Last time I came by someone had just put in an order of 15 drinks. So other folks were definitely waiting longer than I did for their drinks as they just had finished putting together that order. But I think due to that, they were a bit flustered in getting the rest of the pending orders together so when they got to mine, they put ice in my "no ice" drink. No big deal.
