During our ordering process via email, my dog had to have an emergency surgery and I missed the 48 hour period to pay and confirm my order. I explained the situation to her and she wasn't exactly the most understanding and told me she could only complete half of my order. Also, she holds a $25 fee, which can be refunded if you return the tower after usage but getting the fee back can take weeks. I returned my tower 2 weeks ago and emailed her upon doing so and am still waiting for my refund. The macaron tower I ordered was cute but given how stressful the ordering process was, I'm not sure I'd return or recommend her to friends.

Surprisingly only the Durian is considered premium. My least favorite was Coffee Dalgona only because I'm not a coffee drinker. It definitely tasted like coffee. If you are a coffee drinker you'll probably like it. I wasn't too fond of the Matcha either, I just don't like the more bitter flavors but they were accurate.
