Love the yuzu emerald tea. Tried the qq noodles for the first time, it's like boba but shaped like a noodle. Adds some extra chewiness, very creative.
As a milk tea enjoyed, the tie guan yin milk tea was p good. It had a lot of tea taste but was also creamy. I normally dont like things too sweet so 50% sweetness was perfect. I would come here again for this drink :)
Stopped by for a matcha strawberry drink, and it was pretty good. The inside was pretty clean and had a nice modern vibe. My drink was made pretty quick. This place overall is a great spot if you're looking for a quick boba run.
It was around 1pm and I was starving so I decided to take my daughter here to get a drink before heading home. I ordered 2 boba milk teas for my kids and a sesame boba milk tea for myself (all half sugar, light ice). All drinks were delicious. We can taste the tea from the boba milk teas and the sesame from the sesame boba milk tea. Unfortunately, I stated light ice but the cups were at least half full of ice.
Never knew it's existed until my Taiwanese friend invited me to try this new place. Taiwanese know their bobassss so I must try try. The place is clean. Service was fast and menu is easy to maneuver. Ordered the Taiwan classic milk tea, or they named it the childhood milk tea. It has Boba grass jelly and QQ noodles. It was very good. There's a few tables and chairs to hangout after dinner.
TP Tea is located in the shopping plaza that has Lion Market, Sheng Kee Bakery, McDonald's, etc. Parking is plentiful in this plaza. The interior is nice with a few tables to sit at. No public restroom. Order via 3 kiosks. New Lychee Series: Lychee Cube Pearl Fruit - the cubes are nice and chewy. The drink was subtly flavored. Support your local business.
I've passed by this place multiple times and I decided to try their milk tea. I didn't expect the milk tea to be as bitter as it was, in comparison to other boba places. However, the bitterness from the tea and the sugar balanced each other out, making this a pretty unique milk tea experience. I don't recommend changing the sugar level as I think it is pretty well adjusted.
Came here on a Sunday afternoon. Barely any line, which was nice. Way less crowded than the Cupertino location. Ordered the classic 3Q TP milk tea. Boba was solid and very satisfying. The milk tea itself was a bit watered down. Even at full sweetness, it wasn't very sweet. Still drinkable, just lighter than expected. Not much seating, so it's definitely more of a to go kinda place.
I wanted to treat myself for late lunch and stopped by TP tea. I've been here before for the regular boba drinks. I picked out the lychee berry smoothie from the self order kiosk. It's not my typical choice, it I'm glad I made it. The berry swirl had a tartness which complemented the sweet lychee pretty well. I choose 80% sweetness. I got a text with my order number and there is also a virtual queue displayed so it was clear when to expect the drink. There weren't a lot of tables and chairs inside the place. Doesn't look like a good place for catching up for big groups. Overall, place looked clean, service was fast, and drink was good!
Surprised I haven't heard of TP Tea until I yelped a boba spot nearby and then realized that they have locations all over the bay. It was pretty empty on a Sunday evening, with a few pick-up orders on standby. Wasn't greeted when we walked in, then I noticed the self-order kiosk. I had to go with the Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea, 50% sugar w/ crystal boba. It tasted sweeter than half, but maybe it was due to the boba? Idk. I'll try 25% next time to compare. Besides being a little too sweet for me, it had a good balance of tea and milk flavor. I want to come back and try other drinks as well.
Came on a Saturday around 12pm, and it wasn't busy. There's also plenty of parking as it's in a shared court with other stores. You order with a kiosk and wait for your number/name to be called. I got the TieGuanYin milk tea with boba & coffee jelly. The drinks came out within 5 minutes. It's been a while since I've been to a TP Tea - last time I got a similar drink at the Cupertino one but I didn't enjoy it. This time, I surprisingly really liked my drink, and I am already itching to come back for another round!
Milk tea shops have never really been my favorite, so I usually do not order milk tea. For example, when I go to Yi Fang I always order the almond latte or the almond high mountain tea. At TP Tea I usually get the strawberry milk tea or the plain oolong Tieguanyin. The strawberry milk tea tastes like a slushy, but you should not order it too sweet because anything above twenty five percent is usually too sweet. Also, Tieguanyin oolong has strong caffeine, so if you are like me and cannot consume too much caffeine in one day or feel unwell when you take in too much caffeine, I suggest avoiding this type of drink. I simply like their tea because it has a very rich tea flavor. 奶茶店一直不是我的最愛，所以我通常都不是點奶茶喝，就像我去一芳都是點杏仁拿鐵和杏仁高山茶，我在茶湯會TP Tea通常都是點草莓奶茶和純烏龍鐵觀音。草莓奶茶嚐起來像是冰沙，但是千萬別點太甜，通常超過25%都太甜了；另外，鐵觀音烏龍的茶性咖啡因很強，如果有人跟我一樣，不能一天攝入太多的咖啡因，甚至咖啡因過量會產生身體不適，那建議別點此類。我只係單純喜歡他們家的茶，很有茶味。
Rating: 4.4/5 We took our time checking out the kiosk menu since there wasn't a line, and they had a variety of drinks that caught my eye. Taro Matcha Latte ($6.95) + Oat Milk ($1) + Cubed Pearls ($0.75): My husband got this with regular ice and regular sweetness, and it didn't taste super sweet. They used a taro paste, which was fine with the matcha latte, but the two flavors didn't really complement or elevate each other. The cubed pearls were interesting though and fun to drink so I'd get them again. Four Season Osmanthus Fresh Milk Tea ($6.95) + Oat Milk ($1) + Aiyu/Lemon Tea Jelly ($0.75): I got 80% sweetness and less ice. The drink wasn't as cold as I like it, so next time I'd go with regular ice. The sweetness could've been higher, but 80% still worked. I really liked the flavor of the four season osmanthus fresh milk tea. The Aiyu jelly itself wasn't bad, but it just didn't go with this drink.

Was in the neighborhood yesterday, and with the heat outside, we decided to stop by and try their Brown Sugar Boba Milk to cool down. The shop is on the smaller side but has a few tables if you want to sit and enjoy your drink. It was still a little warm inside, but definitely much more comfortable than being out in the heat. One thing I appreciated was the large screen that shows the status of your order, so you always know where you are in the queue. Our drinks took a little over 10 minutes, but they were worth the wait. The brown sugar flavor was rich and delicious without being overly sweet. The boba had a nice chew to it, slightly firmer than I personally prefer, but still very good. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cup size. It's comparable to some of my favorite boba spots, yet comes at a more affordable price. With so many great places to eat in this shopping center, I know we'll be back, and this will definitely be one of our regular stops whenever we're in the area. read more
A grab and go tea spot with good tea. This TP Tea spot almost always has a crowd inside whenever I go. The tea is good here but it's very much a grab and go spot. The staff here is fairly quick on getting the tea out, and I've never had to wait more than five minutes or so, even when it's packed. There are a couple of tables and chairs inside. However, it's not a location which works well for catching up casually with any sort of larger group. The other big perk of this location is you get to wander the plaza which other interesting businesses which you can hang out at instead. TP Tea is pretty consistent across their locations. I love that you can really taste the tea flavor with their teas! For this visit, I got the tie guan yin milk tea with boba. Excellent milk blended with the tea and works well even with the lower sugar levels. read more

Came in on a Sunday afternoon with my sisters and ordered a lychee fruit tea with less ice. However, my drink was 75% ice...I usually never see this at any other boba shops when I request less ice. I kindly let one of the baristas know that my drink was majority ice when I ordered less ice and she responded that it needed to have that much ice to be cold and didn't offer any other solutions/to remake my drink My other sisters also requested less ice in their drinks and had significantly less ice than mine did... read more
This review is long overdue but wanted to share my experience. TP tea is located inside a plaza (with McDonald's, Lion Market and other restaurants). Store front is small but it is easy to locate; parking lot is available. The store is clean and has bright interior. Their menu offers a variety of drinks, wonderful selection to choose from. They have a couple of tables inside for indoor seating but it can get crowded very quickly especially during lunch time. When you are ready to order -- you order on the kiosk, select your drink(s), enter your phone number and pay. You will get a notification via text message on your phone when your order is ready. Service is decent -- not friendly nor mean; there is no interaction. They don't speak to you unless they're calling your order for your drinks. Ive ordered the Sesame Fresh Milk on two occasions and I've waited about 15-20 mins for my drink. Very refreshing drink, would definitely recommend to avoid going during lunch time or during peak hours. Would definitely order a drink from TP Tea if I am ever back in the Milpitas area. read more
So happy they finally opened up a TP Tea in Milpitas! This has been my go-to spot for boba, don't have to drive all the way to Cupertino now haha. There's minimal seating inside, 4 tables and chairs for each. Service is quick, you place your order at one of the two kiosks. I usually get the Tieguanyin Milk Tea, but I wanted to be adventurous this time and tried the Sesame Iron Goddess Milk Tea with Cube Pearls. The sesame flavor is pretty strong, so if you like sesame, you'll probably like this drink! Has a nutty and sweet taste, and the cube pearls were also good, nice chewy texture and and a slight variation from the regular circular boba. I will definitely come back to this spot since it is so close and the drinks/service are great! read more

i love tp tea so much!!! ive been going here for about 3 years even before they opened this one. all the drinks are very refreshing and strong. my only issue is that the drinks are so sweet (coming from someone who typically gets 75%) ive gotten my favorite drink (the tgy family) in 25,50,and 75 and it always feels like 100% read more
TP-TEA is a nice place for bubble tea. The drinks taste good, and there are many options to choose from. The staff is friendly, and service is usually fast. Prices are reasonable, and it's a good spot to stop by for a quick drink. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy your drink. And Also, there are shops and restaurants nearby, which makes the area convenient and enjoyable. We came back here again and decided to try other drinks. This time, we had sesame iron goddess cube pearl milk tea with zero sugar and less ice and tie guan yin milk tea with zero sugar and zero ice with QQ noodles. The drinks were good, and the toppings were not hard at all. We're satisfied with our drinks. The place is clean and has some tables and chairs to sit down. The staff service is friendly. read more

I was so happy to see that they opened this new location in the bay! They have two kiosks for self-ordering. Even though it was pretty busy on a Sunday, I waited less than ten minutes for my drink. My go-to at TP is always the sesame golden milk tea. I loved that they have 15% sweetness as an option. The black sesame was so yummy with the topping. Happy to visit here again! read more
Fun fact, tp abbr for Taiwanese professional, I always thought it was t pump lol . Got brown sugar fresh milk for kiddo and milk tea boba for me, both were good. Kind of loud in the store, I don't think it's good for large parties, but grab and go wouldn't be a problem. My go-to drink is always a strawberry matcha latte, so I ordered one. Came out quick. Nice seating and vibe on the inside. I've gotten this drink from another location and it tasted fine. However, this was a tiny bit different. The matcha was a bit chalky. However, good portions of strawberry and milk. The lychee jelly (the topping I added) was fresh, sweet, they gave good potions. read more
Came for soft opening. Pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon. Lots of parking in the plaza. Several tables inside the store. 1 kiosk to order, 1 cashier. I've been to the Cupertino location countless times so I'm happy to see they're expanding! I got a boba milk tea and it was fantastic. Tea taste is authentic and has the same taste you get in Taiwan. I love the size of their boba too because it's a bit smaller than usual boba. Not my drink but tried some of the tie guan yin milk tea - I liked my boba milk tea more since I usually prefer black/green tea over oolong. Would come back! read more
Excited to see a new TP Tea in town and in the lion market plaza! I ORDERED: Super orange passion with set crystal boba and added aiyu jelly - wasn't in the mood for milky based drinks and this is a limited time offer - strange how they describe crystal boba as popping boba in the description while ordering - I appreciate that the aiyu is nice and smooth and NOT hard cubed formed shapes that's obviously from a can - refreshing but the orange overpowers the passion fruit AMBIENCE: - music playing - clean chairs and furniture - very clean SERVICE: - solely self service kiosks and there is TWO (one large and one smaller near the cashier/pick up counter...don't be like me dumbly waiting for the larger one to open up since I didn't notice the smaller one) - loud microphone that calls out your number AND name (I appreciate the name because who remembers their number...not me) - service = just a simple "THANK YOU!" LOCATION AND PARKING: - in the lion market plaza with loads of Asian eateries and options along with good ole Mickey D's - lots of parking; free and private parking lot I love TP Tea! It's Boba Tues-yay! Trust me it's a thing. I was wanting to see what other boba shops we haven't gone to and saw TP Tea pop up. It seems to be new and going through its soft opening. In short, I'm excited to have another boba shop for Boba Tuesdays with quali-"tea" and fantastic service. L O C A T I O N TP Tea is located on Dixon Rd. and N Milpitas Blvd. It's in the Lion Market Plaza off on the side behind McDonalds. It's actually closer to Coldstone Creamery (which I just discovered was here today). Parking is a shared lot with other shops. I easily found a spot, but I could see if being challenging during peak dining times. I N S I D E There isn't much seating, but there is a few inside. I don't know if there is a restroom that can be publicly used for customers. There's a long table in the back to order drinks and a screen on the side to see where you're order is at. M E N U There's a fair amount of drinks on the menu: Milk teas, Coffee, Cheese Cream Foam, Smoothies, Fruit Teas, Matcha, Brown Sugar drinks, Non-caffeinated (thank you for separating this out), Fresh Milk Tea (tea lattes), and just tea. All drinks are one size and pricing isn't too shabby. Toppings: + Boba, Pudding, Grass Jelly, Tea Jelly (each $0.65) + QQ Noodles, Cube Pearl, Lychee Jelly, Crystal Boba, Aiyu Jelly, Coffee Jelly (each $0.75) + Golden Jelly ($0.85) + House Made Taro Paste, Oat Milk ($1) + Cheese Creama ($1.25) I didn't take too much time to peruse the menu as I typically either get the standard milk tea or jasmine milk tea as a basis of how well a boba shop is. Today I decided a harder test which is jasmine milk tea. There's so much that could go wrong or right. My hubby got the boba milk tea so I get to try that too! ~ Jasmine Green Milk Tea w/ Grass Jelly - No sugar, No ice ~ Flavor was perfect. Just a smidge bitter, but it's pretty perfect in terms of how the tea is steeped. Jasmine is present, the drink is just slightly creamy. The Grass Jelly adds the right amount of sweetness to the drink. I do feel the tea strength though. So I'll have to stop drinking this as I'm sure I'll be awake all night if I continue. ~ Boba Milk Tea - 50% sugar, No ice ~ Very sweet for me, and according to my hubby, he probably should've gotten 30% which is his standard sweetness, but he erred on the side of more sweet this time. The drink is good, has notes of caramel/brown sugar. The boba apparently is medium sized so it's not your typical larger boba and it's just slightly smaller. That could put off some folks in terms of mouth feel. It wasn't too bad for the hubby. S E R V I C E No line when I came in the early afternoon. But soon after there were a few larger groups who came in. The person who took my order was super sweet and cute and we both started to shimmy when "Super Shy" played in the store. I do appreciate them asking you review the drink order to make sure everything looks right. Easily paid by touchless payment. Take note of the number on your order specifically the last digit as they put the drinks on the table based on the last digit. on the left side of the table. They did ask if I wanted to have a bag which I appreciated. They now do SnackPass, so you can pre-order through the app. O V E R A L L For the price, quality, and service, I'm adding this to our list of places of boba shops to frequent. I'm looking forward to exploring more of their menu and will update this review as time goes by! Definitely try them out! read more

Newest addition to Milpitas! Food Boba milk tea 100% sugar and regular ice. If you find yourself wanting a classic, this is it. The tea is still present to me with all the sugar. Tasting the milk part and boba balls are generous, a perfect balance. Balance of tea, boba and ice. Orange Milk Tea 100% sugar and regular ice. An orange flare to their milk tea flavor. They put in two thin slices of oranges and strong orange flavor. I also taste the tea from the sugar and the ice. Its orange is strong, tea is strong and flavorful. Service I went on opening weekend and Monday[around same time]. Their service is really quick for a busy day and faster on a regular day. They text you when it's ready, very convenient if you want to wait in your car. don't take cash, as of writing. Ambiance They play modern music. The seating isn't much, but is there for the shop is smaller. It's newest and clean. It has easy and friendly service. Parking lot is big enough to accommodate. I recommend this place. Well another Tea place in San Jose so I gave it a shot? I got the original flavor with lesser sugar and lesser ice. I'm impressed, the flavor here is excellent with the perfect taste. The price is fair considering the quality and I intend to come here every now and then read more
New Taiwanese tea in Milpitas area . The full name is Taiwanese Professional Tea . They use good quality tea leaves to brew their tea , use fresh fruits and yogurt and milk . The variety of flavors are great. We have tried the regular milk tea , Tie Guan Yin milk tea which has a particular flavor I like . I adjust it to no ice and 25 % sugar ,and the I tried the Fantastic fruit tea with apple , chia seeds and orange . I have the zero % sugar but still enjoy the sweetness of the natural fruits . Price is good compare to the other Taiwanese tea in the Valley fair mall . Must better deal and same good quality. There are so many other options . I like to return to try for more flavors . Clean , efficient and good customer service. Line is quite long around lunch time . I would come either right before 12 noon or after 2:00 pm . read more
I was here with my daughter. We ordered Orange milk tea, Golden osmanthus aiyu lemonade, and fantastic fruit tea with chia seeds through their kiosk. The service was great, the waiting period was less than ten minutes. The tea tastes good and staff is friendly too. The ambience is great but I didn't see any one sitting there other than waiting for their drink order to get ready. Overall great and I will highly recommend this place for tea. read more

Their QQ noodle is sooooo good! No other boba spot in town has that as a topping. Highly recommend. Even though the crowds can get long, service is quite fast. You have to buy 20 drinks in order to get a free one though, which is a lot compared to most places where you buy 10, get 1 free. read more
