Our experience was extremely frustrating. After hearing multiple admonitions about picking up my item after the 45 day consignment period was up,I returned on the 46th day to retrieve it. The person working had no clue how to find my item and seemed overwhelmed by my request. After searching the shop for about 30 minutes and not finding my item, the owner arrived and said "let's see if it was sold". She looked on the computer and discovered it had been sold a month ago. (Why the employee could not have done such a search when I arrived was never explained.). The owner then explained that items were "settled" on the 10th of the month following the sale. So, they have known the item was sold (and my money) for many days but could not bother to call or email me to save me a trip.

The first impressions of the store mentioned before still are valid. It has a great selection of home decor, kitchen supplies and specialty food items. Particularly international foods that are hard to find elsewhere. The location itself is a lot more convenient as it is closer to my home than the other location, which is a huge plus. However, I knocked a star as it can be hard to determine the current stock of products at the store when checking online. I have made numerous online purchases on the website for store pickup as they offer a discount for this option. However, I have experienced many instances when a product I ordered was unavailable even though the website said it was. Particularly on items where the stock shows that there are a few left. If you order online, just be aware that the store may not have it available, especially if the website says they are close to selling out.

Yup, it takes them 3 hours to fill my order with two items, and one of them is out of stock but they didn't update it on my pickup notification. I went in, waited in line for it. Then when it was my turn, the cashier was gonna help me out but someone else came to line up, so she told me she has to help her first. So I had to wait for her to finish the order first before she could fetch my stuff in the back. When that was done, she went to the back and brought me one of them items. They weren't gonna give me a receipt so I had no clue the other item was out of stock, so I asked her where that is.. then someone else came and she had to help her first of course, so I waited forever for her to go to the back.. and eventually she came back and told me the item was out of stock so they didn't charge for it. I had no notification of that, so I asked for a copy of that piece of paper with the info, then she told me to take a pix. . It's weird how disconnected and inefficient this whole pickup process is. And the fact that I had to keep waiting for other people is highly unacceptable and the whole process took 20 minutes or more .. this is my first time placing an online order, and also the last time.

The selection was great, they had all sorts of things from home decor, kitchen, bedding, really anything, all was good and decent pricing. I found a great deal of a set of knives for just $26, and it was a steal! Some things were even locked up which was surprising, like literally blankets or bed sheets were needed for assistance. The place itself was MESSY. There was boxes on the ground that workers were unloading (i'd assume they unload after people leave/before the store opens) but no they were doing it right in the middle of a section, pretty inconvenient and messy. There were also random carts full of stuff from workers that were left abandoned and took SO much space. Home goods is already small and squished, no need for random carts to be in the middle of things. Overall, the place still had good finds, there was a lot of people on a Saturday, so i'd recommend coming by on a weekday.

We went to the store to see if they could refund our money. They claimed they too were duped by the supplier and that it's not actually leather but rather bonded leather. All they offered was a $800 credit. Why would I spend even more money at a store that is so scammy! And even if this wasn't an intentional scam, they clearly don't know real leather from bonded, which for someone in the furniture business is total incompetence. I used to come down here often but now it takes 20 minutes to get there instead of five in the old days. The window display grabbed my attention because it had a lot of cute new jellycats. Went inside and they had a small section of new Jellycats, picked up two of the Valentine's Day macaroons and looked at a couple others. They had several great sale items at 70% off. No "hello," no acknowledgment nothing. Almost immediately after, another white customer came in and she greeted her and began helping her right away. The difference in treatment was very noticeable. Throughout the time we were in the store, she kept looking at me in a strange and uncomfortable way. It felt like we were being judged rather than welcomed as paying customers. There was no effort to assist us, check on us, or make us feel comfortable in the space. Customer service should be equal and respectful to everyone who walks through the door. Instead, I left feeling ignored and singled out. I don't take accusations like this lightly, but the experience genuinely felt discriminatory. I hope management takes this seriously and evaluates how customers are being treated. No one should feel unwelcome in a business because of how they look.

And also to say that they now accept MobilePay (ApplePay, and GooglePay). Today a friend of mine and I stopped into the store to get some funny Christmas cards. He complained about the high prices of their Hallmark cards. Me, I bought a 5 x 7 comical Christmas card today (see pic) which was $3.85 after tax. This is a little pricey, but their selection is supposed to be much better than at most stores. Though today, I did not notice their selection being as good as I would hope. Perhaps a lot of people have already bought Christmas cards here this year. Nevertheless, my friend and I have found suitable cards today, Merry Christmas, and a happy new year!

And there I was off to, at a Hallmark store after many years at Crossroads Mall. Trudy's Hallmark Shop is a typical Hallmark store. It has all the knickknacks that you'd expect at a Hallmark, with many themed gift items, Hallmark greeting cards, house accessories, frames, baby's first album, you name it. I visited this store when I was out Christmas shopping and immediately thought to come here when I wanted to get a gift for my friend who loves Hallmark movies. It was perfect because at Trudy's Hallmark Shop, they had an entire section of Hallmark-themed gifts! Now that I think of it, I am not sure where else Hallmark is in Bellevue, but am glad to know that there's one here at Crossroads. Staff was friendly and helped me find a gift for my friend, and dogs are welcomed! Now that I've been reacquainted with Hallmark, I'll be sure to come here for my Hallmark-loving friend's birthday and for other gift items.

I bought one of their bunk beds (from Costco as I recall) over 16 years ago, and have moved, disassembled, and re-assembled it many times since. The design is smart and sturdy, and it is simple and fast to disassemble and re-assemble, even simpler than smaller items like chairs and coffee tables I have purchased from competitors. During my last move, the movers lost some of the hardware for the bed. I called these guys up (16 years later, mind you), and they knew exactly what bed I had and sent me the missing hardware via first class mail to my home in California so I could get back to reassembling the bed and settling in to my new house! Compare this to the experience folks are used to these days with fly-by-night online sellers who may not be in existence a few months later, much less answering the phones and supporting their products after nearly two decades. This level of stability and integrity is how business was done in the old days, and this experience has not only drawn me back to Epoch's product line, but encouraged me to think critically about where I source my other products. Purchase your furniture from these guys. Their quality and service are both top notch.

Some items felt reasonably priced, but quite a few of the larger furniture pieces seemed expensive enough that I found myself thinking you could buy something new for a similar price. Of course, that's going to depend on what you're looking for and whether you fall in love with a particular piece. The staff was incredibly friendly, though, and that definitely made a positive impression. There were signs throughout the store encouraging shoppers to ask for help reaching artwork or items on higher shelves, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to assist. Overall, it wasn't quite my style of thrift shopping, so I probably wouldn't make a special trip back. That kind of thoroughness is rare, and it made me trust him completely with the project. The estimate he gave us was fair, and he actually finished the job ahead of the timeframe we agreed on. My family really enjoyed working with Mike and his son Marshall -- they were easy to talk to, showed up when they said they would, and just did solid, careful work. If you're on the fence about who to call for something like this, I'd say go with Mike.

After checking other stores and products, I selected Bronzed Brazilian Acacia from Lumber Liquidators - purchased October, 2018. Kayla and others were very helpful with getting the order placed and ensuring I had enough product for the areas to be covered, and for selecting appropriate transition pieces. Excellent price compared to other options. While I found some very minor blemishes on a few of the pieces, overall the product had a beautiful finish and seemed very solid. I used the Quitewalk underlayment with this flooring per Kayla's recommendation - the price for this was also very good compared to other stores. Installation was relatively easy, at least compared to preparing the subfloor and installation of molding afterwards. After installing the underlayment, I lined up the adjoining laminate pieces lengthwise, held them tightly together and they clicked into place as I pushed down - I then used a laminate installation tool and gently hammered with enough force to ensure they were tightly joined. I used this same tool on one end with a hammer to slide the piece lengthwise to join the ends of the adjoining laminate piece. I encountered a few pieces that would not fit tightly together - they may have been slightly warped. But otherwise the process was easy and quick. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this product and Lumber Liquidators to others. read more

My husband and I purchased laminate wood flooring from Bellevue Lumber Liquidators, and we are extremely happy with our choice. We had originally purchased a peal and stick flooring as we are selling our home and needed to get rid of some ugly old carpet. We were very impressed with their huge selection and their incredibly friendly and knowledgeable associates. After removing our carpet, we realized the peal and stick flooring was not going to work in our home. I called and they made it way easier than we could have ever imagined exchanging that flooring with something completely different that would work in our home. We were on a time crunch and the new flooring we picked out was out of stock in the Bellevue store. Our rep immediately called 2 other stores close to Bellevue and was able to fill our order the next day! The other stores were equally amazing even changing the pickup quantity at the last minute to accommodate us better. In the end we had 20 boxes left over after flooring our entire 1716sq ft home and once again they returned it with zero issues. We highly recommend Lumber Liquidators. Their customer service, their selection, their return/exchange policies, and the way they accommodate their customers is absolutely top notch. These guys were my lifesaver. I bought a 70s condo - not just from the 70s, it looked like the 70s. I spent a month ripping out wallpaper, carpet, then painting, installing new appliances, etc. I had laminate floor installation by another company scheduled for the whole unit 2 days before I needed to move in. Other company shows up, tells me they cannot do the install because my subfloor is too uneven. My sweet mother, feeling awful for me, found Lumber Liquidators online and kindly called them up the very day I was so busy moving all my stuff to a floor-less condo. They were able to have someone out to measure and work up a quote that day, then they had a last minute cancellation for the next 2 days and Paul called me close to the end of the day and asked if I wanted the slot to install my floors. Of course I did, and I am so glad it worked out. The installers did a beautiful job. Arrived on time, very polite, leveled my subfloor where needed and shimmed it up with cork in other areas. They even stayed until almost 7pm on a Friday evening to get it done. The cost was very reasonable, especially for the quality of the work (about $2/sf for click laminate install). I will be coming back to these guys when I've got the money to put tile in my kitchen and baths! read more

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with LL Flooring that I feel compelled to share. I initially contacted them over the phone to inquire about a flooring project and was provided with a quote (10% off). However, upon visiting the store to finalize the transaction, I was informed that the person who gave me the quote wasn't available that day. I was promised a follow-up call for the next day, but to my surprise, no one bothered to reach out. Deciding to address the issue in person, I visited the store again the following day. Not only did they fail to follow up with me, but they also denied the initially provided discount. The solution from their manager - Tanner Maris? A laughable 3 cents discount, which I find both insulting and inhumane given the circumstances. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. I expected professionalism, reliability, and honesty, but unfortunately, LL Flooring fell short. It's disheartening when a company doesn't live up to its commitments and fails to prioritize customer satisfaction. I hope potential customers are aware of the challenges they might face when dealing with LL Flooring. My recommendation: proceed with caution. read more

Negative stars are not an option. I purchased 30 year laminate flooring, had it installed by their contractors to avoid any issue with the warranty. Little did I know it was the poor quality of the flooring material and not the installation that was the issue. My flooring was installed wall to wall and is right now 03/2014 one year old. I have been in contact with Lumber Liquidators for the last 11 months letting them know there is a quality issue. Finally, they agreed to issue me an in store credit in writing and they have since decided not to honor that AND have stopped all communication. BUYER BEWARE THAT BBB CERTIFICATION IS PAID FOR BY LUMBER LIQUIDATORS AND ONCE YOU FILE A CLAIM IT IS AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERRED TO THE LUMBER LIQUIDATOR HQ STATE OF VIRGINIA AND YOU LOSE ALL OF YOUR CALIFORNIA CONSUMER RIGHTS. Search the Internet for Lumber Liquidators and find out why the Justice Department raided their HQ due to illegal importation of bamboo from protected areas AND the flooring was preserved with higher than healthy levels of formaldehyde. This is what people are putting into their homes. Is this a company you, in good faith, would spend thousands of dollars with? read more

We're finishing up an install of Amber Brazillian Oak from Lumber Liqudators and we've enjoyed working with Matt, Michael, Demetri, and the others at the Bellevue store. Always pleasant and working with us to get the right thing to happen! We purchased a home and wanted to understand the different flooring options. Matt at Lumber Liquidators walked us through what we could have, as well as which floor would be best for different parts of the home. Matt also patiently walked through the pros and cons of working with their installers vs do it yourself. We decided on an Amber Brazillian Oak from Bellawood. The store manager Demetri helped us through the buying process, including saving us when we found out that we had accidentally ordered the wrong size stair treads. Thank you Demetri! When the floor arrived, the delivery to home company somehow didn't schedule the delivery on the right day. When we rented a truck to take care of it, Michael Q the assistant manager worked with us -- keeping the store open a bit later and ensuring we got everything on schedule. We just installed our hardwood floors. I read reviews about Lumber liquidators and was a bit concerned. Decided to take the positive reviews and best deals that lumber liquidators was offering fitting into my budget. I got to interact with Dimitri, Andy, Giovanni aDind the rest of the team. Very friendly, patience and always ready to help. Advised but did not push on my decision making. They kept their promise of taking back their unopened boxed and refunded my money. I purchased moroocon cherry. When the price fell down they refunded the difference within the time limit agreed upon. = Dimitri, helped me relax by his way of explaining " It is like you are getting a Ferrari for the price of Nissan ". one may take it as a marketing strategy. But,I made my own decisions.Their friendly nature helped me relax and make my own decisions. Even the quite ones like Andy and Giovanni were very helpful and sincere. I went into the Bellevue store several weeks ago and Tanner was such a help from the very beginning. He gave us a few samples to take home and he also set us up with a flooring assessment. Dmitriy from Elite Hardwoods called us the same day and set up time for the next day, we couldn't believe how fast he come. Dmitriy walked us thru the whole process of the project and we were so confident in them we went back into the store over the weekend and we bought one of there more expensive products. Once's the materials arrived they called me to schedule delivery. Then the installers called me to schedule the install. Our whole house about 2400s/f and the stair case was done in about 5 days with all the existing flooring being ripped out and all the furniture being moved. It turned out so nice my husband and I are very happy with the Lumber Liquidators and Elite hardwoods and would recommend them to everyone. I had a wonderful experience at the LL Bellevue. I got so much help from the guys there! They kept reassuring me that I could return all left overs that were still on the original packaging. My floor arrived at home on time, but to my surprise, almost half of the pallet of floor was damaged by a forklift. I called the store and the guys were extremely accommodating, I was able to returned the damaged planks and boxes very easily, stress free. At first I thought It was a nightmare, but it turned out that getting things done was fast with their help. They sent me the delivery truck to pick up my bad boxes as I picked up the new ones to keep my project moving. Afterwards, I made about 3 trips to return left overs. They took everything I had left on the original packaging with out any problems. Such an easy process! Very happy with my experience there! And my floors look great! read more

We have been doing a few major flooring projects since October 2017 and work with Demitri, John, and every employee in this store. All of them are very friendly and helpful. They always provide professional advice on the floor and the installation. The service is very solid and ordering process is really quick and easy. We bought both hardwood floor and laminate floor from LL. We did a lot of research and found that Lumber Liquidator has better product that Home Depot, Lowes, or Costco. Different people may have different opinions but we suggest buyers at least check out this show room before make their final decisions. The Bella wood hardwood floor we bought is very thick and hard with really high quality. Laminate floor we used is very beautiful and solid. We actually did not find that kind of products on the market at that price except for this LL store in Bellevue. read more

This is the first time we did large scale of flooring project with Bellevue Lumber Liquidators Flooring, and the experience was great. We purchased floor from the store due to the brand name, but at the beginning we did not sign up for store floor installation during the purchase. We were trying to find some individual contractors through Angie List or Yelp. The contractor we originally decided to use pretty messed up the work and much impacted our project timeline. We went back to the store asking for installation help with uncertainty about the outcome. The results were way beyond our expectation. The store associates were all professional and helpful and the installation group was capable and friendly. They did a great job installing my hardwood floor. Kayla was an enormous help with our wood flooring order. I had met with her during our initial search but we ended up ordering with a big box store, only to have months worth of problems and found ourselves starting over from scratch! I happened to go to the lumber liquidators store in Tukwila only to find Kayla covering there to my pleasant surprise! She facilitated everything from ordering to coordinating delivery with professionalism and efficiency. It was a special experience for our family to work with LL in Bellevue. Changing the floors is one of the first changes made to our house since my father passed away, so lots of emotion. Our family room and kitchen is small, and the floors dated to 1960. They didn't have to be changed, but we felt some newness would be good. We wanted the change to be simple and cost effective. From choosing the vinyl floating wood to having it installed, everything went off perfectly! Alex who installed our floor was kind, efficient, reassuring and knowledgeable. By the end of the day our floor was in and the morning after, seeing that beautiful, new clean floor greet us was so much fun and even surprising! I have purchased nearly all of my flooring over the years from Lumber Liquidators. Through a local Facebook group, I discovered there was one local to me in Bellevue. I had already done my research so I knew exactly what I wanted. I was able to go in, tell them what I wanted, applied for credit and was granted some on the spot, got the car loaded up and they even gave a skid to set it on for storing in my house until I was ready to do my project. From start to finish it was a great experience. I would recommend the Manager Jason to anyone who wants to come in and get your questions answered. Great guy! From the product purchase (though I had to pick up the pieces from multiple locations), installation quote, installation to refunds, I had an excellent experience. Bellevue store staff (Michael in particular) went out of their way to make sure that my product and installation pricing was competitive, all parts were available and most importantly I can get it installed as soon as possible (installers (Dimitri and his crew) did an amazing job working till late on Friday night!). We searched in over 15 flooring stores and showrooms for new LVP for our home. Lumber Liquidators was head-n-shoulders better for us than all of the rest. Store sales expert Tanner was amazing; he immediately knew what we were looking for and has been instantly available to answer all my questions since day 1. But I'm writing this because I was also very happy with LL's management in their flexible service and in their extremely competitive pricing. We have been using the floors from the store for many years. The staffs such as Chase are very friendly and knowledgable. The price is very competitive. Sometimes the floors are on sale and you won't be able to find the same price from other stores. Another awesome thing is return policy. One of the challenges during remodeling is the estimation of the materials. It's hard to calculate exactly the number of packages you need, due to irregular spaces, or mistakes made during the flooring, or any other reasons. Sometimes we bought extra packages just in case and the store is very flexible to allow return of the unopened packages, which is very helpful. read more

I had an awesome experience recently buying flooring material from them. I was initially confused because of numerous choices but Demitri and Michael were patient, professional and helped me make a decision. I went to them multiple times, had multiple quotes for different options and each time my experience was way better. I've been looking for several years to find a match to my Pergo flooring because I had a few damaged boards. Not only did Lumber Liquidators have a perfect match, but their service was great. Giovanni was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He helped make certain that what I ordered would work right, and helped me find a way to cut the boards on my own. Now I can fix a smaller area and not have to tear up the whole floor. They let me take their floor sample home to confirm it's a match. Plus, it was on sale. Perfect!! I bought 1600+ sq ft of Bellawood exotic hardwood floor from their Bellevue store on May, 2018. The sells persons are friendly and patient. Cost is very reasonable. Their price policy is one of the best in home improvement stores. Only requires relatively small amount of deposit to hold the on sell price and to start shipping the floors to their local store for pick up. Local in home delivery service costs higher (300+), but considering 6000 lb total weight, I think it worth. Can't wait to see the results after installed in my house. Called to find out some sad news- the company that supplied my planks are no longer making, producing, and cannot be purchased unless I go to Canada. Soo there is hope, but i'd have to buy alll 27 boxes. Soo at this time the floor is done, bc he let me have a free planks due to the inconvenience and helped me out! Although there were a few missing components when we opened all of the packaging containing the cabinetry, Brian made sure everything was as it should be in the end and got me everything I asked and paid for with no argument. He even made a few deliveries himself. Brian was professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions or concerns. He had me come up to his office / warehouse location to look at some examples of what United had to offer, which I would recommend others do as well. He "always" responded back to me when I sent an email or called even when he was ill or on vacation. He explained things when I didn't understand so I could contemplate what I wanted, and we could go forward from there. When the remodel was complete, Brian and his colleague, Jade Hemmings, came out with a professional photographer (at my convenience) and took photographs. Jade made sure I was given copies of the photos taken, which was sincerely appreciated. Once we decided on the materials, we worked with Jordan on scheduling and installation. The team at Long's are true professionals. Communication on delivery and installation was perfect too. Price was excellent and although this store did not have sufficient stock, they brought in the balance the next day and we had on-time delivery to our home. This time I visited with my contractor to select new large format polished tile for our new shower remodel. Finding the tile was difficult only because of the large variety of choices! I had some issues with finding the flooring tile for the shower; however, Jaimee walked the two of us through the options and showed us the massive wall of selections that would provide us with the match or contrast options and the many shape options, too. I had already stretched it once about 2 years ago but then my two dogs also started marking certain spots so I finally decided to switch it all out. I opted for a waterproof Healthier Choice foam carpet pad and Shaw Pet+ carpet and asked for an additional cork 3mm underlayment beneath the pads to hopefully help with sound. The team was able to get the project done in a day and I couldn't be happier! I'll definitely work with Best Buy for future flooring needs!
