Less than one star if I could. I don't know how the food is, because I never got the food. I ordered delivery, got charged $36.12, and waited almost an hour. When I called the restaurant to check on my order, the lady on the phone told me that they never got my order. Understandable, there was a mistake, I get it. But when I questioned what happened, she then put me on the line with her "supervisor" with a snarky attitude who proceeded to tell me that somehow the situation was my fault and they couldn't/wouldn't help me out. A simple "Sorry, let me retake your order" would have been fine. But they just flat out refused to do anything. I wasn't looking for a discount or a handout, I just wanted my damn food. Bottom line, worst customer service ever. The people working there legitimately seem like they hate their job. read more

Doesn't look like much when your driving past here but the food is so good and totally worth stopping by. The service is great but be prepared for the long wait time when you come in on the weekends that's just how good it is. I always get the loaded steak breakfast it's so good and their green juice is amazing with this meal. Also their Nutella strawberry and banana crepes are to die for. I place an order and when we received our food there was a few items missing. My order said that in had Hash-browns but when open my food container it had French fries. Not hash browns. My other two orders one was missing tortillas and the other was missing Bacon ($2.14). I called the restaurant and they kept saying that they couldn't hear me. It was very loud on their end there was nothing I could do about how loud it was they could have taken the phone into another room or anywhere that was a little quieter. They kept telling me to hold on a minute, I was on the phone for over 5 mins when a different person got on the phone and told me to call them back . Very disappointed. What a bummer. Quality is pretty garbage though and the portions smaller than expected for a $14.99 breakfast and you can tell it is just like a semi converted Mexican restaurant rather than an authentic LA Diner. This was literally the best breakfast I've had in the longest time! You could tell everything was fresh and homemade including all salsas, sauces. I got French toast, chilaquiles and my boyfriend got the sausage breakfast burrito. I wasn't expecting to eat every single last bite but I did because it was THAT BOMB! This marks the first time I've had a feeling of privacy in a diner. At Denny's, you can see the entire restaurant from any seat (which is perfectly ok, I'm jus' sayin'). Here, there was a feeling of privacy not present in most diners. Also, I can bring my twin toddlers and sit them on the inside of the booth, while my wife and I block them in by sitting on the outside. Veronica was our server. She was good - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I had the country style fried chicken steak and two eggs over easy. It came with hash browns, and two pancakes. The country fried steak was freshly prepared, and had a good amount of flavor. The sausage gravy was delicious. The eggs were good. The pancakes were some of the best I've had - there was the perfect amount of fluffiness and freshness. There are four types of syrups tableside to choose from. I also had strawberry lemonade, which was very good - just be advised there's no free refills. Loaded Kitchen Cafe was delightful, and I will be back to try other menu items. read more

Just came to this place with my friend and they had us wait for about 5 min which isn't a big deal. Then 3 people come in after us & the girl debates on who to sit first knowing CLEARLY we were there first. She then proceeds to sit us & then the other people who were waiting got seated after us. They then proceed to SERVE those people first. We felt very unwelcome, so unprofessional, need to learn how to treat people & not make them feel like shit. It is very hard for me not to give this place 5 stars. I think the only thing is really the place itself- they took over a former IHOP and it still feels like an IHOP. I loved the waitress and it makes me want to come back. But friendly people can't do it alone- you need good food! i went with the Crepe combo... it was a crepe with lingonberries, eggs, hashbrowns, and toast. The crepe was absolutely perfect. I was very happy with it. I don't comment much on eggs or the sides but let me just say that my plate was polished off. I RARELY eat hashbrowns or potatoes mostly because they aren't good enough for me to waste my calories on. These hashbrowns just blew me away... seriously, they could have been the best I've had! Fantastic! I saw some of the photos so you probably know they give you a wide selection of hot sauces and it's fun to experiment with each. I really liked the green on a lot... I think it really added a lot to my scrambled eggs (not that they weren't good without the sauce). This place is a bit out there... the atmosphere might not match up to some other breakfast places but if you're just coming for good food (at good prices btw) then this is a place you should certainly check out! read more

I like that the LB location has booths, much easier to deal with my 19 month old in a booth. Food is quality and priced just right. We'll be back for bfast for sure. read more

Along with iced coffee and a regular coffee. I'll begin to break this down. Dish one (machaca) eggs and beef were ok. But then its easy too hide mistakes in a scramble. The meat wasn't juicy it was more dried and bland not really seasoned to taste other than that. The beans where watery fresh from the can just has bland as my bagged cooked rice next too it. My tortillas where thrown in a bag and microwaved. If you like that sort of thing then go for it. Now dish two I though would be better. It looked appealing. But the chicken fried steak was prepackaged processed. The gravy was powdered mixed with milk or water. The eggs had a shell left in. Mistakes happen but only the only thing left edible was the hash browns which seemed over cooked. The most annoying thing though was the waitress offering me a multitude of sauces and ketchups. Its 8am don't offer me 4 sauces and ask me to try your chicken wings and chicken strips. Maybe its demographically inevitable but I don't need buffalo wings this early in the morning... why would assume that. If your wondering about the coffee, don't. The coffee was also fake, powdered swiss mix. My iced coffee was also a syrup blend. IHOP used to be the establishment in this location. I'm not an IHOP frequent customer but I would appreciate it coming back. Some of the yelpers believe IHOP is expensive, if you cant afford an IHOP then you have no business going out too eat period. Also I cant believe some of these yelpers gave this place a five star review they don't know what food is or haven't gone out enough. Maybe they had some mythical magical experience on whatever plate they ordered that wasn't granted to me. A cancer patient with no taste buds would be disappointed in this location as well. What a waste of 34 dollars. The service was great, the location was clean. But food is not their business. read more

She recommended me the Coconut flavor coffee and it tasted so good that I drank it within seconds. She came over and quickly gave me a refill (1 free refill)! Wooo thanks girl. This cute place is such a diamond in the rough! The food was delish and service was fab! Came in on a Friday evening and only a few folks were there at the time. Basic low end American diner . I ordered a chicken mushroom sandwich. It was really dry. I asked for steak sauce to try and put some moisture into it. The woman said she would check but never came back. I asked a different waiter and he did return to tell me they did not. I then asked my waitress for BBQ sauce to maybe aid in the taste. She did bring me some several minutes later. Now I have a cold dry sandwich. No sauce is going to help at this point. When we first sat down the waitress did tell me they offer a free crepe if we leave a good review. This is probably the only reason they have any good reviews. I would not recommend this place. They move pretty quickly through the wait list and food comes out at a reasonable time. I got the veggie omelet and originally i was afraid that it would not have enough avocado because a lot of people cheap out on veggies (but i get it, avocados aren't cheap!!)
