These are the classes I attend, and they have them most every day. They also have flow and the 'flying yoga ' with the silks hung from the ceiling...really a trip!! So something for everyone. Teachers are knowledgeable, cheerful and generous. Addition of Hybrid classes ( students at the studio properly social distanced and zoom participants) is a great option in Covid times. I now live too far to attend in person and love being able to attend via the miracle of technology. This is a great place to begin a practice or continue your journey!

The ONLY thing that's a little challenging is that, b/c there are so many restaurants in that little plaza, the parking is seriously bananas around dinner time - like from 5:30-7:30 so I recommend getting there early! This flow+heat might not be for everyone, I see people complaining that it's too hot in reviews, which is a reason why looking at reviews before attending new studios are helpful. If you like the heat, need the humidity, enjoy a set sequence, appreciate killer playlists, looking for a 7:30 pm class during the week, check this place out! They occasionally offer inversion workshops and kiddo yoga with Jacob and Alex Daffner who own Spiritually Fit Recovery up north. The atmosphere is super approachable, we forgot mats and they were quick to provide at no cost, with the silks well spaced out and a clean vibe throughout the space and equipment. One of my OG bouldering gyms - I'll always have a soft spot for BRBG…read more Tons of problems, variety of angles, holds, and styles - love the feature / comp problems, but they have also have plenty of non-comp, normal but still very challenging climbs that will help you train/improve specific areas. Yoga and fitness classes are offered, and there is a good fitness area with all the essential equipment you need to do a strength or cardio routine. To top it all off, best staff around, hands down. The community here is like no other - I have made lifelong friends at BRBG and I'm so grateful that this is where my bouldering journey began. @azfitfoodfun

I would say that there was a large variety of beginner, intermediate, and advanced climbs - but the term "beginner" here is definitely a bit more complex. The holds on the VB, V0, and V1s were still challenging as someone who has climbed about 10-20 times so far. It was a good push!
