Wow. This place has it all. Came here after dinner and wasn't sure what I wanted. Walked in, and the place was pretty big inside, lots of seating, very classy looking (they had mirrors on ceiling which I have never seen at a restaurant before, let alone a bakery). They had tons of both savory and sweet pastries to choose from. The cake I tried was sweet, fresh, and so moist. The mochi donuts were made to perfection. We tried three different flavors, matcha, Strawberry and lemon. The dough was made just right, not dense like a lot of places make them. The lemonade is exactly what it sounds like, refreshing. Came in on a random Wednesday and this place was packed. Parking can also be a little tight as it is in a pretty busy strip mall. Service was friendly and prompt, this location is clean, bright, and feels elegant. I had ordered a Vanilla latte (sorry, no pic, but it was a regular normal latte, nothing special), a strawberry cream cake, and my absolute favorite thing from this place, hash brown bread! One thing that threw me off a little bit was that the cakes aren't super sweet, very moist, but not what I was expecting... nothing bad and it was good, but caught me off guard. If you want something sweet without a big sugar rush, this cake may be for you! I also ordered the lemon supreme croissant which was flaky and had great lemon flavor. The hash brown bread is the star of the show in my opinion. It's savory, with some ham and cheese inside, and a line of ketchup on the top, which is weird, but try it and you will see. First time visiting this place, and I had a great experience. The place is spacious, bright, clean, and tidy from the moment you walk in. It offers a wide variety of bread, pastries, and drinks, and the staff is friendly. The drink I selected (mango lemonade refresher) was the best choice for this hot day; it is refreshing and not too sweet. I appreciated that they provided an individual box for my cake, which arrived home without a single scratch. At night, I savored my Danish coffee, appreciating its lasting freshness. I love Paris Baguette, so I really hope they improve the conditions of the seats! Many of them were visibly damaged, with torn upholstery and unstable frames. Some tables were unstable as well. My positive review is for Robyn, she's been the sweetest when I've gone in. She is exactly what the store needs-helpful with the menu, pastries and drink options! And I'm so glad she's there! Shout out to you, Robyn! You'll be a gem whenever you go. I've given this store a few opportunities because of the delicious coffee and pastries however in the past like many here I've had negative experiences with staff members. Slightly rude, Kurt and upon paying never say thank you indicating the purchase was complete or where my order will come out from in terms of final steps. It can be very off putting. My advice to management is to watch your staff interactions with customers because many have repeated the same things in the comments. I recently went to PB for a promotion where you get a free slice of cake, if you buy a slice. They heavily promoted it on social media. I made a point to mark my calendar and invite a friend to come with me. But when I got there, I was told I had to get the app for the special. I didn't see this mentioned in the posts or on signs. Fine, I stepped aside, downloaded the app and asked the staff where on the app I could find the code/coupon. One staff person didn't even know there was a special and none of the other 3 staff members were much help. I was frustrated and embarrassed from all the stares of people behind me who wanted to pay for their items. While the shop likes to think they're a classy Patisserie, the store looks run down with one of the front pleather benches all tore up. There's no attempt to try and fix or even hide it. Never seen a barista brew espresso shots in a plastic cup then add the milk and ice after. I even told her after that's not how you should do it. She didn't seem concerned. I didn't think ordering two iced lattes were that hard to make. The coffee tastes like melted plastic which is concerning. It's definitely a bpa safety issue to brew hot coffee directly into the plastic cups. Trained baristas should know to first brew it in stainless steel and pour it over milk and ice. Ordered the caramel cake for my husband's birthday with clear instructions to write Happy Birthday [name] on the cake or "wherever you can." Other locations always write this on the cake board itself. My family picked up the cake for me and when we opened it later to cut it, found no writing whatsoever on the cake or cake board. Seriously?! For birthdays, these things are important. The cake was also listed as "three layers of chocolate sponge filled with chocolate mousse soft cream, caramel sauce, and sea salt, wrapped in a chocolate belt." however the caramel is only on a small portion of the top and is not in each layer. So it's not really a caramel cake - more a chocolate mousse cake with caramel on top. It's fine but not as described. read more

I love Paris Baguette for its unique pastries and grab and go style of service. This particular location has awesome lighting and space for studying or chatting with friends. This last visit, I grabbed a lemon croissant upon the recommendation of some friends, and I could not have been happier with the outcome of this recommendation. It was perfectly crispy with just enough sweetness without being too overpowering. Not to mention how cute it looked! I also had a blueberry chiffon cake, which was nicely packaged and presented as always. My matcha latte was likewise gorgeous (though they were unfortunately out of straws). 4/16/25. The morning cashier was not helpful at all. I asked for a writing on the cake that i picked. She said i need to notified them 24hours in advance. I did not have issues with other paris baguette but only at this location. I asked for a happy birthday chocolate on the cake. She said no they don't do that anymore because I have to purchase the product at the store. I already paid my bill. The staff said sorry, coffee can't be given to you because I didn't put the goods you bought with this coffee on the same bill. I was very angry. I asked her. Is there anything you can do? This is your mistake not mine. Before checking out the bill, I told you that I wanted free iced coffee. As a result, she was very impatient and said sorry. Came here to get grab some dessert after dinner. The place is very spacious and has a lot of seating area. I do not like that the pastries are put out without any wrapping or aren't in any display cases like other bakeries. This also has a cross contamination issue since the same tongs will be used and toppings from one pastry may get into others and could be a possible issue for those with allergies. I grabbed 4 pastries to try: Tiramisu tart- was very dry and did not taste like tiramisu at all. It was like eating chocolate flavored sand. Crab croquette- had a good amount of artificial crab meat inside, but it was also very dry Sausage roll - the sausage was tasty, but the pastry didn't complement it well and was hard Ham and cheese - there was only a small thin slice of ham in this so very few bites had ham in it. The cheese is the burnt stuff on top and not actually inside. Overall very disappointing since this place seems fancier than other bakeries. It also has a very cool setup where you can pick your pastry, and they have lots of different varieties. The line went quick and I did order iced tea along with my croissants. This cafe is super cute, very cozy vibes. I saw alot of people here in their laptops studying or working and it makes me want to come back and read a book and be a part of this cute cafe community too! The employees were very kind and helpful, giving lots of knowledge about the different pastries and recommendations based on what I liked. Unfortunately she said one of their coffee machines was down when I came, so they only had certain teas or smoothies available which was fine with me because I was planning to get a tea anyway. I had a sweet potato pastry, a berry yogurt cake, and a matcha latte. The matcha latte here was amazing, sooo creamy.. as if you are flying in the clouds. Way better than any typical coffee shop's matcha latte, I'm so surprised I haven't heard that Paris Baguette has. I feel like this cafe is known for their pastries but definitely try their drinks too!! Service was great. People friendly. Lots of pastries to choose from. Got purple macaron, rainbow cake, red bean bun, almond croissant, curry croquette, cream cheese pastry. Just didn't like that some of the pastries are open to air and flies can sit on them. Still ordered some of those with the ones that are pre wrapped. The service only at the register. The cashiers are quick in processing payment. I see many people hang out there all the time. The tables and floors are not cleaned too often. My favorite items here are the garlic croissants and the curry bun. This Paris Baguette is different due to the size of its location. It feels like a great place to hangout and there seems to be a lot of bakery items than the one from Fremont. We had customized birthday cakes done for our daughter's 5th birthday party. The patisserie did exactly and more of what we hoped for, everyone was thrilled to see these sweet charming looking cakes. We bought the edible flowers and ask her to make a flower themed cake for her English afternoon tea theme. The matcha flavored cake was spectacular without being overly sweet and you can taste the rich matcha flavor. Everything went extremely well and I will plan to always go here for my kids birthday cakes. I come from Tokyo, so it is hard for me to find cakes that aren't overly sweet, but still very flavorful and moist. I sort of wish the pastries were inside something or packaged so it's not all out in the open though. Another downside is the plaza gets incredibly busy so it's tough to find parking. Their blueberry yogurt cake behind the glass is delicious! Their cakes are a little pricier. I also love their roll cakes (boxed and located along the wall), which are a little more affordable. They run about $22. I tried the newest flavor, the Sweet Apple Roll Cake and I loved it. The sweet tart flavor of apples definitely comes through in the creamy swirl. They sell sandwiches and salads but again on the pricier side. I have enjoyed a lot of their cakes and pastries over the years. read more
