Had a great time at the Foundry! I heard many great things about it, and love how many locations they have so I could take a class depending on where I am that day. Came for a 530am Yoga class that may have been called Vikram? There was a male teacher who was very welcoming and kind from the second I met him, and felt very welcomed In the studio as a first timer surrounded by regulars. This class itself had less cues than your typical yoga class, but it was repetitive, so since it was my first time I had to look around a lot to see what we were doing, but it was easy to follow. I love that they have showers here so I was able to use it after class then get ready for work. I'm looking forward to trying more classes here! read more

I really miss this place. Always friendly, clean, and non-judgmental. I loved the way they stayed true to the yoga during the whole Bikram scandal and they added some other great offerings to stay agile in the market and provide variety. I have been an active member of this studio since 2009... I cannot say anything but good things about this studio. The classes are top notch. They have some of the best instructors I have Ever had! The ownership, management, front desk, teachers, helpers.. out of this world! The studio always keeps up with new classes, new teachers, remodels.. it's all amazing! It's one of the cleanest yoga studios I have ever attended. I love that they always have challenges, events, workshops. The teachers, owners, management, front desk go out of their way to make every member whether new or old always feel like family. However they conduct their teacher training shows the level of excellence with this studio, because every graduate is an extremely talented instructor and ready to teach. I've been coming here for years and been doing hot yoga for over 20. Just had windex sprayed 3 feet away from my face while resting at the end of class. Talked to Blythe about it and she was rude and dismissive. Only apologized passive aggressively after I pointed out that she had refused to during the entire conversation. She actually said that their cleaners were biodegradeable so it wasn't a big deal! WOW! Could've fooled me it smelled exactly like Windex. Zero empathy zero kindness, all ego! I'll never go back. I can walk in heels again. I can jump, I can run about 2 miles. That's all I could ever hope for. The foundation this studio gave me is invaluable. I look forward to returning for many maintenance classes! I love every single instructor here. I took everyone's class, and have no complaints at all. I took every class too. Hot Hiit, express bikram, 90 min bikram, basic bikram, Pilates, express Pilates, stretch for gymnastic bodies. They're all awesome, and they all helped me heal. I was not flexible when I started. I couldn't even walk in flip flops. I have nerve damage and I used to cry in pain just for breathing. I don't anymore. And my flexibility continues to increase. Pretty awesome. read more
