I always go to this Michoacana but this time horrible experience my corn in a cup was so salty and the cheese tasted expired and worker said she ate a cup in the morning and that it wasn't but that wasn't my problem it tasted like shit and the green eyed employee didn't even offer to exchange it nor her super wide eyed friend which is an employee as well the just said they couldn't do nothing about it so rude definitely do not recommend read more

Stopped by this location tonight after not coming here for months and it was a disappointment. The young lady there seemed nice but was rushing even tho there wasn't anyone else except my family. My mother in law asked if they did Dubai strawberries and she said yes that they were $16 + tax. We got our snacks and when we got the Dubai strawberries the chocolate was hard like the chocolate you use for chocolate covered strawberries and my mother in law made sure to let them know that wasn't the way it's supposed to be made. (She is obsessed with Dubai strawberries and normally gets them at the mall) and the worker just brushed it off and said that she made them they way they are supposed to and no other solution. I had been here once before and returned on Easter. I was completely ignored as people who cut in front of me were helped. I was ignored a second time when another worker, helped the person behind me. I left. I won't return. We've recently just discovered this ice cream shop down the street after living in the area for the last 10 years. The mangonada is arguably one of the best I've had in the area. The consistency of the ice creams are always on point! I usually get the fresa, limon, and mangonada flavors in a medium cup. They top it with diced mangoes and little candy bits. Lily was the one that helped us and she was super friendly. She introduced us to chongos and queso flavored ice cream. The ice cream shop is very colorful and decorative inside. This is my first time coming to this place. When I entered the building, I smelled an odd smell. I didn't like it, it felt stuffy and weird. I also went to the bathroom before I ordered. I walked into the bathroom and saw no toilet paper! I had to go so bad. There were only towels, I hand no choice but to use it for the seat covers. But I did not use the towels to clean myself, I used napkins I already had in my purse. After cleaning myself up, I tried to use the soap dispenser. There were NO SOAP, either that or it was broken. I'm shocked at this point. So I cleaned my hands with only water, then pulled out my own hand sanitizer. That was the worst experience I encountered in this place. After using the bathroom, I finally got to order. I ordered a Hershey shake. It was delicious and very appetizing. The place looked very colorful and had a unique aesthetic to it. Very surprised that they have this location near me and happy to have found it since the other one is located in Tropicana but it isn't a plus and the other is by willow glen but I drove passed that place and the Line was long! I came here around night time on a Friday and the line wasn't long but it did take almost an hour to get in. I think what takes long is having them make the cool looking drinks that come in a cool cup. They have many paletas, snacks and ice cream flavors to choose from. It is also aesthetically pleasing inside with all the cool designs they have. I ordered some paletas some nachos and aguas. They also have combos you can get as well to make it cheaper if you order a lot. I would come again maybe when the hype dies down so I don't have to wait in a long line. read more

Horrible experience. I ordered through Uber eats from this place. I ordered a 1. pico de gallo 1. Bionico 1. Agua fresca There was a terrible most disgusting taste from the fruit...the "jicama" it was beyond rotten. I did not know that the jicama root fruit would get sticky...with tiny milk looking beads. The taste ...oh my GOD!!!! The watermelon was old and the cucumber was Wilted, but the worst was the jicama-ROTTEN. I tried calling the place several times to warn them not to sell the fruit to any other customers, but the phone just rang. I am beyond upset.
