I absolutely love this lifetime location! Coming from a Minnesota Lifetime regular, I thought I had seen it all -- until I spent most of my AZ vacation at lifetime. It's easy to spend most of your day here. They have an expansive multi tier rooftop pool deck. I was blown away at how large this was and the Mountain View left me speechless. I even stayed for the sunset to soak in the whole day. The spa amenities are great: sauna, hot tub, cold plunge and steam room. Even lounge chairs to take a break in between amenities. The kiehls products are a bonus too. Everything is kept super clean and I can't wait for my next visit.

Ooooo summer 2025 menu is here! Pool vibes were everything, Live DJ was everything, glute workshop was everything, sauna was everything, everything was everything. Thanks bilty, love you. Kiss, kiss keep up the good work.

First Class experience!!! Thank you Andrea for doing such a FANTASTIC healthy job with my hair color & styling. I LOVE THE COLORThe shop was very organized & clean. The service was FIRST CLASS!!! I was well taken care of. Andrea was very professional & explained the process step by step. Thank you for your kindness.

Lifetime is too cheap to fix the men's sauna and steam room, so instead, men have to use the one in the women's locker room.

TERRIBLE MAINTENANCE and upkeep issues. The men's sauna AND steam room have been broken for weeks. I went there today, and management hasn't even STARTED work on them. Instead, they are trying to make the women's spa "co-ed" since they can't figure out how to fix the badly-maintained men's spa. NOBODY WANTS THIS! Also: There's always one elevator broken, making it difficult to reach the roof pool from the locker rooms. Elevators don't break THAT often, so it makes you wonder how many other corners are being cut. Treadmills rattling, or won't incline. Heavily used machines worn out. Locker doors with hinges almost falling off or non-functioning locks. Air conditioning goes out (or barely works) for weeks at a time during the summer. Building exterior tiles literally fell off so often they required replacement that took almost a year (and blocked off walkways and huge sections of parking). There was no hot water for a long time! Water pressure in showers is inconsistent, and some shower heads clearly need replacement. It's a nice looking facility in a good location, and seemed nice a couple years ago when we first joined. But it was either poorly built, or minimally maintained, and it seems like all the stuff that can break after 5+ years without maintenance is all wearing out, all at the same time. Management is clearly cost-cutting while raising dues, and it shows. If I was the management, I'd simply close the facility for a month or two, pause everyone's memberships, address all the maintenance issues at once, refurbish everything; and re-open later so people can enjoy a consistent and well-functioning gym. But... I doubt that will happen. Instead, it appears management is more focused on throwing parties, "mixers", and other types of events (which often close the pool deck), or hawking scammy "wellness" products at you as you're entering and leaving, and incessantly over email. Please: focus on keeping the gym itself maintained and clean, which is what everyone is paying such high dues for. Nix the ancillary "country club" events that appear to be such a distraction.

App only advising of Labor Day hrs change.

The outdoor HVAC system and army of plumbers had a friend today- a pump van and the men's locker room was sealed off like the house in Moscow ID. Maybe it's time to put the lifetime at biltmore out of its misery or see if TLC Could do a show on sick building syndrome here. But really none of this is new news. Building still falling apart and we're the only ones communicating.

Stained gross towel- fresh out of the cabinet.

Not surprised about the no response. Really a shame, I think I may have to go back to a standard gym.

I like a nice sweaty hot vinyasa to get me out of my head and came for a class today and really enjoyed it. This studio is in Arcadia where a lot of things are but the studio itself is one room, a changing room outside the studio and a bathroom tucked in the back. Lockers available to store your items. No shower available. Yoga Box offers 3 free classes so I decided to take them up on the deal. I've been practicing yoga for about 25 years and have often tried different studios in this way. The first class was so so, but the teacher was nice and even gave me a new student welcome gift. She was a bit too eager to talk to me and I just wanted to practice and flow. The other issue was that I couldn't understand the instructions clearly as our teacher had an accent where I couldn't quite make out the instructions. But, she had a very nice playlist. What makes this place a bit annoying is that once they get your phone number, they have someone by the name of Emma that won't stop bugging you about signing up for a monthly membership. I don't mind actually buying some classes here and occasionally taking a class here and there but I was firm about not wanting a monthly membership (i already belong to 2 gyms) and this person couldn't take a hint, so that was a turn off. The thing that saves this place is I took a very good class with Debbie today. She gave excellent instruction, got us all sweaty and loved her Hawaii playlist. Ukulele is the way to my heart. Overall, it was an ok studio, give a try as they do give you 3 free classes and decide for yourself if you want to keep coming here.

I have a very tight back and limited mobility, so there are certain back-strengthening poses such as Cobra, Locust etc I'm simply unable to perform at this point. Toward the end of class, with less than 10 minutes remaining, the class transitioned into a back series. Rather than attempting poses I knew my body couldn't safely do, I quietly moved into Child's Pose and Pigeon Pose to continue stretching and listening to my body, which is something I believed yoga encouraged. Instead of checking in with me privately or asking if I was okay, I was asked to get up and leave the in front of everyone. I was told my poses were inappropriate, that this was not an "flow" series and it was insulting to the rest of the class. It was humiliating and completely contrary to everything I believe yoga represents. Yoga should be a place of acceptance, mindfulness, and meeting your body where it is not a place where you're publicly singled out because you're modifying poses to accommodate your physical limitations. I left the studio almost in tears. Afterward, I spoke with the assistant manager, who was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. She listened to my concerns and assured me she would escalate the situation to the head manager, and I truly appreciated the way she handled our conversation. Unfortunately, the experience itself has left such a negative impression that I will not be returning. I also cannot recommend this studio to anyone who views yoga as a safe and welcoming environment for all levels and abilities. My hope in sharing this review is not to attack anyone personally, but to encourage growth. I sincerely hope Niru Gupta reflects on this experience and approaches situations like this differently in the future. Not every student has the same level of flexibility, strength, or experience, and many people attend yoga specifically to improve those limitations. A brief private conversation or simple check-in would have been far more appropriate than publicly asking a student to leave. Every student deserves to feel respected, supported, and safe in a yoga class, regardless of their physical abilities. Sadly, that was not my experience here.

The heat of the classroom was the hottest I've experienced, and I've attended a handful of classes around the valley. This studio had the classroom set to 110 degrees, with a closed door and full class so the temperature easily feels closer to 115. If you're new to heated classes, I would work your way up to this class/studio. They do offer great pricing for class packs if you're interested in trialing it out for two weeks. If you're sensitive to heat/scent, I wouldn't recommend a heated class as you DO sweat heavily as well as all other participants. Meaning - you WILL smell other people and their sweat. I took a class here last night in studio B and it was a heated flow class. Pretty challenging but hey that's what we need in life to be even better than we were yesterday. Only complaint about this studio is that there is only one bathroom for women for a studio this size. There is definitely a line for the bathroom in the women's locker before classes. Locker room is a decent size but also could use one more bench in the middle so people have a place to put their stuff when grabbing items out of the lockers.
