I thought I would get a jump on the situation by visiting a center. I signed a waiver and a very friendly staff member showed me around. Most impressive. There is a relaxation area with massage chairs after a workout. In the ladies locker room, you'll find a huge supply of towels, showers, lockers, sauna, infrared studio, & cold plunge. There are separate studios set up for slowing activities such as Pilates and yoga and another studio set up for higher activity classes. There is a room full of gym equipment, free weights, TRX, barbells, Bosu balls and so much more. I'm excited! Looking forward to this new gym joining the area! Plenty of parking and WiFi on site.

You try to downgrade your membership, they will charge you even if it has been more than 6 months which is the required amount of time to stay with a given plan. They downgrade the service effective immediately even when you already paid the full amount for the month. Continued to charge me the more expensive plan even though all of the benefits have been stripped from my account. It is impossible to receive competent help, it seems like it's everyone's first day on earth at this place. Cancelling the membership charges you an additional month (tell me why I just had to pay through to November to cancel in September). They also lied and said my membership pricing would never change when I signed up, to which it increased several dollars. This location is also packed constantly, no one cleans up after themselves. It wouldn't be so bad if the employees or managers actually knew how billing worked and how to properly update account information.
