I remember when back in the day, I would come here with family all the time to pick up packs of six. It really shocked me how much they've changed since then! I picked up a pack of six, and not only did the price shoot way up ($16.99 per box), they didn't let me wait for a box of hot ones! Considering how much I was craving a Caramel Pecanbon, I knew I was bound to consider whatever they served me delicious, and thus my positive review is probably biased by my love of rich, decadent desserts. That being said though, I was nervous when I saw they had a couple of Caramel Pecanbons that had been sitting out. Luckily they grabbed what seemed to be a fresh plain roll, and the worker proceeded to add the layers of caramel sauce and pecans. All fears were allayed. The Caramel Pecanbon totally hit the spot. It even made me want to buy milk from Cinnabon. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of 5 is that the milk was ridiculously overpriced, even for mall food which is already a rip off. Why did I come here? My hubs and I agreed to share a regular sized Cinnabon and this fool switches it up on me after we ordered and asked the cashier to add a second one to the order. I went there the other day during the weekend and noticed that it must have been a relative of the owner working there, but this particular Asian girl was making the cinnabons with her long hair not tied back. Her hair was swong all to the front waiting for it to dangle into the product. The reason I say it must have been a relative because if it was a worker they would or should have said something as it's againts the health rules to not tie up long hair. I asked if they had regular iced coffee (no flavor syrup), and they didn't, so I said I would order the regular coffee. Aka the hot unflavored coffee. The cashier starts making a caramel iced coffee even though I told her I wanted a regular coffee. She also rang it up as $4.32, when I wanted the 2.99 coffee. She said because I "didn't order anything else" it would be $4.32. I almost didn't order anything, but after picking up my food from another place I went back and told her it was weird how on the menu it says 2.99 for coffee. She says it IS 2.99, but rang me up for iced caramel coffee even though I said I wanted the hot coffee. The way she explained it before, made it sound like I had to order something else to get a 2.99 coffee with it. The whole thing was confusing. There also isn't a way to get cream and sugar without asking. She didn't offer it to me and went back to working on the cinnamon rolls. So she had to walk all the way back to get it for me.
