Which means you're putting in work to get the most out of the climb. And don't worry if you can't bring the motivation your instructor will with upbeat playlists and words of encouragement. -Every instructor at Summit Society is super knowledgeable and brings so much to the table. GET YOUR SWEAT ON AT F45!…read more F45 has a great mix of cardio and resistance workouts. Each workout is a different combination of 45 minute workouts. Sometimes it's 2 laps around the room, sometimes the workouts are broken into pods. Sometimes it's 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest and other times you'll do "supersets" of 60 seconds in a row. They have all the classic workouts: push ups, Romanian deadlifts, Russian twists, squats, crunches, dumbbell curls, box jumps, and so much more! I've been coming to F45 for over a year now and it has done wonders. I am so much stronger and can really see the gains. The music definitely helps you get pumped up. However, it can be a bit loud. They even have a live DJ perform at the Saturday morning classes. The coaches are extremely friendly and helpful.
