I absolutely love this place. I always stop here when I leave Houston for the drive back to Austin. It's so dimly lit and cozy feeling. I ordered the Parmesan fries and for the entree I get a delicious shrimp bowl! The shrimp was crispy and full of flavor. The parm fries as usual were so good! They have so many other option bowls and I also someone else order a burger that was huge and now I'm curious to try that the next time I'm here. Service was quick and efficient. I will definitely be a returning customer if not a regular

Well for starters you need a reservation to get the good seats. We did not have one , so we ended up with a table on the addition that they added on the front of house. We ordered from a great menu selection but the food came out one plate at time, so not ok. Our group ate at staggered times. It was a shame because the food was good. No complaints on that part. Timing in the kitchen needs some help. If we were in the area, we might give them another try, but not going out of way to do so. If we do, I will update my review.

While visiting Houston, my son recommended this place and told me he had been there several times. He said the food was amazing, and he was absolutely right. I ordered the Coconut Seafood Stew, and it was incredible, rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. It easily ranks among my top 20 favorite dishes I've ever had. The only thing that didn't quite match the experience was the interior. The atmosphere feels more like a nightclub than a restaurant serving such elevated cuisine. A more upscale, modern design would better complement the quality of the food and create an even more memorable dining experience. The drink menu was beautifully designed and I love the vibrancy of the images. I had the French 75 and my son had the Expresso Martini both delicious. Overall, the outstanding food makes this restaurant well worth a visit, and I'll definitely be back.

What a hidden gem!! I was pleasantly surprised by the food and service! Great spot for a special event or date night. Drinks were very good as well! Everything delivered excited to come back again:-)

I LOVEEEDDD my experience here! I made reservations through OpenTable to celebrate a solo birthday dinner. What drew me to it was the beautiful decor throughout the restaurant. It had a dark soft ambiance, including table lights and beautiful floral decor. My waitress was amazing! And gave great recommendations for drinks (including the ingredients, asking what flavor profiles I liked, and which she personally preferred). I ordered the chicken alfredo and fried calamari, everything was SO delicious! I even got a complimentary chocolate lava cake! Overall great experience, I've definitely been recommending to friends!

Wife and I tried Fusion for the first time Friday evening. We sat at the bar and we had to amazing bar tenders as severs. They were great and made the experience even better than expected. The food was amazing. Perfectly cooked and the flavor of each dish was perfect. You have to try the spinach artichoke dip. Nice the jam on top into the dip real good. High recommend reservations though.

Wow we have been missing out. This place is amazing. The food is absolutely delicious and the serving portions are huge. The ambiance is incredible, it's so cozy and the decor is really nice. Great for a romantic date or just a nice quiet dinner with family. We loved everything we ordered and will definitely be coming back. It is pricey though but I think it's worth it. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the servers here are really slow. If they have one thing they could work on, it's the service. They need to be more attentive.

We stopped here a few years ago & then I saw a review on Katy Foodies on FB that mentioned Fusion as one of the best restaurants for burgers in the Katy area. Today, we were looking for a burger place to celebrate two birthdays & decided to give it a try. What a pleasant surprise! This place is totally underrated and you can't really see how truly awesome this small restaurant is from the street. The ambiance is really cool as soon as you go in. The staff are very friendly, the menu is pretty outstanding, including the drinks menu and the food.. the food is TOP 10! Totally underrated. We ordered a lot of food. The ribeye, the chips & queso, the coconut seafood casserole, the creole seafood platter, the Goat burger, the kids cheeseburger & the molten cake. All tasted fantastic! The place was packed on a Sunday and there were large family groups, couples & even singles just eating at the bar. Totally suitable for all party sizes but I would highly recommend it for dates. It's really pretty inside.

The food was overall very good. Visited w a few girlfriends last weekend and it was packed on a sat night. The crowd was a mix of all ages and groups, including families with kids. We were seated right next to the dj table but it was actually fine. I'm sensitive to loud places and I could tolerate it. We tried a few burgers and their signature bowl. The burgers are huge but don't come w sides. The steak in the signature bowl is delicious! Well spiced. We tried the biscoff cookie for dessert and this was too sweet for us but can see how it's a favorite for others. Service was overall great. Would recommend if you're a fan of Latin Fusion dishes.

Why 5 stars? Because my burger was hot fire emoji on a bun. --- --- --- After taking my nephew and son out to Katy for some fun, I needed to find a lunch spot that was at least semi kid friendly. I came across Fusion Grill and was sold pretty quickly based on the reviews and the fact that they had burgers, fries, etc. Before I get to the food, I was really impressed with the look and vibe of the place. They really made you feel like you were in a trendy urban setting, and not Houston suburbia. There was a lot of green on the walls, but in a classy way - it wasn't overwhelming, or anything. I also appreciated that the menu was pretty vast - you kind of felt like you were at a higher end establishment, but again, they had burgers, fries and wings on the menu. They just do all of these things in an elevated fashion and seem to be kind of trailblazing, rather than following the lead of other places. As for the food.... We started off with some chips and queso. This queso was a bit of a higher quality than most with a bit more thickness to it. It had almost a grits-like consistency, which was enjoyable. I heavily debated what to order myself, and ultimately just settled on the Mr. Fusion Burger. I felt like it was going to go one of two ways - I would love it or have severe regret about passing on the lomo saltado. I'm here to say: absolutely no regrets - I loved this burger. It was also m-a-s-s-i-v-e, by the way. After enjoying this for lunch, I definitely did not need to eat dinner. But every bite was heaven, so don't make the same mistake I did and fret over the rest of the menu. Just order this burger and thank me later. We also ordered some parmesan truffle fries to share and they were very, very truffley. To be honest, I'd probably opt for a different type of fry next time, but it's not because I didn't enjoy these - it's just that heavy truffle is best enjoyed in a smaller portion. Good news: they have many different types of fries on this amazing menu. I don't live anywhere near Katy, but I would happily return here again next time I'm in the area!

Let me start by saying I've been here multiple, multiple times & I've never had any food items that weren't good. I always get breakfast (even if it's lunch time) so I don't know much about the lunch items. Not only is the food outstanding with a creative twist, it's consistent. Over the years, the place has expanded several times so now there is a decent amount of dine-in seating in addition to the outdoor seating. The place still stays packed but with their wait list in advance/text notification system & efficiency in seating customers, if there is a wait things move along smoothly. Additionally, anyone who is waiting knows it's worth the wait!! The service staff are friendly. The atmosphere is homey & they decorate for the various holidays & seasons. Owner/chef Lori is always walking around asking guests if everything is ok. On at least 2 occasions she happened to chat with me/my guest about some dietary restrictions & she whipped something up for us to try. My go-to dish is the harvest breakfast where you can pick 4 breakfast items from a list. This is a great way to sample more menu items. Here's my take on some of my favorites: - Sourdough pancakes are thin & really delicious. - Belgium Leige waffle is very sweet with the pearl sugar "nuggets" in them so taste them before you add a lot of syrup. - Scrambled eggs are well seasoned, not bland. - Avocado & tomato or the fresh fruit are nice light touches as one of the side item choices. - Fried chicken tenders are really good. Spice level 3 (medium) is not that spicy. It's flavorful. - Grilled chicken tenders are good. As much as I typically eat grilled or baked chicken, I allow myself to choose fried for these. - Grits are creamy. I get them with no cheese. I'm not a big grits person but I do like these! The menu is very extensive. It includes vegan, vegetarian, keto & gluten free. Is the breakfast a little pricey, the answer is "it's all relative." Sometimes it's just worth paying for a great meal. In case you haven't gotten the message, Harvest Kitchen is a must try. Do yourself a favor & have a visit. I'm betting it will stay on your list as a repeat eating spot!! Tips: - Use the text message wait list & signup before you leave your house. - You can always get 1 pancake on the side for $5. - 15% gratuity is included at checkout, as you pay you'll get options for an additional % or custom % like 0%, 3, 5% or more.

Tables are well spaced plenty of room eight crisp environment really just a very comfortable ambience. The services superlative from the moment you walk in in which you are immediately accommodated to the server who takes an order and then the servers who serve the food which is not necessarily one in the same. It's simply a very efficient service system and very pleasant if you're a customer. You get warm food. In my case I had hollandaise with Salman underlying it, which was very good. The eggs were cooked perfectly the hollandaise not by any means obnoxious but a very deliberate Irving and a wonderful salad, which both underlines the egg and is served as a side with the eggs, which were perfectly poached. In so far as the buzz is concerned, there are wines and beer available and really quite an extensive menu in both. I enjoyed a beer with mine, which I know it sounds like an odd combination, but it worked quite well for me. Really this is a wonderful addition to Katy options for breakfast or brunch.

They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday until 330. The brunch menu is huge. It is not a super large menu, which I feel very endearing. We decided to try the bagel and lox with cream cheese, the Buzz burger with fries, and their homemade chips. They start off by bringing you this beautiful craft of bottled water. That to me was an amazing bonus. We also ordered two sodas which came in a can. I sort of wish it was a more of a fountain drink than one can of soda for the price. *Now service was super slow. However, the waitress did come and tell us that they are running a little behind and she apologized for it and she was super sweet, so that made up for the weight. How do I known how long it was going to take, I don't know if I would've stayed, but in the end, the food was amazing. The burger was cooked to perfection. My boyfriend is a hamburger snob and he kept saying how good it was how fresh it was and how perfectly cooked it was. They serve you shoestring fries that feel like they're double fried and they were phenomenal. My bagel was toasted perfectly and had a very good amount of cream cheese and lox. As a Jewish girl living in the area that I do, it's very hard to find good bagels with lox and cream cheese. I will most definitely be back for this sooner than later. The homemade chips took quite a while to come out, and at one point I was ready to say we don't need it, but these potato chips beat Buccees beaver chips, 100%. They were super fresh and very crunchy and tasted amazing. I will definitely recommend those to anybody that orders some. My boyfriend then ordered a tropical sunrise smoothie and it was so tasty and tasted like a strawberry banana smoothie. Now once again that did take a long time to come out and at one point, we were wishing we had not ordered it but once we did get it, it was really good and I highly recommend it. The restaurant is not very large and it's the perfect brunch spot for anybody looking for a smaller Cafe with very good choices.
