more meat spread throughout the sandwich, but otherwise, there was a decent amount of filling. The cilantro and pickled veggies tasted good, as well as their bread. However, I wish there was either more mayo or pate spread as it felt a little on the dryer side. The banh mi did take a while to come out. I got my drink fist and probably waited roughly 15-20 minutes for the banh mi. The staff were friendly! Overall not the best, but also not bad. They have a variety of coffees and matchas so I might return to try more or possibly their pandan waffle!

The service was a miss - the employees did not seem that friendly or welcoming upon walking in and during the ordering process. My drink was already done and waiting for me at the previous counter and I was still not helped, until I had to say something. I ordered their Green Milk Tea with boba and grass jelly - about $7 for a large, which is not that expensive compared to most other competitors for that size. The milk tea tasted so watered down and overly sweeten though, so I was not able to finish drinking it. I went a few stores down for another boba drink.

My drink was ready in about 5 minutes and the food took 10 minutes. I got the deluxe sandwich (egg, turkey sausage, and cheese on a croissant bun), and an iced mocha with 2% milk. Both items were delicious. My beverage was a tad watery, a bit heavy on the ice, and had just enough mocha in it. It could have used a little more, but I still enjoyed this. The sandwich tasted better than it looked, and I couldn't tell the difference between the turkey sausage it came with and the savory flavor of pork breakfast sausage which I typically prefer, so that worked in my favor. It was definitely satisfying. Overall, I had a positive experience.
