I was looking for a gluten free cake for my sister in law and to my surprise, found that this place had two options. I ordered online a week ahead and it was ready to go when I picked up the day/time I selected. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable, making sure I knew how to travel with the cake. While I was in the shop, I picked up two mini bundts for my husband and kid. My gosh they gobbled those up but their fave was the strawberries and cream which was super moist and delicate. At the party the GF lemon raspberry bundt cake was a huge hit! No one believed it was gluten free and my sister in law was very impressed. It was spongey and scrumptious. My family and I enjoy many of their flavors. We like their Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Lemon, Strawberries and Cream, Oreo's Cookies and Cream, Pumpkin Spice, Caramel Apple Cider, Red Velvet and just recently tried the new Touchdown made with Snickers. We usually put them in the refrigerator, so they last longer. The Cream Cheese frosting is just sweet enough for our liking and the amount of frosting on each Bundtlet is the right amount. I enjoy eating them, but have also given them as gifts. They are always a hit with my friends and family. Their selection is good and the staff are always very kind and helpful. The workers were really friendly here. There was no line when I came in, so it was quick to get my bunt cake. I've found the best way to eat these it to leave it out at room temperature and to eat within on day. The texture definitely changes when you put it in the refrigerator. If you're going to eat it later in the week I would leave it in the fridge, but pull it out to room temperature and let it sit out for an hour to soften up. I hope that new flavors that are fan favorites get added into the permanent rotation. read more

First time coming to this new location just 5 minutes from my house. I wasn't aware that you get a free Bundette (hopefully I spelled that right) on your birthday if you sign up with their e-club. The employee was very helpful in explaining how the club works and I signed up on the spot honoring my birthday for a free treat! Good customer service is rare and goes a long way, I'm happy to say the staff was extremely helpful, kind and enthusiastic. It was a very welcoming feeling upon walking into your store. Very toxic cake we received for Valentine's Day. My son was trying to eat his cake he received on 2/14. It was very hard, can't cut into. So hey we gave it a shot and tried to see if a damped towel microwave trick would work. Oh boy I was wrong. They're selling fake cake to us. It's located in a busy plaza, but there is plenty of parking in the lot (although you may have to walk a bit). Nothing Bundt Cakes is located next to Yoshi Sushi, to the left of Staples. Everything inside the store was really clean and spotless. There was no one else in the store, so I was able to walk up to the counter. They carry a bunch of cake and baking supplies and decorations in-store as well. I was visiting to redeem my birthday reward of a free bundlet, so I got to choose which flavor I wanted and the employee packed up my bundlet to-go. Carrot Bundlet: 5/5 I decided to go with the carrot cake bundlet! This is my 2nd or 3rd time getting it and I really like it. The cake was super moist and the cream cheese frosting is always so good. Yay! So happy they opened a location in Milpitas. It is located in a plaza and parking was straight forward, no hassle. I received a BOGO coupon from this new location and bought 4 buntlets (bought 3, got 1 free). Gifted 2 to our friends and enjoyed 2 for ourselves. We got 2 chocolates, 1 strawberry and cream, and 1 peppermint chocolate favored cakes. The employee at the counter was very sweet, quickly got our orders, and rang us up in no time. The interior of the shop was clean and decorated with their cakes which was cute like their other branches. There were 2 other groups of customers in the store at the time. Not a very welcoming grand opening. Store was giving complimentary bundlets to select customers in which I assumed to be their grand opening promo but when I arrived at the front I was told they weren't doing it, which was odd because the first 3-4 customers in front of me received free bundlets. They had mentioned Milpitas residents got mailed-in coupons which I told them I didn't receive despite being one and they had a whole stack of the mail-in coupons behind the register but didn't offer to provide one when kindly asked if they could save me a trip home to grab it. I showed my DL to them to confirm as well. I've been to the grand openings in ESSJ and Sunnyvale and they were all way more welcoming. I've been a fan of NBC for awhile now, been counting the days for this grand opening and I don't know why this location in particular is too hostile and unwelcoming on their first day of business. As for buying their bundlet, I was going to buy it regardless of it being complimentary because I wanted to support this business, but the bundlet they gave me looked very odd in its own container and made me want to skip it instead. It didn't look scrumptious nor freshly baked. It looked like it was thrashed around when transported to this location. I politely told them I changed my mind, thanked them, and left. I should have known it wasn't fresh when it was ready within 15 min of me placing the order smh.
