Went there last night, was treating some friends to dinner. The reservation is not really a reservation. They explained to us that it just means you get to skip to the front of the line when you arrive, it wasn't too bad 20 mins wait after our reservation time but I didn't expect the wait until the hostess explained. Our server was nice but it might be her first weekend.. she DID dropped the spinach dip(yes the cast iron pan) all over me and my face. And I asked for a To-go box for my salmon salad, she threw away my entire plate instead. Then try to give me some lettuce and sauce and try to convince me it's ok.. Honestly, the food was good, just wish the staffs were better trained. She did apologized and gave me A (single) napkin. Anyways, happy with the food. Not happy with the staffs. read more

Tried this place over the weekend. Got the crab cake egg Benedict's and the croissant bread pudding. Definitely would recommend the crab cake eggs Benedict. The egg was made to an ooey-gooey perfection and the holandaise sauce was on point. The sides weren't exactly my favorite (cantaloupe, pineapple, and green melon) but still okay. It's interesting that instead of putting the Benedict's on biscuits they instead layer both on a slice of hoagie bread. Next time I'm planning to try the fried green tomatoes because they look delicious and are a favorite of mine. As for the croissant bread pudding, I would say it wasn't the best but it for sure hits the spot. I wish they would give a little bit more ice cream with it but overall it comes out warm and gooey and has a hint of spicy cinnamon to it. Venue gets 5 stars because in addition to the excellent food the staff is super friendly and restaurant itself is super clean. Btw it's typical brunch pricing at about $13-$15/entree. read more

The service was good, but the food was a little disappointing. I was really excited to hear that there was a new place to get Mediterranean food in Katy, and the waiter said that the gyro wrap was his favorite, so I expected something great! The pita bread was fresh and soft, and the lamb was good, but the tzatziki sauce was liquidy and bland. The tuscan hummus was also really bland. I came there with my family and parents, so I got to sample a few things. The best things of our experience were the chicken salad and the cheeseburger. I did like that we could sub the pita bread for carrots and hothouse cucumbers. We ordered a regular Margarita on the rocks and it was really pulpy and citrusy. Overall, an OK place. We will be back to try their brunch before we make a final decision. read more

5/5 experience! Great area to open up a place! 1.) Ambiance is great 2.) Wine and Drinks available - open bar! 3.) Parking is really not that bad. However, we did come on a Thursday evening. 4.) A bit pricey, but worth it. 5.) Great customer service! That pretty much sums up my experience here. Immediately, we were seated at the comfy booths! There's a fountain view outside. The inside is very spacious and the ambiance is laid back. The customer service was excellent! Our food came out within 5 minutes of us ordering (and it was quite busy around this time - 7:30pm). The portions are huge and worth sharing instead of getting your own. My boyfriend and I got the crab cakes as appetizers ($12). It had a small, fresh salad at the bottom topped with 2 patties filled with flavor. Also there was corn to add even more deliciousness! For our entree, we got the Poblano chicken ($12-13) Came with cilantro rice, creamy mushroom sauce (tasted like Alfredo sauce, except better!) with grilled chicken that tore off so easily, and on the side was a small, warm triangular pita bread, and cauliflowers/broccoli/red peppers. Since we shared, they went ahead and already separated the meal and got our own plate. Awesome! Super stuffed after that, but the dessert looked so tempting. Definitely coming back here! read more

We eat here every weekend now since Covid hit due to the limited availability of fresh/organic takeout food. Local Table is a different from most places around here and we appreciate having this option. We have probably ordered everything here, but it is oh so good!!! Ugh. The suburbs on a Sunday afternoon. Family friendly pre-made brunch mixes are waiting buffet style on the counter so all the bartender has to do is precisely measure a single shot of alcohol in a very tall glass so soccer moms and dads can still parent their kids while feeling like they haven't been too irresponsible. Rat Pack showtunes play overhead. I ordered the steak and eggs... medium rare and over medium. It came out very quick which is an indication that the kitchen is set up similar to the bar. The cut of meat claimed "skirt steak" on the menu.... what was presented to me was the grayest most unappetizing slab of cheap meat I've ever seen. A taqueria inside the loop takes more pride in their carne asada than what I was presented with. It couldn't even be cut... I sent it back without trying to chew it. read more

Easter Sunday: I just finished my take out Beef Kabob dinner and it was delicious and fabulous!

The day I was there was great sunny but fresh, the air was running and sitting just in front of the fountain was great, the environment is great, all the persons in the restaurant were super kind and you can feel welcome, I ordered an entree, artichoke and spinach cream with chips (I would definitely prefer that with bread) then my kids ate Pizza and pasta they both loved it and my wife and I ordered the garlic pasta and pita for me all ingredients were excellent, flavor all good, and the menu is huge so I will go back to try something different !!!! read more

Lemon pasta is amazing!! The reason for 3 stars is for two reasons. When dining in our waitress was very inattentive and we watched her leave the restaurant in the middle of us eating. After speaking with the manager she had a family emergency, still as a manager you could've atleast offered a discount for us having to physically get up and find someone to refill drinks and ask for salt, pepper, or napkins etc. She did nothing. Another reason is the second time having lemon pasta I added chicken & it tasted like chewy frozen in a bag chicken. (Don't recommend the chicken) but the lemon pasta is a 10/10 I will go back for lemon pasta but maybe Togo this time. read more

The restaurant is great and is a huge space that shares two seperate spots in the shared patio mall. This creates an amazing atmosphere. The food is good and the drinks are even better. A pretty large place in a slightly secluded shopping center in Cinco Ranch, and has a nice casual, and open, interior. Might be really loud when full. It was a late lunch and not very crowded. However, the service was quick and attentive. I ordered the Chipotle burger and wife had Quinoa mixed kabob salad. The burger was very good and the fries were tasty. Bun is too large for the burger though, which is what I remarked to the manager when he stopped by. The patty is good sized - just too much bun. Wife's salad was tasty but not remarkable. First off I really like this place. The food is good and the atmosphere is great. They have so many options it can get difficult to choose which dish you want. I have been here several times and only once did we get something that bad. My wife ordered grilled salmon and it came out cold. She was going to just eat it but I told her it was raw. They had the manager take the new dish out personally. I was very impressed with the training of the staff. Their professionalism was immediately apparent. The next salmon that came out saw on point. The food is absolutely excellent with very fresh ingredients and good healthy options. The quesadilla appetizer is great, the soups are excellent, and every entree I've had has been superb.
