Came for the 2 for $8 deal. The worker was kind and allowed me to remove the pomelo from the mango smoothie! The L3 comes with 3 toppings, the boba is a bit hard. The mango smoothie is pretty good and tastes like mango ice-cream ! The price is too good to beat! The place is huge with seating area but seems to be pretty empty.

My review is based off how I paying for the discounted price and not the full price. Check my profile for how to get $3 boba I like the fruit tea which included a variety of toppings

Stopped by for post AYCE dessert! Pleasantly surprised to find out they were having a buy one get one free deal for specific drinks. When you enter, you can order at the register or you can use the ordering kiosk. The workers were easy to talk to but I always enjoy a quiet kiosk ordering experience so we opted in for self order! We got the Mango Pomelo Sago with 30% sweetness & the Peach Matcha! While we were waiting for our drinks, we made ourselves comfy at one of the tables. There were cute boba themed paintings and they even had a fun display stand for all of their merch! Also, you definitely won't miss their very bright neon logo. The drinks came out super quick. I always really enjoy when boba drinks have defined layers when they're served. It makes it an even more fun experience to shake it up before you pop the straw in! The mango pomelo sago came with generous portions of each ingredient! Shake it well so you get an even sip of with each ingredient each time. The mangos were a tad bit too sweet for my liking but the pomelo helped to balance that out. The drink as a whole was delicious! One of my new favorite mango pomelo sago drinks, compared to other nearby shops at least. The peach matcha on the other hand was really sweet. I don't believe there were any options to adjust it. The matcha on its own was okay, but again the fruit + syrup is just a little over the top with the sugar. I'd definitely come back for another mango pomelo sago!

Brown Sugar Jasmine Milk Tea

Came here with a small group and we all ordered the Brown Sugar Jasmine Pearl Milk Tea since they had a special on this for $3.99. The boba was well made, very chewy, but the drink itself was essentially diluted milk. No taste of brown sugar or the jasmine tea. We were all very disappointed especially since we all had CoCo in Taiwan and had such a positive experience. Like other reviews have mentioned, the kiosk is out of order. The bathroom is also out of service, so we didn't stay there very long.

Newly opened. Simple interior. Ordering done by kiosk. There is a decent selection of drinks on the menu and I appreciate the sugar adjustment options offered here. The drinks are on the sweet side so I would recommend dialing down the sugar for those who don't like super sweet beverages. Topping selections were also acceptable. Prices are standard compared to most boba shops. This store is located in the Lion's Supermarket plaza so there is a large lot but the parking does fill up on the weekends. There is also a small amount of street parking on the side and an overflow lot behind the plaza.

Coco Bubble Tea's newest location is in the City Square Center by Lion Market. There is plenty of parking in this plaza. The interior is not fully setup yet. Not sure why. Also the kiosk is "Out of Order" Only a table and a few chairs are set up. Tropical Surprise - passionfruit, boba, and coconut jelly (4/5). I was surprised the boba was out and they just opened up. Overall, 3.5 stars.

I got their recommended drink, which was the jasmine brown sugar pearl milk tea. We ordered at the kiosk and there wasn't much service interaction here. Clean space and I really enjoyed their boba consistency. Very chewy!!

3 Guys

Spacious and clean. I ordered the 3 Guys boba. The 3 Guys boba consists of milk tea, grass jelly, pudding, and boba. The drink tasted pretty standard but I still enjoyed the jelly and pudding. I've been really into eating grass jelly so I wanted to try it in a drink. It was pretty good and didn't have a strong bitter earthy taste. It was just bouncy and soft. And the milk tea with it was nice giving it a sweeter taste. Yum

Overall the team selection was pretty good, the boba was good (not overcooked). The service was quick and courteous, they even suggested ice and sweetness levels based upon customer feedback. The inside has lots of space, but there are no tables or chairs to sit, so be prepared to get your drink and go. If you happen by some local noodle spots in the area, this will hit the spot afterwards.

Really great prices and well made drinks. You can't find tea for $6 or less these days. They always have rotating promos and bogo offers too.

Came here during grand opening, and honestly was a bit disappointed by the quality of the boba and the drinks. It tasted pretty diluted. Service was quick though! Curious how long this will survive given the competition around here. They also should have some chairs and tables? It's so large in here but so empty.

pearl milk tea had way too much cream
Anthony H.

After eating at nearby La Casa Mia, we stopped by Coco for boba tea. They had a BOGO (buy one get one free) promotion going on for a pearl milk tea and tropical special, so we got that, plus a grapefruit yakult drink. While the tropical special and grapefruit yakult were good, the pearl milk tea I had was pretty bad. It had way too much cream and not enough tea. The very light color of the drink was a giveaway. Pearl milk tea is a pretty standard drink, so I don't know how they can get this one so wrong.

Asked for Lemon Black Tea with Grass Jelly. When I got home, NO GRASS JELLY. Check your order before accepting order.

Mango Sticky Rice Matcha - somehow they accurately captured mango sticky rice flavor?!? so good! 25% sweetness was just right for me since the mango adds sweetness. But I'd try whole milk, cuz I felt the matcha flavor was slightly masked by the oat, but this may alter the mango sticky rice taste. 2. Ube Coconut Coffee - coffee and ube flavors were strong and delicious! but no sweetness or ice adjustments available. 3. Pandan Coffee - coffee and pandan flavors both came through! I thought it was a good sweetness level, but I favor bitter in general. my friends thought it was a bit too bitter; again no sweetness or ice adjustments available. 4. Strawberry Matcha - matcha was good! But the strawberry did taste more artificial, adds a good amt of sweetness so would recommend getting less

Walking into the shop, the decor and ambiance was nice, but there was no greeting from the staff and no menu to look at while waiting in line. We only knew what was on the menu when it was our turn to order at the self service kiosk. After we order our drinks, we then waited for twenty minutes. We walked over to the counter and to ask where our order is and they only made one out of the two drinks. The thing I'm most frustrated at is when we finally got our drinks they didn't apologize. There were two orders ahead of us, but that is no excuse to wait that long for two drinks. If you're looking for good service or something quick to pick up, this is not the place for you.

My boyfriend and I walked in on a weekend afternoon and there was no wait to order our drink and they still had all of the collaboration event items available. I ordered the Klee Bes-Tea Sleeve Combo. I got this at 25% sweet and it comes with a collab paper bag with Klee and Jean on both sides, an in-game item code, a sticker sheet, a Dodoco plush cup sleeve, and Klee's drink which is a tea-puccino with pink cream and pop rocks and sprinkles. The drink itself came with lychee jelly and boba at the bottom too. The pink cream had a light strawberry taste. Both the toppings made the drink quite sweet even with the low level of sweetness, so I'd keep this in mind for future orders, but overall a pretty standard milk tea. Not bad. Worker was very efficient and polite. Store was clean and there's plenty of seating. Solid boba place.

I'm not sure why I think anything will change but I visited again today and the tea was completely clear and had just the slightest hint of yellow. There was no tea flavor and was extremely bland. It's further away but is worth it knowing that I'm going to actually enjoy my drink.

As Yokee is so conveniently located I will be coming back this summer just for this drink. 75% sweet was perfect and I typically get 30% sweet at other places. I tried the orchid jasmine milk tea as well. It wasn't as tea forward as I want it to be, but I'm a very harsh critic in terms of tea strength. I need it almost bitter and this was more delicate. Still very well done in terms of tea and milk proportions and didn't feel like it was watery at all. I got it at 75% sweet but may try even less sweet next time. There are lots of very hyped milk tea places in warm springs/milpitas that have crazy wait times. Go to Yokee for something more lowkey :)

This place caught my eye as it had more unique options than the typical milk teas and basic green/black teas. As with some slush, the top was a bit icy and there was more flavor on the bottom. It was very tasty though! I did wish the longan pieces were chopped up more because the huge chunks kept getting stuck in the straw every other sip. I had to keep moving the straw around and ended up having to eat most of the chunks after the drink ran out. The lychee slush had a lot of flavor and was easier to drink. I definitely will come back! There seems to only be one person working so if they're busy, it may take some time. My order was ready but when I got there I couldn't find it. It was under the counter and I had to wait for the worker to assist me vs grabbing it. She was busy making a drink so I had to wait a bit.
