I wish for first timers they walked us through a little more before entering. the music in class was upbeat which is a plus. i also did some moved that were new. i will say the mats are so close when you need to kick to the side you have to adjust. at the end they give you a towel which was great. the bathroom was nice and also had essentials you may need and a shower. shared space with a smoothie shop which is nice as well.

I knew I had a long journey ahead sitting in the car going to TX, so I wanted to make sure to squeeze in a workout while I could. This cute studio is such a gem of Scottsdale! Love the party lights! I've never done lagree in this fun of a studio setting! 8 M2S megaformers fill the party-like atmosphere. If you're a fan (or never heard of) Lagree Fitness, you have to come check it out! You'll get hooked on one workout. It's a one of a kind workout that works your tiny muscle fibers like no other! Get ready to transform your body! I took Ashley's class and absolutely loved her playlist! The workout was challenging for advanced students, yet doable with modifications for beginners. Her instructions were clear to follow and she was good at checking up on each of us to make sure we had good form. If you are a first timer be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes early so your instructor can give you the details on how the equipment works and go over all the different moves for the class. It was my first time using the megaformer so there was a bit of a learning curve but it wasn't too bad using it. I definitely got a good workout and various muscles were sore the next day. The room and equipment were all very well maintained and there was a lot of cool air flow throughout the class so while the workout could be intense, I never felt overheated or warm. My legs were SHAKING, and I woke up the next morning feeling sore, accomplished, and already excited to go back. The Pvolve studio itself is absolutely gorgeous. It has such a beautiful boutique feel, and I loved all the little touches. They have stocked hair products and post-workout essentials so you can freshen up before heading out, which makes the whole experience feel so elevated. If I remember correctly, there's only one bathroom, but honestly, everything else more than makes up for it. The studio is beautiful, the lockers are convenient, there's plenty of open parking, and it's in a great location with easy access to restaurants if you want to grab a bite after class.
