What a gorgeous store! I finally had the chance to stop by the new Nespresso store this weekend after walking through the Apple store. It had been on my radar to check out the coffee boutique for a while, but it always looked crowded. This Saturday afternoon, I saw it wasn't too bad so I decided to browse. So happy I did! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted at the door. The inside is very aesthetically pleasing. Lots of pretty colors, an area to sit down, etc. They offered me a coffee sample but I don't drink coffee after 3 pm. Funny enough, I asked if they had any matcha and the guy laughed and told me there was a great matcha place upstairs in Valley Fair near the Popmart. I currently do not own a Nespresso machine but their whites ones look so pretty! Also, I heard the strawberry espresso pod is delicious. Will stop by again next time.

While we were walking through the mall, we spotted a Nespresso store. We went in to check it out. All the staff were greeting us and ready to help in any way they could. We got to try a new flavor espresso called Tanzania. It was very good. They have a really cool wall filled with all the different Vertuo pods that is automated. When you select your box and remove it from the wall, it is automatically replaced with another one. They also have a very high-tech self-checkout. You grab a bag and fill it with the boxes of pods you want to buy. You place the bag under the touch screen at the kiosk and scan your member card, and it automatically knows exactly what you selected and charges you. It was a really neat experience. I really like that you are able to taste any variety of coffee you like. They also have a lot of promotions going on as well as sales on their coffee machines.

Had a great experience at the Nespresso boutique in Valley Fair. The tasting led by Julio was fantastic, he was knowledgeable, welcoming, and helped me find a new favorite blend. Highly recommend stopping by if you're exploring new coffees.

So I was walking out of the Apple Store at Valley fair and I looked up, to my delight I saw that there was a Nespresso store right across the way! I said to myself... self how cool is this that I don't have to order Nespresso coffee pods online anymore?!? As wifey and I walked in we were greeted right away and were asked if we would like to sample one of there many different coffees "they even sell Starbucks" I asked if they had a decaf espresso shot? "Of course they do" so she made me one. After enjoying the espresso wifey and I walked around checking out all things Nespresso, they actually have many different products, I must say I was quite impressed. They also have a Nespresso coffee bar where you can order coffee drinks and enjoy them at the bar. After walking around I opened an account with them and purchased two reams of coffee. They put them in a nice Nespresso paper bag with a box of free samples as well. Just an fyi Nespresso uses 85% recycle aluminum pods so there is none of that yucky micro plastics to ingest, this is quality coffee and they definitely have coffee for the most discerning of drinkers.

Boutique just opened inside of valley fair - across from Eataly. Good service, full coffee bar, and all of the machines and coffee options. They made us a cup of coffee while we waited to purchase. Check in with someone right when you get there to be added to the waitlist. Overall, great experience today and so happy they have a nespresso in valley fair again.

I haven't been in this location before and thank goodness I came here. This place is similar to union square in San Francisco. Very huge and organized. Staff here are kind and friendly. You can try their coffee before you purchase it. Can't get enough of their coffee. I save lot of $$$ when I brew it at home instead of getting coffees at Starbucks or Dutch Bros. Nespresso is now selling Starbucks pods. Check it out.

Very nice open store lots of helpful staff

Nice beautiful Nespresso boutique located in Westfield valley fair. It's lovely, bright, modern design. Staff is super friendly. There's a tasting experience where you can try some of the flavors. During Xmas we tried gingerbread coffee made to perfection by the staff. You get the glass and be able to walk around the boutique shop at your heart's content. The boutique also carries the latest espresso as well as coffee pods. Staff can help you check out, also feel free to use the the self checkout (some merches cannot be scanned here, ask for the staffs help). Located near the Apple Store.

I needed to de-scale, my Nespresso machine, and the Nespresso store was the only place where I thought I could get it same day. The location in San Jose is also open later than the location in Palo Alto. I came in requested what I wanted, and they were pretty fast in getting it to me. The only part that slowed down the process was that I paid in cash, and there are a few more steps for them to handle that the ambience is very upscale. And since the copy that they sample here is OEM, I can assume it's very very good.

I am sooooo excited this nespresso is here at valley fair! For starters i already love valley fair, and now this has made my nespresso ordering and food just perfect! the minute i walk in, the staff is super helpful in asking what services you're there for. They have the nicest staff helping get different tasters of their complimentary coffee and what pods are similar to your machine. I ordered the Nicaragua espresso original pods, along with the Paris and the Tokyo and was gifted a small pack of Miami espresso (which i lived in my latte recently). The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing. It's always a highly recommended spot for nespresso coffee lovers. Also the back panel is BEAUTIFUL !

I love this place. I love my machine and the options I have with different types of drinks. Today Andrew was so helpful educating us about the difference between machines and roasts. Fatima was also very helpful and we got a great purchase.

I have been waiting very impatiently for this location to open and it finally is! Palo Alto is not worth the drive for me and I've had issues in getting my orders delivered so I am so thankful to finally have a Nespresso so close to home! If you have a Nespresso you have a member number and you can self serve from the wall of pods. Only thing to note here is some stuff isn't on the floor or there are only a few sleeves out so an associate can help and they take your order and then grab everything from the back. They have a station set up in the front of the store where you can sample, today they had the pumpkin spice cake pod and they have sugar and cream. It was nice to try since I've heard mixed reviews. They also have a recycle bin so you can bring in your used pods instead of having to take them to UPS. The staff is super friendly, very welcoming and available to answer question and make recommendations. I will definitely be back on the regular to restock my pods!

Although advertised as across from Eataly, a better description would be across from the Apple store.

Does this store take recycled capsules?

Yes, they have a bin for recycling. Usually you just give them your bag of capsules and they'll take care of it.

I'd give their drip, Ube latte, all pour overs a 5/5. It was a late afternoon so I went for a latte decided to treat myself to a pastry since I had inadvertently skipped lunch. I enjoy their gluten-free pistachio cake, but buy chocolate cookie looked enticing. Dubai chocolates are really saturating the market these days and if I'm being honest, some of the versions just aren't any good. However, knowing that the baked goods here are a great quality and based upon the look of itself I decided to give it a try. Wow! This was a perfect balance of chocolate and pistachio, made with real ingredients. The cookie had both taste a slight crunch and a moistness in the interior. For those who like to dip their cookies, dipping this into the Ube latte was definitely next level.

I much preferred the overnight oats which actually tastes like PB&J when I mixed it up. Cute cafe and the people working here were super nice. Fun place to try but I am not sure if I would necessarily seek it out. They have some interesting sounding drinks but if they are anything like the Lexington, the fun flavors might not really pull through. Pastries look yummy though and overnight oats were good.

Every time I walk in, the baristas take the time to ask questions about what I enjoy, how I like my coffee, and what flavors I'm looking for. They don't simply take an order they guide you through the process and genuinely seem passionate about helping customers discover something they'll love. It's clear they care deeply about coffee and creating an experience rather than just serving another cup. On my most recent visit, I came in looking for espresso beans. I was originally interested in their Gamut espresso blend but was also searching for something on the darker side. The cashier recommended their original espresso blend over the darker roast options. While it wasn't exactly what I had in mind, I trusted the recommendation because everyone I've interacted with here has been incredibly knowledgeable. A few minutes later, while I was waiting for my order, a gentleman approached me and asked, "Would you like to try something a little darker?" Of course, I said yes. He proceeded to pull a fresh espresso shot of their Opus roast and walked me through the flavor profile. It was exactly what I had been looking for. What impressed me most wasn't just the coffee it was the hospitality. He went completely out of his way to make sure I found the right coffee for my taste. He explained that they didn't have full bags of Opus available yet because they were still in the roasting process, but then generously offered me half a bag so I could pull a few shots at home for myself and my family. I've worked in hospitality for over 10 years, and this is the kind of service that truly stands out. It's the definition of going above and beyond to make a guest feel welcome and cared for. What really stuck with me was that after I tried the espresso, he came back and asked, "How was the finish on that shot for you?" It wasn't a casual question he genuinely wanted feedback and wanted to know if the coffee delivered what I was looking for. When I told him it was exactly right, he seemed just as excited as I was. Coffee can sometimes feel intimidating, especially when you're trying to learn more about different roasts, origins, and flavor profiles. Chromatic does an incredible job of making that experience approachable, personal, and enjoyable. They aren't just serving coffee they're creating meaningful experiences and tailoring them to each individual customer. This level of hospitality is rare, and it's why I'll continue coming back. Highly recommended.

It wasn't crazy busy so it was easy to order through one of their two tablets and find a spot to sit. It is very spacious and filled with many tables, so even when busy you'll likely be able to find a spot. The menu is a bit messy to look at--there is a big menu hanging over the kiosks, another posted alongside where a line is formed, then the menu on the tablet kiosks themselves. It's a pretty big menu featuring primarily coffee-based drinks, matcha lattes, and a wide variety of food, so you'll likely find something appealing. I ordered their smoked salmon bagel (which rang up to about $16) and their matcha latte ($8); to be honest, neither were outstanding. The salmon and avocado in the bagel were great, but the bagel itself was a bit stale--for $16, it's a bit hard to swallow. The matcha was very milky, and there is another store offering better matcha drinks in the same plaza. I'll admit, though, it's a little on me for not picking coffee at a spot with "coffee" in the name. I will say, though, that the atmosphere in the main area is pretty good; the decor is understated but comfortable, and the lighting is good. The service is also solid--the servers are friendly and our order came out quickly. I will say that the bathroom feels ominous. Overall, it's a great spot to study; Big Mug is open late, has free Wi-Fi and a bathroom for customers, and offers both food and caffeinated drinks for longer study sessions. I feel that the prices vary widely for items but skew towards being too pricy for the quality, at least from my limited experience. I plan on coming back to give other items a try, but for now, it's not a favorite.
