The flavors are typically in stock and this location is up to date with any special promotions going on with other yogurtland locations. My favorite flavors would have to be the mango tart and oreo. My favorite topping of all time is the yogurt chips (which I can't seem to find anywhere else besides yogurtland ), especially when they get hard from the cold yogurt and have a little crunch. I love the spoons they give you and I like to keep them to use at home. I've never had any problems and will come back! read more

I really like this location of Yogurtland. It always has the freshest fruit toppings and a wide variety of dry toppings as well. I love it when I always see watermelon and strawberries here because it goes perfectly well with the original plain tart. I also love the fact that this location always has the newest yogurt flavors available including the Ube and Boba milk tea. Other locations sometimes has missing flavors or not so fresh fruits. Staff is really nice and the store is very clean as well. Yogurtland has gone up in price from the original 30 cents an ounce back in the days but it still worth it when I can get a delicious dessert that I customized myself. read more

That's 16 flavors + Twist/swirl combos. The interior of this location has the familiar green tiles. They have partitions shielding the machines. Wet, dry and liquid toppings. Two scales for weighing. Friendly staff took my cash. August 2024: Price per ounce is 79 cts / ounce. Tare weight is 0.6 oz. (weight of cup) No service fee* I tried their Mango, Choc/Vanilla Twist, and Boba Milk Tea flavors. The Mango was icy, sweet and tart. Slightly chalky. Choc/Vanilla twist was creamy and sweet. No icy bite at all. Boba Milk Tea was sweet and creamy. I didn't know what to expect from that flavor. But the brown sugar taste came thru, along with a rich creamy texture. I added some jelly burst balls for toppings. Very good fro-yo on a hot day. In general, I had a great experience here. I will be back if I'm in the area. I have reviewed 20+ frozen yogurt places in the SF Bay Area, and this is a nice location. Well, I spent seven years of my life living above a Yogurtland in downtown and visited it so often that I practically became part of the furniture. Now, I pop into the Milpitas location whenever my daughter gets a craving for ice cream on our way to her dad's house. It's right down the road, so it's super convenient. My daughter loves fro-yo so much that she even eats frozen water! That's why we spend so much time at Yogurtland. The Milpitas store, like most of them, is in a unique location. I have to say, the parking situation isn't the best, but the store itself is nice and spacious, with more choices than the other locations. I always appreciate how clean Yogurtland stores are--no evening buffet vibes here! I do wish it wasn't so expensive, but that's a corporate thing. When my daughter and I go, it sometimes costs us well over $20. But hey, you can't put a price on fro-yo happiness, right? read more

This used to be my favorite Yogurtland location. I came here for all of my cravings but that won't be the case anymore. While the business is clean and the frozen yogurt tastes amazing, the teeny bopper employees who work the nights are really unwelcoming. They are too self absorbed to even greet or acknowledge customers. I get that this process is all self-served but they take it to the extreme, only bothering to get up and do anything when collecting payment. The last handful of visits have been the same- lack of customer service or none at all. Kudos for keeping the place clean & the ingredients being fresh!! This Yogurtland was one of our go-to places for frozen yogurt when we lived relatively nearby. I do miss a nearby Yogurtland. Sadly I feel like a bunch of Yogurtlands have closed so I hope this one stays put. The owner here is sweet and she always remembers us as we did frequently came here. She's always there with a smile. The yogurt and machines feel well maintained and the toppings relatively clean and it's nice to be able to pick up your own toppings again. I was a bit shocked at how the prices have gone up over the years, but hey, inflation folks. Hard to find frozen yogurt places these days so I'm so glad this place is still here. Parking can be rough especially during lunch or late afternoons as many folks go to the other shops nearby. But there is street parking if need be. read more

I visited Yogurt land at Calaveras today with my mother (Sunday, 3/9, at 6 PM) and had a really disappointing experience. I asked for a sample, and Young Asian female employee told me that samples were no longer allowed. I accepted it at first, but then, just five minutes later, I saw another employee (male) giving a sample to a group of Caucasian guests. I went back to ask why I was denied a sample while they got one, and the male employee simply said, "Sorry, we're doing some inspection and it won't happen again." Still what kind of excuse is that?! This feels like blatant discrimination, and it's completely unacceptable. I won't be coming back. If this is how they treat customers differently based on appearance, they need to seriously rethink their policies and training. read more

Omg my 8yo got me to like a flavor that I would never in a million year try. She mixed pomegranate lime sorbet, rocket pop sorbet and lemon sorbet. It's wild but it went really well together and one of my new favorites. Of course she added her usual toppings of marshmallow cream and sprinkles. I thought it was gonna be a sour mess but it turned out to be a fruity gem. This place is great for kids and adults. Like others have said it's very clean here. I feel sanitized just walking in and out. The toppings are always full and the folks behind the counter are nice. The employees at this location are friendly and we had no problems using the coupons on the app here. They have gloves and hand sanitizer out to put on before you fill up your yogurt. I really appreciate that Yogurtland lists common allergens on all of their flavor placards (it's small, but it's at the bottom, so if you need it, it is there)--as someone who has an egg allergy, this is always really helpful! I also appreciate that they tend to always have a sorbet (non-dairy) option, although you do need to read the placards rather than rely on the little plant-based frame they put around the flavors, because sometimes they forget to move those. I got the POG flavor (dairy) and the cherry & pineapple 'popsicle' flavor (vegan) with blueberries and mochi, and it was great :) Husband got the salted caramel and the chocolate ice creams with mochi and strawberries, and enjoyed that, too! It's funny how I got used to places being relatively quiet during the pandemic. Since indoor dining was allowed again at the time of our last visit, the place was actually fairly loud with the sounds of families in addition to the music, so we sat outside... where there was also traffic noise and more families, so there's no real escaping the noise, but we wanted to eat the froyo before it melted, so c'est la vie! During COVID, there are no free samples anymore, but you can still get however much frozen yogurt that suits you and they provide gloves for you to do it too. Favorite Flavors: - Plain Tart - One of the most underrated flavors at Yogurtland as there is a slight tartness that counteracts all the other extremely sweet versions. I would get a bowl full of this if I could. - Iced Coffee NSA - This one literally tastes like coffee if it were frozen. The flavor is so spot on. - Salted Caramel Pecan - Not sure if there is any chopped pecans in here but the caramel flavor is very rich and is not overly sweet. Ugh, I love Yogurtland! I will always pick a cup of soft served creamy yogurt instead of one cup of milk tea somewhere else at $4.50-$6.00 these days. Toss in the fresh fruits! Outdoor tables and chairs have shades. Nice! This location had the Ube flavor and many of the flavors I enjoy so I made my way here after a visit to the mall. I walked in and received no greeting. I grabbed my cup and asked the cashier for a sample cup to try the Ube. The girl/cashier proceeds to drop it in my hand and couldn't just hand it to me. (She only gave me one cup.. what if I or my kiddo wanted to try another flavor?) I tried the Ube flavor and it was good. I added it with all the flavors I usually get and picked my toppings. My kiddo pointed out this location had cones and he decided to get one. He picked his flavors and added his toppings. We went up to pay and were unsure how they would weigh the cone. The same girl didn't tell us how the cone would be weighed and rudely told my kiddo to stop putting his cone on the scale. After weighing my cup she weighed the cone using a cone holder. I paid and we were on our way. Besides the cashiers poor customer service this store is clean, toppings are fresh and maintained, and most importantly the yogurt is the right consistency. It's very delicious frozen yogurt. This location is the second yogurtland location I've noticed are very stingy with the sample cups. As a paying customer I find this extremely frustrating. I'm not coming in to pay $1 for yogurt I'm getting the whole nine yards as you can see in the photo. Customer service needs to improve at this location. My favorite Yogurtland. Very clean and friendly service/staff who were warm and welcoming the second we walked in. They have the same flavors as the other locations but this one had the little strips of lychee jelly vs the cubed lychee jellies at other locations. There's not a lot of parking right in front but there's a big lot at the other end of the plaza. read more

Came here 2x in one week. Parking lot can get packed especially when or if you wanna park right near these establishments. But they do have more parking spaces further down the parking lot. Outdoor tables and chairs with umbrellas for shade. Inside super clean. Hand sanitizer along with disposable gloves for you to use while getting your frozen yogurt and toppings. I've seen a lot of customers during these two times not wear one (which I would hope the workers would say something, but didn't) hopefully they clean and sanitize throughout the day. Anyways besides that they have a lot of flavor options. Two sizes of cups and a bunch of toppings. I like how they have dairy free options cuz my son has dairy allergies. They have the ingredients posted right on the signs. I would continue to come here because it's in great location. The staff was nice and friendly. The place is catered to social distancing which is nice since that darn covid keeps coming back. There are plenty of frozen yogurt options. So far my favorite is the toasted coconut, second best is probably pistachio. & finally, the Dutch chocolate. I like adding just a bit of the toppings as it's hard to pair specific tastes to the yogurt. The reason for the 4 stars was the tables were that clean. I have been going to Yogurtland as long as it has been open. Is it just me or do you love when it's your birthday and you receive a message in your email inbox Wishing you a Happy Birthday and a free cup of from at one of your favorite places. Well not today. I visited with my husband and I and then after choosing delicious flavors and adding our toppings and weighing our cups, I asked about my complimentary birthday treat. The young lady it didn't show in the system and I said are you sure and showed my email. The person went to ask another lady. She just did the same thing. She told us I didn't have anything in the system. My husband and I expressed that was why we were there for my birthday and she didn't care. She was callous and instead Wishing me a happy birthday instead she was just a total jerk. She was so off putting so I said then we weren't planning to get the yogurt thinking she could at least act decently and not make me feel bad because it was my birthday. Instead, she treated me and my husband like none of this mattered and made us feel like..."OK..next" So we said we didn't plan to purchase since I showed her my email and she didn't care. I asked her who her manager was and she just retorted "they will tell you the same thing." But she totally missed the point!! I was more disturbed by her entire demeanor....she was rude and off putting and had the auditicity to tell me that I had an attitude...wow what kinda customer service is that!!?? My husband and I were glad to go to a yogurtland closer to our house where we forgot about the birthday reward and just enjoyed a very pleasant customer service. We will unfortunately not be going back to Calaveras location where this specific worker is more into scolding than engaging with their customers. Adults do not wish to be scolded. In terms of the yogurt this location has more variety of frozen yogurt selection. Clean. A few people noticed that they do not provide water for their customers. If you need water then you need to buy the bottled water from them or maybe remember to bring your own!! read more

This place has always been so clean. Very well kept up. Why the one star? Because the owner apparently does not want customers to use the restroom. I've been coming here for years and one constant feature is the restroom is always out of order. Now why would that be? Is there some mysterious perpetual problem with the toilet? Or does the owner want people to just buy yogurt and leave and not create more work for their employees? You be the judge but until further evidence, the latter is my conclusion. Update: Fixed!
