I loved this place, the food was fresh and not frozen. They made it on the spot, the service was really nice too. I really liked the tempura shrimp because it was fresh and just freshly fried. The drinks are really good and when you order the milk tea, you can actually taste the tea flavor. The price is reasonable and affordable. This store has a lot of labubus and a paris theme.

This was my go to place for che in the vietnam town area. After the new owner change something tastes off. The drink is a bit too syrupy sweet even though we asked for half sugar. The place looks more simple and less cluttered now, but thr flavor of the drinks matter more to me. Will give it another try next time to see if it was just a one-off.

    Chai and beignets

Such a cute spot! Inside is small, but cute and there is super cool chalk art on the walls. Their chai is delicious, spiced, and has the perfect sweetness. They have a lot of sweet treats to choose from for whatever you're feeling. I got the beignets which were dense and almost donut-like. Two were chocolate filled and one was custard. Everything was delicious, and the menu is huge! I'd love to come back and try something new.

A Must-Visit Dessert Spot for Families! This dessert place has become our family's go-to whenever we want a fun and relaxing outing. It's perfect for both kids and parents -- the atmosphere is lively yet comfortable, with beautiful decorations that are perfect for taking selfies. There's even a fun science theme that adds a unique touch to the experience! We love the open-air setup and the overall good vibes that make it a great spot for catching up and spending quality time together. The menu is fantastic -- you can customize your drinks exactly how you like them, from sugar level to ice and toppings. Our top recommendations? The Avocado Sea Salt Cream and Chè -- both are delicious, and our kids can't get enough of them! Highly recommended for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for great desserts in a fun, photo-worthy environment.

I really love the pandan corn pudding (Che bap) from this place! It's my favorite spot for Che bap. I highly recommend trying it. Their caramel flan is also really good.

I was a regular since this place first opened (so I have been coming to this place for YEARS). I used to go so often that even the employees knew me as the Thai Tea girl with 50% sweet, 50% ice. As soon as I walked in, an employee would just immediately start making my drink before I even finished paying. I have seen this place changed owners 3x now and unfortunately, this is the final draw. A few weeks ago when they recently opened with their new 3rd owner, I asked for my usual Thai Tea, 50% sweet, 50% ice. The ice was more than usual, but it was still acceptable. Today, I asked for 50% sweet, 25% ice and the cup was literally full of ice. I asked the employee why was the cup full of ice if I asked for 25% ice. They responded that the policy changed and that the ratio of thai tea and ice would remain the same? I then asked what would 100% ice look like then. The employee responded that the ice cubes would be bigger. Young man, I'm not that dumb. I lost it at that point. The Sweet Corner has been lost to enshittification. Good bye, Sweet Corner. You have lost a regular, committed customer. I wish you the best, Thai Tea girl with 50% sweet, 50% ice.

20oz shaved ice layered with coconut milk, white bean paste, green chewy jelly, white + red bean. i believe the beans are presweetened. came out to $9.30 with tax. got very little jelly, mostly beans with mine. wasn't overly sweet. nothing stood out but solid

We dropped by to grab a slice of tiramisu this afternoon after lunch. The lady was having a hard time to separate the slice from the whole cake and I noticed there was a little bit missing corner at the bottom when she took out a slice. I could ask for another piece but I didn't think it was a biig deal. What really surprised me was when we got home and tried to eat the slice, we found out the part of the cake has been eaten. You can clearly see the one side of the cake was left with shape of spoon. We didnt see that side when she put the slice in the box and wrapped in the plastic bag. It's so gross and disgusting! We live far and wont be able to go back to confront with them. But I will never step my foot in a shop with this type of dishonesty.

    Green grass jelly drink
    Nina W.

I swung by this place for a drink while waiting for our table at Blue Monkey, and decided to try #1 Green Grass Jelly and it hit the spot! The coconut water made it a more refreshing drink which was what I was looking for. I also really enjoyed the chai seeds, grass jelly, and pandan jelly that was in there. This place looks like it also has a lot of other good desserts, and my Vietnamese friend highly recommended their hot desserts, specifically #20 (cha bap) and #25 (che chuoi). He ended up ordering #25 and confirmed that it tasted authentic. Overall a pretty popular dessert shop that got busy after dinner times.

    Red velvet hot chocolate

This dessert/boba shop is in the "corner" of the Vietnam town plaza so you know it's good. I've been coming here with my friends for a long time and they're one of the best places to get dessert and boba. It's a great place to hang out or have a study group. They have a lot of seating inside and outside the shop. Super nice vibe and aesthetically pleasing backdrops for Instagram pics! You can take your order from the worker or a kiosk. I like the kiosk more since it's a bit quicker. It also shows you pictures of each item, which is helpful if you aren't sure of what the drinks look like. They have a huge variety of drinks and desserts. It's amazing how they can make each drink and dessert so good. It can be a bit crazy when you have so many items on the menu so the fact that each drink and dessert isn't too overwhelming or bland is incredible. They do it right! I love the Oreo cheesecake. It comes with a small Oreo on top and is so soft and delicious. It's not overwhelming with the cheese aspect. The ratio of the crust and cheese is perfect. This time I got the red velvet hot chocolate. I had never heard of this drink before so I had to give it a try. It was so good!! The drink was so creamy and the red velvet taste was so fragrant. I wanted to get another one. (and I did! hehe) Since it's Christmas, come down for some red velvet hot chocolate, you won't regret it!

    Che Bo

I believe this place is now run under a new management. The menu has changed but the name and layout remain the same. As a non Vietnamese speaking person, I found it hard to order the drinks due to the language barrier. I suggest to add numbers next to the food name to reduce confusion and expedite the ordering process. I order Che Bo which has avocado pudding and the actual avocado chucks. I wish the avocado pieces are smaller. The avocado chunks make it harder to eat and don't blend well together with the rest of the ingredients.

    Sonya E.

I've had desserts, milk teas, and other items here over the years. I would say they're pretty consistent with taste and quality. The menu is extensive offering all sorts of coffee and tea specials. My friend and I stopped in after a late dinner on a weekday, and ordered a whole bunch of cake slices to go. The tiramisu is super fire - make sure to try at least a slice if you're a fan. It was a great way to end the evening!

    Customizable che

I got the customizable che with taro, lychee, longan, coconut meat, and pandan jelly and coconut milk. Cashier was super friendly and the che came out very quickly. The drink was delicious, high quality and smooth coconut milk with chewy fresh jellies and fruits. There was good distribution of fruits and jelly, but the taro was a bit heavy handed - not complaining as it tasted great. I want to go back and try some of the coconut water che drinks.

Yes, there are nut milks and regular iced teas available. I'm not sure if they have substitute mylks for their boba tea drinks though. The pastries are definitely not vegan.

Although my go-to is the honey matcha latte, you can honestly just throw a dart and be pleasantly surprised each time (I've done this about 5 times already). This time, I got the yuzu matcha tea. We got 2 of the creme brulee matcha swirl due to the hype of this drink. The cream was extremely thick and just for my preference, it was too much. The matcha was not as strong to balance the sweetness and decadency of the cream. We ended up letting it melt a bit so we can drink the matcha without having to eat chunks of the cream. If you like your matcha thick, then I recommend this drink! It was just not up my alley unfortunately.

I opted for ice on the side because I wasn't having my che until later, but unfortunately the ice froze into one big chunk in my freezer so I might just have them put the ice in the drink next time. I think price might be the only sticking point. The che is about 50% more expensive than Bambu or other Vietnamese dessert spots. I can absolutely see why their products are more expensive and totally think the quality of their dessert drinks surpass Bambu or similar dessert cafes. At the same time I have to acknowledge that I can order a che ba mau at another dessert spot and have my craving satisfied for less money. Durian crepes were light , had a good balance of durian and the whip cream .

I enjoyed my durian desserts. It was good, I'm not a fan of a lot of jellies in my drinks. I liked how it was made with coconut milk, durian, and jellies. I just would like my drink to be thicker and less jellies. But, it was still delicious. My sis ordered a Milo drink and wasn't a fan of it. My other sis got a strawberry matcha. She had no complaints. My mom enjoyed her taro dessert but wasn't a fan of the taro, durian, and salted egg. I thought it was overly sweet for my taste. We ordered extra drinks to offer to the monks (there were more than I expected)..oops! It was a warm day and we were all excited to be there. It was overall a great day and to have a place that was had unique Vietnamese drinks was a plus!

Each drink is hand-whisked, so well worth the wait. Their cold foams were delicious and super flavorful as well. I was so excited to try the mango sticky rice matcha, as I hadn't seen this flavor anywhere else. The drink has a creamy salted coconut milk cold foam on top and some mango puree and glutinous rice on the bottom. Once everything was mixed, the mango flavor does get lost unfortunately. But still, the drink was amazing and rich. The guava li-hing matcha was sooo vibrant! I loved how the tropical flavor of the guava cold foam sprinkled with li-hing balanced out the earthy matcha. I've tried other guava matchas with guava puree on the bottom rather than cold foam on top, but I definitely prefer the latter to preserve the matcha flavor. The employees were kind and we came on a weekday afternoon with a short wait. Order at a kiosk. Limited seating inside. I wouldn't say this is an ideal study spot, but it is very aesthetic and bright. Parking was not a problem since this location is in a plaza.

I wish the mango sticky rice flavor came through a bit more, since you only really taste hints of the coconut and mango toward the end.
