Came here with a few coworker/friends from work. One of my co workers invited us and i was happy to grab a drink before work. After seeing several tik toks lf drinks i can order at starbucks i decided to order this beauty. As i order it another of my friends decided to copy what i order. Lol Overall, pretty great drink. Customer service was wonderful.

Came by here after having lunch in the plaza to grab coffee, my friend ordered the pink drink and I got the iced pumpkin cream chai tea latte. So delicious. Well made & came out quickly. What more can you ask for?

A very well lit, clean place. There wasn't much of a line, perhaps because I dodge the peak time traffic. I ordered my usual Pike place drip coffee and an Everything Bagel with butter. Barista at the cashier was very friendly. I find this location more relaxed and chill than any other Starbucks location.

WTF is wrong with this John dude ? Came twice for the 50% off on Thursday this week and last week, i had pretty bad experience. 1st time last Thursday i asked him for the bag/tray/carrier because it was hella cold outside and i had to walk home, told me no they don't have any bags, then how you gonna hand customer their multiple food/drinks. Second time, i asked him again today for the bag, coz i got 2 drinks, he didn't say any words and put the bag on the counter then walked away, i was like yo dude drink is on your hands and you can't even help to put it inside, no "thank you" to customer ? How is this guy still working here tho to be honest. He needs to be trained properly.

Nothing much to complain about here.... I made my purchase on the Starbucks app and was notified that my drink would be ready within MINUTES. Parking can be a little tight due to the H Mart located just a few steps away. I'd highly recommend you being alert and paying very close attention to your surroundings because I've witnessed quite a few close calls in this parking lot due to people simply being in a hurry. I arrived and headed right over to the pick up area, greeted by a friendly barista, and was headed out the door in a jiffy. Thank you North Park, you guys always hit the spot!

It's 5:30 am and the store is still closed .

It's 5:30 am and it's still closed . I've been waiting outside for 30 minuets . There is employees but everything is locked to restock produce . That doesn't mean you shut down operating hours . The manager ignored me trying to ask a question about having the doors shut. I review is necessary

We came for Starbucks because of happy hour promotion on last Sunday. There's no line and we're able to order drink immediately. I also took a chance visit their bathroom while waiting for drink to ready. The bathroom no lock which is kind easy for people to go. The drink they made taste up to standard. Not tasteless and not too sweet (as i requested.) Overall, we left very soon after we got our drink as there's no seats available. The shop is kind small, don't usually easy to get seats unless you're lucky enough. It's easier to go the drink.

Stopped by mid afternoon and there was no line. I ordered a peppermint mocha and was in and out in no time. Great place!

It's suppose to be oat milk. It's not.

I feel like since I wrote a bad review of the other Starbucks near Berryessa. They are purposely giving me dairy milk instead of oat milk. I ordered through mobile because I have work and don't want to be late. I come in and the girl standing there just looked at me. I said good morning and no reply. So I'm like ok. Then I realized she put regular milk in my drink. Seriously, what is happening starbucks? They put more matcha thinking I wouldn't know it's regular milk. There is a complete difference. Also sure it's early in the morning but learn to greet your customers. I used to work at Starbucks so I know how it can be but shit this place has gone down hill. Especially since I lived in this neighbor for so long. I literally was late to work because I was in the bathroom. Next time I'm going to sue and talk to the district manager because I am allergic to milk. This isn't right. I'm paying 5-6 bucks for your drinks and for the convenience. The least you can do is make it correctly. I just wasted my money.

For me to have a coffee means it is excellent. 7 leaves is excellent. The first time I ever had 7 leaves was in Los Angeles. I don't know what branch but it had a drive through, which was lit. I was with my aunt and uncle who know I don't drink coffee, and they peer pressured me into getting a house coffee. I am so grateful they did . Creamy, sweet, with the salty cream top. Absolute nectar of the gods. If you hate sweet coffee this is not for you. But if you are an aspiring diabetic in terms of sugar consumption, then this place is heaven. I was so happy to get my signature- house coffee with boba. The boba is tender and good quality. Not the best boba in the world but solid. The coffee, ohhhh the coffee. It is located in the back end of the Japantown strip under an apartment complex (it is easy to miss!) Note: Tono is more of a quick grab and go environment with some seating outside (limited), so not a place to work from home/do school work, but more to get your caffeine fix. There are close by community spaces to sit though! At Tono, they do not really do drinks with frills, but straightforward drips, lattes, and at most chocolate/matcha lattes. That being said, all of the drinks I have gotten so far have been smooth and not bitter at all. I typically do not like plain lattes, but I did order one the other day and it might have been the best I had due to how non-astringent it was. What I truly love about Tono is their pastries. There were indoor lounge chairs in the complex foyer as well as tables outside. What hospitable staff members! When I went up to order, the employee at my register welcomed both me and my dog. He also observed that I had my hands full and offered to assist me with adding a lid to my coffee and bagging up my pastries. I ordered the "Extra," which was basically a mocha. I thought it was excellent. Smooth with rich chocolate undertones. It also was at the perfect temperature and didn't need a sleeve. All their baked goods looked delectable, but I went for something savory and got their Korean garlic cheesy bun for me and my husband. We both agreed it was the best Korean garlic cheesy bun we've ever had. In addition to the bright garlic flavor and gooey cream cheese, the crunchy corn flakes added a nice texture to the buns.
