Inside the Great Mall food court stands a very clean cut Cinnabon business. Perfect for grab and go. I came to redeem a free small sized iced brew vanilla flavored coffee in my app rewards. It was a small cup, but tasted great. They were fully stocked with cinnamon buns, goodies, and beverages here. Staff was very well trained and he appears to enjoy doing his job well. He was helpful and young, and he was able to find my free rewards item after I showed him my app/coupon. I got my order almost within 2 minutes or so. It felt good here in the past and also today. Cinnabon is a very straightforward business. I just wish the prices for cinnamon buns can be a whole lot cheaper in prices these days since they make very good cinnamon buns here. Not everyone who makes cinnamon buns uses cream cheese frosting, but it is ESSENTIAL. And amazing. Service is fast, the whole area smells like gooey buttery cinnamon, what more could I want? I recommend "center of the roll" if you want to try something else that is not a standard cinnamon bun. It is delicious and nice to eat it with a fork and keep your hands from getting sticky. Cinnabon has been a staple since I was a child and nothing has changed since. Every time I'm at this mall or have a craving for Cinnabon, this is the first place I think of since it's the closest to my house. The line is typically non-existent and the service provided has always been good to me. My absolute favorite treat is the Classic Cinnabon and will always vouch getting this if you haven't before. The last time I visited it was had the perfect temperature, the right amount of frosting, and gooey on the inside. I would say the only downside to Cinnabon is that they do charge a premium for just a single Cinnabon at $5.89. Not entirely sure how much the price of one has raised in the past 25 years, but it's hard to debate how delicious every bite is. The rolls are a little more expensive than they used to be and there is a little less frosting but all in all these cinnamon rolls still hit. They've got the mini's, the churros and the pecan bons. The hot coffee is good and the iced coffee drinks are exactly what you'd expect from cinnabon, Cinnamon-ey and sugar loaded. They also offer a cold brew that's not half bad. My review of Cinnabon is 95% regarding their customer service. You can't get an answer to your question. You contact them, you get a response but it doesn't answer your question. This happened twice in the last couple of weeks. I have coupons issued by them a while back with no expiration date and the two locations near me would not honor them. Also the two locations had two different prices for the six packs. As for the actual Cinnabon's, they are good. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. Terrible customer service. read more

This is one of our favorite places to get cinnamon buns especially the PECAN cinnamon buns! When we crave it, we go out and buy the big boxes. We couldn't pass by it and not get any. So we decided to buy a box of them! Once we decided what we wanted, we kindly asked Emily who works there to put extra topping on for us. She kindly did so and was really nice about it. She gave us really great service. I would of left five stars, but the other employee named Jocelyn wasn't really kind.
