Paris Baguette always delivers on delicious, fresh, not too sweet desserts and baked goods. This location is huge and has a large variety. The cake we got was moist, delicious and satisfying. The staff are friendly and the interior is clean.

Love the savory pastries and cakes here. The cakes aren't that sweet. We like pretty much all the cakes we have tried. The blueberry chiffon, blueberry yogurt, strawberry cream. The pastries have cheese, bacon, ham, etc. But the price is more expensive compared to 85 degree bakery. In past years, regular cakes were about $45-50.

A fairly large Paris Baguette with lots of seating! From sweet pastries, savory breads and even premade sandwiches you can enjoy for on the run or in shop. Big fan of all the pastries and breads here, everything tastes fresh, flakey and seasoned well with good portion sizes and price is appropriate. Stopped in for some pastries, a sandwich and a coffee. Unfortunately, I would say that their cafe is on the weak side. From their matcha to flavored coffee, drinks either taste watered down or too sweet. Service is straight to the point, but found the drink system they have not as efficient. Took the baristas some time making the drinks even without a long line, ordering food and cakes are quick but drinks require pull time. Still one of the better locations, clean, spacious and well stocked!

The food is pricey, and I wish they offered warming up my hot dog! However, the bread is tasty and the dog itself was alright. The place is huge, lots of seating! The cashier was kind, no complaints.

It's still a great bakery cafe in this neighborhood, inside the same plaza down a few doors from Grocery Outlet store on Calaveras Blvd. in Milpitas. This is actually one of the bigger locations. Since high inflation times, it's less crowded during the mornings now. Parking lot is usually congested, but has also eased up as more working class people are buying less and dining out less on weekday breakfast-lunch hours. I can easily find parking spots now. For a few bucks under $50, I purchased the pistachio strawberry cake this time. I noticed the cakes are much smaller nowadays and even their candles have shrunk in size by half size now. You must ask if you want candles these days. Cashiers are always helpful and I really enjoyed watching the employees make cakes from scratch in the kitchen through the large window inside. Good feeling. Pastries and sandwiches were fully stocked during morning hours. Pistachio strawberry whole cake was very fresh with lots of cream. Love it. Tasted very soft and good. Not too sweet. Low calories per piece too! Beautiful presentation and simple. We usually buy birthday cakes at PB locations every year. Overall, it's a great place to sit and enjoy mocha and have a pastry with it. My hot mocha small size cup was decent too. I'm not a fan of their coffee beverages, but the mocha was good. Satisfied. Just remember there's lesser customers during mornings nowadays. Paris Baguette is expensive, but special and unique.

Hands down, this Paris Baguette is my absolute favorite location to visit whenever I am in need of baked good or needing to satisfy my cravings. Like most Asian bakeries, Paris Baguette specializes in high quality sweets without being overly sweet. The cakes tend to be light, spongy, and typically topped with fresh cream. ** insert chef's kiss emoji ** One of the primary reasons as to why this PB stands out above the rest are the sweet owners!! They are involved and whenever I am lucky enough, I enjoy our little convos & interactions. The staff as a whole is very helpful, kind, and work promptly. The bakery is always clean and the pastries are plentiful and fresh. Some of my faves: Almond Croissant Very Berry Pastry Fruit Pastry Cheese Tart Supreme Croissant King (assorted) Donut Croissant Donut (i used to be obsessed until i played them out) 5/5 stars. Quality is never compromised, baked goods are delicious and wont break the bank, and I love how the establishment is so welcoming. Highly recommended for your cake, bakery needs- you won't be disappointed.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. Lots of savory and sweet options. Everything was delicious. Cream cheese donut, sweet rice donut, sugar mochi donut and honey and garlic baguette. Staff members were helpful with questions about various pastries.

It's been a while since I've been in this Paris Baguette and since we were having lunch nearby, we decided to pop on by to check out what goodies they have to potentially snack on later. Unfortunately the parking situation here still is tough especially with all the other popular restaurants in the area. So just be warned. Inside seems to be bustling. Not too many people were there when we went which is nice than you can look at all the goods. The shelves were well stocked which was great. There were so many new goodies that I hadn't seen or tried yet that although I was super full from lunch, I just wanted to cram them all in my second dessert stomach. What I've observed over time is that Paris Baguette tends to have a lot of crisp pastries and not necessarily a lot of soft ones. Albeit it's nice to see them branch out with fancy circular croissants and mochi donuts. Also like that they have miniature versions of larger pastries that can be shareable. Checking out was easy and it was nice that they packaged the goods in smaller bags for us. Easily paid by credit card. I don't go here often but it's nice to be able to have different dessert and pastry options when you need a snack or want to brings some goods to share with folks.

What a gem! I wish their almond croissants were flakier, but overall, they're very tasty and the perfect mid-afternoon pick-me-up. Reasonable prices, too.

Paris Baguette at this location is great! Why? Because it's in the Calaveras Plaza Shopping Plaza where it has a huge parking lot. It's close to Jang Su Jang, Tofu House, Grocery Outlet, Daeho Korean, etc. Plenty of seating inside also. The workers are nice and friendly. Mango Coconut Cake from their seasonal menu. Light, fluffy cake, with mango pieces and coconut shavings on the bottom edge.

I love Paris Baguette!!! The coffee croissant doughnut is always my go-to with a latte. I also ordered a punkin tart and biscoff cookie butter slice layered cake. The service was amazing.. The ambiance was a little crazy because of all the people.

I Love Mom Strawberry Soft Cream Cake

Not sure if I ordered a cake or just frosting. Other cakes are usually good, this was just disappointing

Almond Croissant

This review is just for the Strawberry soft cream cake we bought and brought to a dinner recently. The cake contained a generous amount of fruit on the top and inside the cake. For $9 more, go with the large. Yes, $48.99 may seem a bit steep considering grocery store cakes are $20-30. However, you can taste the quality difference. The cake is fluffy and the cream is light and airy and not overly sweet, unlike store-bought cakes. Similar to some Asian bakeries, the smaller baked goods are self-serve. They have tongs and a tray available to hold the items you want. Paris Baguette has a few tables at the front for those who want to eat in-store. It's bright and clean inside. With many restaurants at this shopping plaza, the parking situation can be rough here. It may be easier to park further by BK or behind the plaza around the corner from the Korean restaurant. Getting out can be equally as challenging at the traffic light trying to get on to Calaveras.

First off, the place is super cute but also kind of overwhelming in the best way. There are literally walls of bread and pastries everywhere, and so many options that I didn't even know where to start. I went in planning to spend just a few bucks on Señorita bread and somehow walked out $20 deep with a whole box of stuff. I ended up trying turon, a puto sampler, a bunch of different donuts, and of course the Ube Señorita bread. Honestly, everything was so good. Like fresh fresh. The bread was still warm in my hands, which made it even better. The staff didn't really speak much English, but it honestly wasn't an issue at all. They were super patient and helpful, and still managed to explain what everything was so I could try new things. At the end, I just told one of the ladies I had $20 and wanted to try a variety, and she literally put together a whole selection for me. That was probably my favorite part. The line was kind of long, but it makes sense because the food is clearly worth it. If anything, it just reassured me I was in the right place. Overall, if you're even thinking about trying Señorita bread or just want to explore Filipino pastries, this spot is 100 percent worth it. Just be prepared to go in for one thing and walk out with way more.

The ladies are so superb service has been top notch no complaints and I can smell the freshly bake breads. My favorites are the Spanish bread commonly known as a señorita bread stuffed with buttery breadcrumbs and brown sugar a great breakfast snack goes very well with halo-halo a traditional Filipino dessert then there's a hopia monggo stuffed with mung bean paste, hopia ube both 4 for $5.99 and chicken empanada for a mere $3.25 which had pork and beef but everything else is well stock and organized they even have drinks. Valerio's Tropical Bakery is on my top list of freshly baked Filipino bread rolls.

Of course husband last minute says day of birthday celebration that we need a cake. Found Izumi…read moreCakes on Yelp and was bummed at first because the soonest online reservation for a cake would be two days later. Husband called them around 11am and they said they were in the middle of making their strawberry cakes so they could add our order in for a same day pickup at 4pm. Pickup went well and the cake was so cute and it tasted great! Like the Chinese bakery strawberry cream cake with a moist sponge cake; not too sweet, just right. Might sound basic but it was done very well. Would 100% recommend. I don't know prices for cakes nowadays but I didn't feel bad paying about $60 for a cute and tasty cake (6", strawberry cream cake). I wouldn't bank on same day pickups, I might've just been very lucky they were in the middle of making their cakes but it wouldn't hurt to try calling early in the day if you're in a pinch for a solid cake. I'm very thankful for their service!

This spot is takeout-only, so don't plan on stopping by for long. Finding parking isn't difficult…read morebut might take a minute on busy days, as it shares a parking lot with the rest of a popular plaza. The store itself is easy to find as well, with a clear label outside. Walking in, it looks half-closed--their cakes are all stored in a large refrigerator, with nothing in the case on the counter. There is a sign proclaiming "takeout only" in slight disarray, and the seating is pushed to the side. That said, the service is friendly and the employees are quick to help you and show you what they have in stock for takeout. I ordered the 4" Berry Berry Light Cake for a birthday, and they were able to write a birthday message on the cake board, which I really appreciated. The cake also tasted very light and the sweetness was subtle, which I really enjoyed. The berry flavor in the sponge was a little too subtle, though. My main concern is that the cake does not fully resemble the picture they advertised online. It is missing the freeze-dried berries on top, and the berry glaze did not reach as far down the cake as was shown in the photo. Because the berry glaze is the main source of the berry flavor, this was a little disappointing. Also, the cake was not finished when I came to pick up the cake (and I was ~5 minutes late). I'm uncertain if this is for freshness or if there is another reason. Overall, I like the spot for the fresh and light cake. It's pleasantly unique compared to your standard sheet cake, and everything is rather cute. However, it may be a better idea to buy the cakes in-person to be 100% sure of what it will look like, though daily stock is definitely more limited than if you place an order online. I hope they reopen their indoor seating soon.

Each item was about $4-5 each. Service was fast and friendly Pastel de nata (4.5/5): I really enjoyed it, the crust was perfectly flaky and the egg filling was creamy! My only complaint is that there was a bit too much egg filling, compared to the crust, so the ratio was a bit off. I would come back for these! Wow! What an absolutely disappointment. As a Portuguese…read moreperson, I grew up on Pastel de Nata or what we call from our island Cajada de Nata. I was SOOOO sad and disappointed just by the appearance of them when arriving, they were all burnt! You can't tell me they are supposed to look like this because nowhere on their website or instagram to they advertise them with black tops. I purchase Pastel de Nata quite frequently from my local bakery in San Leandro and since we were finally in San Jose, I was SO excited at the opportunity to try new ones from this "popular bakery" and I'm confused on how these sell? I ordered 13 pastel de Nata (6 traditional & the remaining a mix of all the flavors they offer) I'd hope when packing my boxes they'd attempt to throw some in there that weren't burnt from the top but the pictures speak for themselves. The burnt top ruins the taste of the pastry itself. The filling to crust ratio isn't it. Needs more custard or a slightly thinner crust. Attaching photos for reference. We also arrived at 11am (1.5 hours after they opened) and there was literally only 1 malasada left, I'm so happy it happened to be dulce de leche which I wanted and purchased it. My husband, son, and I LOVED it! That's the reason for the 1 star (although I can't give less) I'd recommend they make more Malasadas and less Pastel de Nata to keep up with the demand, a couple families walked in after me and walked right out when they realized there weren't any in stock and they genuinely taste better then the Pastel de Nata, you can tell that's where the high ratings come from and why they are popular. Overall - would recommend 1000% skipping the pastel de Nata unfortunately it does not taste anything like the ones I've had before. Not a true reflection of what it should taste/look like. We made the drive super excited to finally come and try and ignore the reviews saying it wasn't the best just to confirm they were correct.
