Sometimes it's 2 laps around the room, sometimes the workouts are broken into pods. Sometimes it's 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest and other times you'll do "supersets" of 60 seconds in a row. They have all the classic workouts: push ups, Romanian deadlifts, Russian twists, squats, crunches, dumbbell curls, box jumps, and so much more! I've been coming to F45 for over a year now and it has done wonders. I am so much stronger and can really see the gains. The music definitely helps you get pumped up. However, it can be a bit loud. They even have a live DJ perform at the Saturday morning classes. The coaches are extremely friendly and helpful. After signing up, I found additional, undisclosed charges on my card: a yearly membership fee and a higher monthly fee than I was led to expect. In total, it ended up being over $200 just to join, which is not what I agreed to. I also signed up for a few sessions with a personal trainer, which were cancelled before we even got started. When I realized what was happening, I went into the gym and cancelled my membership in person with Terion at the front desk. Despite this, they continued to charge my bank account, so the cancellation clearly did not go through or was ignored. Based on my experience, their sales and billing practices feel deceptive and dishonest. I would not recommend joining this gym.

They are experts in their profession and wanted to make sure that I was doing the various movements properly. After a few months, I continue to be amazed by the culture of the gym. It is a positive and enthusiastic group of people who come from various backgrounds and experience. I think most members develop resilience and are able to do things they didn't think were possible.
