NEW PLACE ALERT!! For Chai and coffee lovers this is the perfect spot. They have scrumptious indian snacks and masala chai for the perfect Bay Area weather. We ordered - 1. Egg Puff (good tasty but a bit salty) 2. Veg Puff (yummy but salty) 3. Iced latte with coconut Milk 4. Masala Chai 6oz (10)

Coffee & Chai is located in a residential apartment complex right across the park best time is on the weekdays where parking is more accessible. Weekends are not the best parking is a hit or miss came by on a Saturday morning greeted by a middle aged gentleman there's no self-service kiosk so you placed your order at the front counter I chosed Italian frappe on whole milk with light whipped cream definitely refreshing a cool vibrant drink. A great place to dine-in and they do have an outdoor seating. Appertizers consist of Indian puff pastries and it's specialty is masala chai tea a real energy booster with potential health benefits. Definitely be back perhaps on a weekday highly.recommend and they do have matcha latte and croissants.

I tried their cardamom chai, and it's honestly one of the best I've had in the Bay Area. The aroma of the cardamom is amazing and the flavor is perfectly balanced. Truly a great cup of chai!

My friend ordered the iced latte and said it tasted great! Need more vegan options in the menu though.

We tried the chai and it was not impressive at all. Didn't taste like good chai. The seating is nice inside though.

I always order it with no added sugar, and it tastes even more like fresh kiwi juice that way. Their Guava Grape drink is also incredibly good. The only downside is that they don't offer delivery through DoorDash or any other delivery apps, so you have to stop by the shop in person. If you love drinks made with real milk and authentic tea flavor, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It's definitely worth the visit!

I had guava green grape which was good and had bits of fruit in it. Another popular drink people ordered a lot was coconut mango. There are some places to sit and wait. The jasmine milk tea was smooth and refreshing with a fragrant tea flavor that came through nicely without being overwhelmed by sweetness. The boba pearls were soft, chewy, and cooked just right, making the drink even more enjoyable. The muddy Okinawa milk tea was richer and creamier, with a delicious caramelized brown sugar flavor that added depth and sweetness. It felt indulgent without being overly heavy and was a great contrast to the lighter jasmine milk tea. Service was friendly and efficient, and the drinks were prepared quickly. The vibe is casual and relaxed, making it a nice place to grab a drink, study, or catch up with friends. It's a reliable neighborhood boba spot that has been around for years and continues to be a local favorite. Overall, a solid choice for classic milk teas and quality boba. I'd happily order both drinks again.

I really appreciated that the items came in a sealed bag. Not only did it ensure freshness, but it also helped assure me that the food wasn't tampered with. The bag was cute too. I'm actually glad that I ordered online, because the menu explicitly stated that products contain lard. I don't eat pork, so heads up if you don't either. I got the coconut mango sago (D4) and mango mochi. I dove right into the mochi, which was fantastic. The mochi was so soft and chewy, the shredded coconut attributed a nice texture, and I loved the mango bits in the center. I also enjoyed the coconut mango sago. There wasn't an option to modify the sweetness, which I was concerned about at first. The drink came out perfectly in balance with sweetness, and I felt that mostly came from the natural sweetness of the mango and coconut milk. I would absolutely return to try other things off the menu. I'm a fan of coconut mango and pomelo/grapefruit at other drink spots, so it's top of my list to try next time.
