Unfortunately, this entrance is marked as an exit only during the pandemic. However, it is not monitored and people exit frequently and one can get into the main mall area. The line is marked with tape seperated by 6 feet,but this was not monitored or enforced. Today i went in for an Oh Fudge shake. The wait was not long at all. And the product was well worth it. At the last location the sweet cream tasted like they'd left it next to fish for awhile which is especially messed-up since as we know Cold Stone does NOT sell fish. At this location I started by getting a sample. Of course it was not transcendental since it's borderline impossible to find people who can do that but it was in the "good flavor" territory. And this place is very good. Due to the location, this place gets quite crowded over the weekend. Yet the queue is quite well managed. The staff are very genial and helped us out with our queries about the pricing patiently in spite of the line and helped us out quite professionally.
