If there are no lines or crowds, the orders come out usually within 5-6 minutes after ordering. Good beverage menu and foods selections. I had the Unagi Avocado onigiri sandwich. Good choice. Filled with unagi/eel, avocado, SPAM luncheon meat, veggies/spinach, egg, wrapped with seaweed and rice, etc. I like the size and taste. Good combination for quick bites. I also drank a hot small cup ginger milk and it was authentic in flavors/legit. They also have other onigiri options, ramen, fried snacks, and more. Good Taiwanese snacks and beverages. It's a place worth stopping at for convenience. Mikonos Grill and Yogurtland attracts lots of customers in the same plaza. Teenagers and young adults love it as well. Great place to meet up/chat. Was in the area and found i-Tea on yelp. I ordered a strawberry green tea. It was inedible, so I had asked the staff to remake it and just asked for green tea and boba. Staff didn't ask any questions and remade it quickly. The regular green tea and boba were quite good. Maybe their strawberry syrup went bad or just isn't fit for my taste buds. Their mobile app is nice to have especially since you can now easily swap out a topping that comes with a drink with one you want for free. Service is pretty quick though this last time our bag was not very clean and it had tea stains which made us think our drinks were leaking. I think it just happens with the quickness. Stopped here because I was in the area visiting a different business. Came because I wanted to try the Boba and ended up getting the garlic short rib noodles just to try them out. The noodles came with a lot of food so I was able to share with someone else and was still full. The honey, brown rice milk tea was really good and not super overwhelming and sweet. My husband got the Taro milk. Tea was probably my favorite perfect balance of flavor and the boba with it wasn't too mushy or hard. Literally perfect consistency. I was in Milpitas for an event and was looking for a place to grab a snack, perhaps a popcorn chicken. Looking through Yelp, I found i-Tea, which seemed like a try-able option. My friend got a boba tea drink, and I got the popcorn chicken. He liked his drink, but the popcorn chicken was kind of a let down. The popcorn chicken was basically a lot of chicken bits in a heavy coating of bread crumbs. The layer was so thick that it felt like I was just eating breading with a side of chicken. You can see in my images that each piece of chicken has the same uniform cylindrical shape, reminiscent of a potentially frozen or highly-processed chicken nugget. And not to totally bash the efforts of the dish, but it was just lacking in flavor. Visually, you can see there are bits of garlic, and basil. However, my guess is that they were more of a garnish, or tossed together at the end. Inside the restaurant, there was plentiful amounts of seating. It almost felt like there was too much seating which made it feel more crowded than it actually was. On the TV's there was some sort of anime being played. The popcorn chicken is fried and seasoned really well, but I do wish they go back to using whole garlic or large sliced garlic. I really like this place! I mostly just get food here, recently got the popcorn chicken again, which flavor wise is great, and also got the egg tofu, which was really tasty and well made. The tofu is super soft while the outside is crunchy and flavors are similar to takoyaki. I'm guessing they just add similar sauces The menu is genuinely huge! I definitely haven't tried all their categories of foods and drinks, but it's impressive they're able to provide all of that. Service is efficient and there was plenty of seating when I went. I ordered the popcorn chicken, my usual, I asked the worker if I could get the garlic cooked because they serve it raw which is disgusting.. the worker said no, they couldn't do that and when I mention the other location doing it when asked, they asked one of the other worker and they said they could. This location serves a bit more than the other store does, like Ramen, Onigiri, in addition to their usual fried appetizers. The service was nice and friendly. The tables are closer together here. Both inside and outside seating. I ordered the Khoyo Grape Fruit Tea with grape jelly. I got it their regular way. It was so refreshing, but it was too sweet for me. I'd get it less sweet next time. First, the prices are ridiculously expensive compared to other boba shops and the quality & taste of the food DEFINITELY does not justify it. Last time I visited, I ordered to-go. When the tonkotsu ramen was $13 it was an ok alternative to the ramen stores. Now at $15 and with cha siu that was dry, it doesn't seem like it's worth it, though they still pack the noodles, broth, toppings separately. I also ordered the popcorn chicken and that seems to have not been as good as I remembered from previous visits. They may have changed how the chicken is cut and prepared. The Thai milk tea no option to change the sugar level and I mostly only tasted the milk and sugar. I went at 6 on a Saturday and while there were a lot of orders, there weren't many people sitting at the tables. Service was adequate. Seating area has some space between tables so it doesn't feel cramped there, but the interior is a rather plain light color, and for me it doesn't have as much of a cozy feeling but if you are engrossed in conversation you may not notice. Parking next to or near the building tends to be full so you may need to park in the area off to the side. read more

I took about 3 sips and couldn't finish my drink. My go-to is 0% sugar, add boba - which usually makes it the perfect sweetness for me. But this was sooo sickly sweet I could not drink it. But not only that, the flavor of the jasmine green was so weak. My husband got the brown sugar boba latte and it just didn't taste that great as most places do that have brown sugar boba. He got 30% sugar where he usually gets 25% at other places and it just lacked flavor. I think it would be better if they replaced their almond milk with oat milk as it's a better pairing with teas. Pros: Good selection of drinks and food. Can adjust sweetness and ice level. Popcorn chicken and musubi are good. Price is comparable to other nearby boba/tea place. Servers and cashiers are friendly. Cons: Boba pearls is not tasty. It's basically just something chewy with no flavor added to the drink. I've had better boba somewhere else so I never get it from here. Quantity and quality of the food is inconsistent. Sometimes the container is almost full, other times it looks like someone picked on it. Fried tofu is drowning in oil. Then they douse it with too much brown sauce. Fried Calamari is sometimes mostly rings or mostly tentacles. Never even portion. Dining room is not too big. Can be tight especially when boxes of supplies are in the same space or when there is a line and people are hovering around you while you're eating. Floor needs attention. Parking can be difficult especially on weekends. Spots can be tight. This place has potential. Hopefully, they look into improvement by listening to their customer's feedback. read more

This review is mainly to review the Roasted Oolong Kreama drink at this location, and suggestion for the staff to look into their creama recipe. This is typically my go-to drink and I frequent the Fremont location which makes this drink very well. When I ordered this at the Milpitas location, I was greeted with a globby white creama that was floating on the oolong tea. I tried to whirl the drink but the glob was just floating there and didn't blend in at all. I asked the staff if this was what it typically looks like and they kindly offered to remake it. But the remake looked exactly the same. They said the creama is a hit or miss based on who makes it, which is not a very promising rationale. My suggestion is to ensure some quality control as best as you can. Customers are not typically happy paying $7+ for a "hit or miss" quality boba. read more
