This is my first time have a Persian breakfast with the Sobhaneh and my first time at this place. The dish has a few dishes. I was fine with trying everything and eating them how I think they should be eaten, but it would have been nice if someone there explained a little more. The baqlava drink was delicious. I would come back to order it again and try other coffee drinks. The tandoori chicken paratha was pretty good too. A new take on that taco look. Inside was eclectic decor, with wooden tables with bench or chair seating.

It was such a nice experience switching between salty, tangy, sweet and floral and I felt like this breakfast was a culinary experience and it was nice to explore authentic Persian cuisine. I'm Korean so I enjoy having multiple side dishes available so this breakfast was up my ally, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

They never said they were out of the pulled pork. The side salad was nice, but lacked dressing. I saw the cake roll come out fresh as I was ordering my sandwich, so I added that to my order too. Well, the cake roll was not fresh, it must have come out of a very cold refrigerator, or it might have even been a freezer! I drove back to my office and ate my sandwich with the cake roll sitting in the open, 20 minutes later, when I went to eat the roll cake, the strawberry and chocolate mousse filling was still frozen and crystallized when you went to eat it. It was not ready at all to be served. What a shame, because it's not like it was inexpensive. There is some quality there, but still lacking consistency.
