Sometimes it's 2 laps around the room, sometimes the workouts are broken into pods. Sometimes it's 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest and other times you'll do "supersets" of 60 seconds in a row. They have all the classic workouts: push ups, Romanian deadlifts, Russian twists, squats, crunches, dumbbell curls, box jumps, and so much more! I've been coming to F45 for over a year now and it has done wonders. I am so much stronger and can really see the gains. The music definitely helps you get pumped up. However, it can be a bit loud. They even have a live DJ perform at the Saturday morning classes. The coaches are extremely friendly and helpful. But it was very clear when I dropped in to my first class that all of the coaches take a tremendous amount of pride in their work. They are experts in their profession and wanted to make sure that I was doing the various movements properly. After a few months, I continue to be amazed by the culture of the gym. It is a positive and enthusiastic group of people who come from various backgrounds and experience. I think most members develop resilience and are able to do things they didn't think were possible. Terrible people at the South Scottsdale location on Scottsdale road, DO NOT join this gym…read more I called them to cancel and informed them I was relocating to a different state and I asked if I needed to come in to cancel or can I do it on the phone like I did with Mountainside gym. They told me that a call was enough and they would cancel the membership for me. I relocated and saw they were still changing me so I called them and now I was told I needed to come in to cancel it, I reiterated that I was living in a different state and the guy said "when will you be back in Arizona" .... Again, I said I live in a different state now so no time in the foreseeable future. Nest I sent several emails requesting to cancel my membership and stating that I live in s different state, and nothing form them, so I cancelled that credit card. Now (10 months later) they're calling me and asking for 10 months of payments, or they will send it to a collection agency ... these people are scumbags.
