I ordered 75 custom cupcakes ($4.50 ea) through their online website - the website was easy to navigate and they also have a broad selection of dessert items (i.e., cakes in a jar, sugar cookies, cake pops, cupcakes, cakes). Elise responded to my inquiry promptly and we were quickly able to arrange a delivery time and the assorted flavors. I ordered 18 custom fondant sugar cookies ($5/each) through her website and gave her some inspo pictures. I am not sure if she has a minimum that you need to order, the website does not specify. I received a reply 2 days after I submitted my inquiry with an invoice! That's pretty fast. Venmo or pay online. I provided a few dates and times that might work for pickup in the inquiry, and she was not able to do one week (understandably), but she was able to do 2 weeks! Delivery is an option for an added fee. Pickup was at a house, you just ring the doorbell and someone will answer. Overall, I am very happy with how the cookies came out!! Because this was a corporate event, I had to ask for allergen ingredients to be clearly marked for each cake pop flavor. Elise went above and beyond; I was expecting a single tent style ingredients disclosure that I could place on the display table in front of the cake pop stands.
