Came during National pretzel day and it was decorated and didn't have too long of a line. Only redeemable with every individual needing the app. The cinnamon sugar or the almond are my top two. The pretzel is was warm and fresh and easy to eat without it being too overly sweet. I've found that if you let it sit after a couple hours the texture is definitely hard and not the same as eating it fresh right on the spot. I've also tried the mini bites, which is much easier to eat on the go or while driving since you pop it in your mouth and is less messy than a whole pretzel. I personally think the overall quality and flavor is top tier compared to other pretzel joints like wetzel pretzel. The last few times I had their pretzels - it tasted hard and stale. If you do come here, make sure you order some cheese or another type of dipping sauce, as their pretzels are pretty dry nowadays. First time at this Auntie Anne's location inside the Great Mall. Seems to be a very busy location! I ordered two Pretzels, one Original and one Garlic & Parmesan flavored Pretzel. Both Pretzels were fresh and tasty, although the Garlic one had a tad bit too much seasoning on it, over powering it a little bit, but still pretty tasty. I was helped by Rosso O, who was very friendly, patient and addressed all our questions and concerns. She provided excellent customer service, which is always great! When I came here I expected to get my food right away, but I was wrong I ordered 2 pretzel bites with a strawberry lemonade. When I ordered the cashier wasn't talking loud enough for me to hear and when I asked him to raise his voice nothing changed. I treated my Mom to a pretzel last Friday. I did take a few bites out of it so here I am writing a review for this place. The lines can be ridiculously long and depending on the idiocy of the customers ordering, it might take longer than expected. I mean, the selections being showcased is a plus, the billboard of the selections displaying the calorie content is a plus.. why are people still stupid when it's time to order? Hmmm. I have no clue but this particular customer bashing is not part of the review, per se.. just a slight venting on my part. The jalapeno pretzel has 350 calories, fewer calories than the other selections so I bought one. I didn't buy any refreshments but if you are a lemonade person then you might enjoy it.. the pretzel itself was doughy (it's cooked though) and didn't have that jalapeno flavor like I experienced over at Wetzel's Pretzel. Normally priced, I enjoyed all their flavors: hot dog, pepperoni, original, and cinnamon (that order). The sausages are juicy and the bun helps cancel it from being too much oily. The original is well normal and I wish there was more salt. The pepperoni has big salamis wrapped around it, which are good, And the cinnamon is unique but too much you know. To avoid wasting paying customers time they should prepare the pretzels 15 to 20 minutes before opening so at 10am when they open they have fresh pretzels instead of forcing customers to wait 10 minutes then asking "do you need something". Everytime I walk around the Great Mall, I seem to always crave their pretzels. I've had pretty much everything on the menu...the ones I recommend are the Garlic and Almond. The staff is your average high school kid, so his possee was trying to be cool and telling him to hit them up...Dood wait till he's done with the customers - don't be rude...Luckily, the kid behind the counter was nice enough to say sorry about it... My favorite is the almond pretzel because it's sweet without being overly sugary like the cinnamon sugar pretzel. The jalapeño pretzel is a second favorite followed by the sour cream and onion. Aside from the pretzels, this place is also known to serve lots of different flavors of iced lemonade or frozen slushy style lemonades. They have cherry, lime, original and cherry. An original lemonade is around 260 calories so I take it there's a good amount of sugar in it. read more

However, obviously the worker wasn't trained on how to operate the counter - I waited patiently with my friend there and even handed her another card for her to try. Look, this is the ONLY place I get pretzels in the bay area. Wetzel's doesn't do it for me they keep it out under the heat lamp till the end of the day (or at least that's how it tastes).
