It was my first time at Local table. We were a group of 6 with two kids and the server was so accommodating. Amanda was great and attentive! My SO and I had the Anaheim chicken (with no rice or pita, subbed extra vegetables), shrimp ceviche, and market salad (with chicken). Everything was delicious! Ceviche was tasty however may have had too much avocado for me but nonetheless was refreshing. The market salad was tasty and the goat cheese balls were SO yummy. I opted for no dressing but I'm sure the dressing would've been a nice touch! The Anaheim chicken was perfect for my SO who is on a keto diet. Ambiance was perfect for families. There were games playing on the TVs however, it was not loud at all and our group could have a conversation without issues. We weren't rushed and food came out promptly. My husband and I went to Local Table for the first time this past week. It was a wonderful experience. Our server, Juliette, was a great wait server. She explained anything we asked about with a smile and enthusiasm. After we received our dinners she came to check on us, and kept an eye on us stopping by to refill our drinks and ask about the food. She was attentive but not so much it was annoying. She must have told the manager it was our first time because he stopped by our table. He was also very welcoming and offered us a dessert, which we gladly accepted. Decided to try out this spot with some friends. The ambiance was nice. I liked that there was outdoor seating and a place for kids to play around. The service was friendly. Unfortunately the dish I ordered didn't make sense to me. I ordered the Roasted Beet Poke Bowl. As a lover of poke bowls, I thought it would be fun to try a vegetarian take on the dish. It's well laid out lots of space so that you can have a large party or a very intimate party and there are actually two sides to the operation one is a restaurant family dining area and then the other is a bar. I ordered a glass of wine, spent some time on the phone with a friend, and ordered a second glass shortly after. Around 9:10 PM, I asked the bartender for another glass of wine and my check. I completely understand that restaurants have closing procedures and may not be able to serve additional drinks late in the evening. My disappointment was not with the policy itself, but with how it was communicated. Rather than having the situation explained politely at the bar, I felt the response was abrupt and came across as dismissive. The ambiance of the restaurant was very nice, but customer service is an important part of the experience. Unfortunately, because of this interaction, I do not plan to return. read more

Tried this place for lunch with friends and I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor of the food and the surface was excellent. The audience is very modern farmhouse style. We visited the restaurant for a seminar and were pleasantly surprised by how nice the space was. It has a cozy small bar area, an outdoor patio, plenty of indoor seating, a banquet room, and even a larger bar area in the back. Because of the seminar, we had a limited menu to choose from. I ordered the gyro and my daughter had the chicken wrap. The lamb in the gyro was a bit overcooked, but the portion was generous. The chicken wrap was very good and also came in a sizeable portion. Visited Local Table for dinner at their newer location. The inside is quite large with main seating, large bar, patio area, semi private dining space, and open kitchen. It was easy to get a table for six on a Sunday evening without a reservation. The menu had a lot of offer which was great for our group! We started with some apps that were all tasty! The Ahi Tuna Tartare and Baked Goat Cheese were certainly the fan favorites! We also got a round of drinks. They know how to make a tasty drink but please note that the spicy pineapple margarita is SPICY! The heat is throughout. For entrees, we ordered a mix of sandwiches, pasta, pizza, and meals. I got the Pepperoni Pizza which was good but could have been cooked longer. Don't pass on a side of ranch to dip! My tried a bite of the Meatloaf Entree which I didn't realize had red pepper in it. It definitely gave it a unique flavor. The portions were good and pricing was fair. The only drawback we experienced was slow service. I want to start by saying I love the Cypress location which is why since we were closer to this location we stopped. Due to the love and amazing service at the Cypress location I assumed this location would be the same but remember you should never assume. We were seated immediately on the patio as we wanted but once seated we were ignored. I watched as waiters walked by and said whose table is that and I told him that was his table but know one stopped to say anything. Once someone finally stopped she was still not our waitress only getting drinks. We finally got a waiter who I think might have worked at the bar but he was definitely not assigned to our table. I want to start out with the atmosphere is lovely. It feels open and airy and lots of natural light. The outdoor patio is just wonderful and I'd love to visit when the weather is cool. I'm pregnant so I wasn't able to sample the cocktails but if they're good, having one sitting on that patio with cool weather seems like a dream. We had the hummus for a starter which in my opinion was average. The veggies they brought with it didn't seem fresh. I had the southern fried chicken with green beans and mash and it was good. The mushroom sauce was the best part of this dish for sure. The service was nothing to write home about, very average, nothing spectacular. I went to Local Table. I had a pick up order. This is only my second time at this restaurant. The cashier called Vinny to break my $20 for change and Vinny did not speak. Not "hello" "how are you" "your food will be right up" absolutely no acknowledgment! And I was fine, because I thought perhaps Vinny is deaf, or stutters or something. It's not until we were standing there for a while that Vinny picked up the phone and I realized that Vinny doesn't have a disability related to his speech! Vinny speaks very well. Had been craving a ham & turkey club sandwich and did a little research and this place was mentioned quite a bit. It was a beautiful day, so requested to sit out on the nice patio. Server was very nice and so was the rest of the staff. Server took my drink order and asked if I was ready to order. I ordered the soup of the day, chicken tortilla soup and the club sandwich, and was able to substitute French fries instead of the chips. Yay. The soup came out before my drink. It was a nice surprise. It was good and loaded with chunks of delicious vegetables. The club sandwich was beautifully presented, and delicious, however, I was a little disappointed as I guess I was expecting a better quality of cold cuts. And It appeared to be of the Oscar Myer variety. I guess I was expecting a better quality of meats. The bacon jam definitely gave it a different Yummo twist. My salmon avocado toast had cucumbers on it, a very chubby slice of toast under it, some sort of spread resembling pemento cheese and legit guacamole. Not mashed avocado, guacamole. With capers and onions on it. So all in all, I'd say it was a little odd but not bad and it came with a side of potatoes and a nice cucumber salad.
